Chapter 836 Three Flying
"Midgard, how nostalgic." As a king, Laufey did not act as irritably as other frost giants. On the contrary, he appeared quite elegant and polite, like a king who had come to experience the lives of ordinary people.

But no one dared to underestimate him, because Laufey was clearly not a newcomer, but had been holding back until he seized the opportunity to eliminate Captain America, the only one among them who posed a threat to him.

They are powerful and cunning, how can they possibly fight them?

But no one would yield, neither Sif and the Warriors Three as Asgardians, nor Coulson and Hawkeye, not to mention Tony, who was already prepared to overload the Arc Reactor, until a hand reached for Thor's hammer.

After Raul appeared, the atmosphere in Asgard became a little strange, because neither Loki nor Heimdall understood how Raul had ended up in Midgard.

"What have you done?! How could you teleport the Frost Giant King to Midgard?! Are you so blind that you can't even tell the difference between an ordinary Frost Giant and the Frost Giant King?!" Loki angrily questioned Heimdall, though it was unclear how much of his statement was true and how much was false.

"The Frost Giant King definitely did not arrive in Midgard via the Bifrost," Heimdall said firmly after a moment of silence. He trusted his eyes as much as Hawkeye trusted his marksmanship.

Loki knew, of course, and in fact, he had already guessed the reason.

Overall, they were careless. Repeatedly teleporting the Frost Giants to Midgard naturally alerted Laufey, the Frost Giant King.

However, this guy was indeed calm and collected, and did not act rashly, but instead looked for an opportunity.

As the king of the frost giants, Laufey possessed much ancient knowledge and secrets, including powerful ice magic and spatial rifts leading to the Nine Realms.

All nine realms are on the World Tree, so they are connected to some extent. However, the overlapping spaces form barriers that make passage impossible, but there are still some tiny gaps. Large armies cannot pass through, but individuals can. Loki has mastered many such spatial gaps.

Knowing this didn't stop Loki from taking the opportunity to reprimand this old man who had always disrespected him because he had been injured and bled for Odin.

"Send the Destroyer there to protect my troublesome brother." Loki hadn't given up on his idea, so his good brother absolutely couldn't die at someone else's hands.

"Wait a minute, this..." Heimdall was so surprised he didn't know what to say, and Loki was just as surprised.

When Thor's hammer was raised once more, and as lightning imbued with powerful divine force struck, Jane, the female Thor, appeared.

Although he didn't know what had happened, he just wanted to fight. With a determined look in his eyes, he stared intently at Laufey, who was frowning, and swung Thor's hammer at him.

“Odin’s illegitimate daughter? That old man.” Laufey said unhappily. It was one thing to have an illegitimate son in Midgard, but to have an illegitimate daughter hidden away as well.

Laufey is, after all, a veteran king. Even Odin would go to see him fully armed, so dealing with the inexperienced female Thor was a piece of cake for him.

Thor was stunned and panicked when he saw his girlfriend rush up. How could his new girlfriend lift Thor's hammer?!
Actually, it wasn't just him who panicked; Sif and the Warriors Three were too. After all, Laufey's comment about the illegitimate daughter was quite loud. Tony, Coulson, and Hawkeye, on the other hand, got a big surprise about the aliens.

Jane's courage is commendable, but her combat power does not increase infinitely with courage. Laufey quickly seized an opening and knocked Thor's hammer away.

Without the power of Thor's hammer, Jane was immediately dejected and was picked up by Thor. But was she his girlfriend or his half-sister?!
"Alright, we've already wasted a lot of time, it's time to..." Laufey's words were interrupted again, because the familiar divine lightning struck down not far away, and the female thunder goddess Natasha appeared.

"How many bastards does Odin have in Midgard?!" Laufey glared at Thor and said angrily. Thor looked confused. Was it that Mjolnir was fickle and could be played with by anyone but him, or was it that his father had cheated on him and cuckolded his mother? It was a difficult question to answer.

In fact, not only him, but Loki was also confused.

Although not explicitly stated, Thor's hammer does indeed hold special symbolic significance in Asgard, which is why Loki attributes his inability to lift it to his adoption.

In a short period of time, three people appeared in Midgard who were able to lift Thor's hammer. This made Loki equate Midgard with Odin's harem. Perhaps this explains why Odin chose Midgard as the place to exile Thor. He probably wanted to give him the opportunity to meet his half-siblings.

Loki rubbed his temples and couldn't help but glance at Heimdall, the guardian of the heavens who possessed the ability to see through the nine realms. At this moment, he seemed to have cataracts, looking as if he hadn't seen, known, or heard anything.

There was no way around it; even though he was Odin's most trusted minister, he had to pretend to be blind and deaf when necessary. Otherwise, knowing too much and being unable to control his mouth would eventually lead to him falling off the bridge while drunk.

Natasha is not Jane. She is proficient in various combat techniques, especially her amazing flexibility, which allows her to perform all sorts of incredible poses and has unimaginable endurance. This is also why Black Widow can become a superhero gene collector in the comics. Superheroes have all sorts of different abilities, as well as different sizes and strengths, which is no joke, like the green one.

Captain America and Jane's failure led Natasha to wisely choose to hold them back, buying time for her teammates.

Tony immediately activated the laser and began cutting through the solid ice that had frozen Captain America.

Laufey's ice magic was extraordinary, but it also preserved some of the remaining Thor power within Captain America, allowing him to quickly awaken from his icy state.

The arrogant Captain America disregarded his own condition and the disparity in strength between himself and the enemy. He picked up his loyal shield and charged forward without hesitation.

Natasha, with her extensive experience and knack for pleasing others, actually managed to keep Laufey in check when she teamed up with Captain America.

Laufey at his peak was also a Godfather, but unfortunately his essence was injured by Odin and his artifacts were taken away, which meant he could only barely maintain his position on the edge of Godfatherhood.

If he really fought hard, he could recover to his peak condition, which is why Odin was unwilling to force him. If they really fought, Laufey would be dead, and his remaining lifespan would also be reduced.

However, Laufey would never choose to fight to the death against Odin's illegitimate daughters. Therefore, he stopped engaging them in combat and instead commanded the army of frost giants to overwhelm the enemy.

Laufey's choice is precisely the biggest difference between a fierce warrior and a king, which greatly moved Thor.

Natasha sensitively sensed the unusual vibrations and electric current emanating from Thor's hammer, which sent a tingling sensation through her body.

Not familiar with Thor's hammer, Natasha thought it was because she sensed Captain America's approach, so she threw Thor's hammer to him without hesitation.

Although somewhat surprised, Captain America did not hesitate at all. He turned around and threw his shield to Natasha. The hammer and shield flew back and forth between the two, creating a perfect teamwork.

Seeing that Thor's side was about to collapse, Captain America tossed Mjolnir to Jane, asking her to clear out the surrounding Frost Giants before catching the Mjolnir thrown at her and continuing the fight.

Thor's hammer flew back and forth between the three of them, almost making Thor cry. Couldn't they have kept it away from him a little?!
