The three-year restoration and reconstruction will include: rural houses, infrastructure, Lijiang Ancient Town, education, health, important industrial enterprises, government agencies and institutions, tourism, public security, justice, social welfare, fire protection, commerce, finance and other aspects.

Yunnan Province plans to allocate a total of 100 billion yuan for special post-disaster reconstruction work. In addition, there are 50 billion yuan in national subsidies, self-raised funds by systems and units, donations, loans, and domestic bank loans.

A total of RMB 150 billion has been earmarked for post-disaster reconstruction, with special funds earmarked for post-disaster reconstruction.

The people were organized and mobilized to participate in post-disaster reconstruction and rebuild their homes with their own hands.

During the two sessions in March, the Congress approved the "Ninth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and the Outline of the Long-Term Objectives for the Year 3".

When the ship is launched, generally only 70% to 80% of the total construction work has been completed, and the hull will continue to undergo outfitting and testing at the nearby dock.

In another half month, all outfitting work will be completed and a series of tests will begin.

This includes sea trials to test power systems, weapon systems, etc. There are also various test forms, and finally combat effectiveness assessments are required.

This light aircraft carrier will be delivered to the Thai Navy next year, and they don’t have much time left.

In the dock, two Type 001 light aircraft carriers are under construction. The construction of these two light aircraft carriers began shortly after the launching ceremony of the first ship.

These two Type 001 light aircraft carriers, one is for the Chinese Navy's own use, and the other is ordered by Saudi Arabia.

The two Type 001 light aircraft carriers had the experience of building the first ship, so the construction speed was much faster. They were expected to be launched in July 1997 and officially put into service in July 7. Liu Tao came this time because Saudi Arabia ordered two more Type 1999 light aircraft carriers when he was attending a meeting in Beijing.

Saudi Arabia plans to establish three aircraft carrier formations, one in the Persian Gulf, the Arabian Sea and the Red Sea, to ensure Saudi interests.

Saudi Arabia seems to have let it go. Instead of paying protection fees to others and having to look at the faces of Europe and the United States from time to time, it would be better to invest the money in military construction.

This is true for the Arab coalition and also for Saudi Arabia's own military construction.

Saudi Arabia adopted a roundabout strategy and did not directly send troops into Yemen, which kept the Yemeni civil war within a controllable range and did not attract any attention from the world.

After inspecting the construction of the two Type 001 light aircraft carriers, Liu Tao came to a dock where a new type of supply ship was being built, which was a Type 903 supply ship.

This does not mean that the larger the number, the more advanced the supply ship is. On the contrary, when it comes to supply ships, the smaller the numerical number, the more advanced it is.

Type 905 supply ship is China's first type of oil, water and dry cargo supply ship. The first ship 882 Poyang Lake entered service in 1978. There are currently three supply ships of this type, namely Poyang Lake '3', Taicang/Hongze Lake '882', and Haicang 'Nanyun 881'.

The first Type 904 supply ship was built by the Shanghai Qiuxin Shipyard and entered service in March 1992. There are currently two Type 3 ships, namely the Yangcheng Lake and the Jingpo Lake; and three Type 904A/B ships, namely the Fuxian Lake, the Junshan Lake, and the Lugu Lake.

The Type 903 supply ship is a new type of large-scale comprehensive supply ship of the Chinese Navy. There are currently two of them, namely Weishan Lake and Qiandao Lake.

Liu Tao will stay in the Yangcheng Shipyard for a while during his visit to develop a more advanced supply ship. After all, the Type 903A supply ship obviously cannot fully meet the supply mission of the aircraft carrier formation.

He wants to develop a large comprehensive supply ship, a supply ship specially built for aircraft carrier formations, with a displacement of about 4 to 5 tons, which is twice the displacement of the Type 903 supply ship.

And because it is used as a supply ship for an aircraft carrier formation, the design speed of this new type of supply ship is no less than 25 knots.

Liu Tao's positioning of this supply ship is that it is a new type of comprehensive supply ship that reaches the world's advanced level and can provide maritime accompanying supplies for the Chinese Navy's aircraft carrier formation and far sea exciting formation.

This requires the use of a new type of offshore supply system, which needs to have stronger dry and liquid cargo diversified supply capabilities compared to other supply ships. Only in this way can it truly take on the fleet's long-distance accompanying supply mission.

The new replenishment system includes horizontal dry cargo replenishment, horizontal liquid cargo replenishment and vertical liquid cargo replenishment systems. It can automatically adjust the tension of rigging and pipelines to compensate for the distance changes between ships caused by waves and navigation during horizontal replenishment at sea, and can ensure that multiple ships can receive supplies and fuel at the same time.

At the same time, the system must meet special requirements such as explosion-proof, anti-static, low-temperature-proof, and moisture-proof.

Precisely because the technical design, processing and manufacturing are very difficult, Liu Tao has no intention of letting the research institute set up a project to overcome them, because the Ship Research Institute has already tried its best to come up with the Type 903A supply ship.

If we ask the Ship Research Institute to study and solve the problem, it will probably take at least ten years.

So, Liu Tao took matters into his own hands.
