As His wings flapped, time flowed between His wings like a river, making Him seem to be both flying and swimming. In just a moment, He landed outside the temple and transformed into a twelve or thirteen-year-old priest wearing a scaly feather robe.

Everyone in the hall was silent for a while, and then the Bodhisattva of Guidance sighed with both relief and sorrow, "Since the decree of the Heavenly Venerable has come down, let's go and receive it."

When you are under someone's roof, you have to bow your head. He hoped that Zhou Tieyi would not stop the spread of Western Buddhism, but he did not want to agree in such an attitude of a superior commanding a subordinate.

But they had to choose the lesser of two evils: preaching was a big deal, but saving face was a small one. Moreover, how could they resist a true Heavenly Lord now?

Xu Yu Tian Xu Zi said in a loud voice, "The Netherworld Equality King Buddha has an infinite aspiration and is willing to punish evil to warn all living beings. Today, the world is about to be in chaos. In troubled times, severe punishments should be used to restrain people's hearts and not dare to overstep the line. However, even if there is a superior law, it cannot be practiced by the people. Let the Netherworld Buddhism choose a good person to set out from Tangzhou Prefecture. He cannot fly into the sky on clouds, but can only wade ashore to go to Miaoshan City to seek Buddhist teachings. The journey will be a total of 300,000 miles. According to the local customs and people on the road, a city god temple will be set up. On the left, there will be Taihang Yinting, and on the right, there will be Netherworld Bodhisattva. There will be 81 disasters. Only when the merits are complete can they return. If not, Buddhism cannot be transferred south."

Tianxuzi stretched out his hand in the light, and the holy power condensed into a five-colored command. Dragon emblems emerged around him, and auspicious clouds filled the sky.

When Zhou Tieyi announced this decree, the fortunes of humanity, Shintoism, and Buddhism in the world began to flow.

In the netherworld of Buddha of equality, around the Equality King Buddha Mojian who is wearing heavenly clothes, lotus flowers that had disappeared bloomed again in the pond. Above them were figures dressed in official uniforms, looking both human and god. They were the City Gods.

The lotus light from which Mo Jian sat rose up and transformed into thousands of auspicious rays, flowing toward the south and blending with the destiny of humanity.

"Amitabha."

Mo Jian put his palms together and said to the monks around him, "The three thousand lotus flowers that died that day will bloom again today. This is the clear manifestation of cause and effect."

Although the monks, arhats, ghosts and gods could not fully realize what was happening, they could all feel that their own spiritual lineage was beginning to become broader and their practice was becoming easier, unlike the frustration they had felt in the past six months.

Then, they all smiled happily and exclaimed, "Praise to the Buddha of Equality in the Netherworld, whose power and virtue are immeasurable, whose wisdom is immeasurable, and whose Dharma is immeasurable."

A Heavenly Lord and a King Buddha jointly anchored the future changes. Suddenly, the world was in turmoil and countless sects got involved.

The first are the twenty-four Buddhist gods. They were worried that they could not find a way to ease the situation with Zhou Tieyi. Now that Zhou Tieyi is willing to let Buddhism move south, it is a perfect opportunity. How could they stop it? They can only agree. Although the remaining Buddhists of the first and second ranks do not like Buddhism, the Queen Mother’s suppression of converting to Buddhism and returning to secular life is too harsh. At this time, they also hope that Buddhism can rise again. However, to whom Buddhism should be passed down is another matter. So after predicting the future, the first and second ranks all looked in the direction of Miaoshan City.

Yuan Meng and the other ancient gods were naturally dissatisfied, but they could not find a way to interfere with the evolution of the Taoism within Da Xia.

Unfortunately, the changes were so great, and they were also so sudden, that the Queen of Heaven could not figure out what had happened. She could only say cautiously, "Maybe he doesn't want to sit in that lotus world anymore."

The one who knows Zhou Tieyi's current condition best is His Majesty the Great Xia, and the second best person is Tian Hou.

For the person sitting on this holy position that cannot be transcended by oneself, every moment is a conflict between one's own humanity and the holy heart. Even if one lives for a long time, one will gradually become unlike oneself.

The Great Xia Emperor sneered, "They stopped me from coming down from the throne that day. Today, I will let them know how it feels to be on pins and needles!"

He stood up and said, "Pass on my decree. Yuan Meng is rampant and has invaded our land. He has been banned many times but has not stopped. This is a great harm to the country, the world, and humanity. If we don't eliminate him, we will not be able to bring peace to the people of the world. I order the whole country to prepare for war. I want to lead the army in person to eliminate this great harm to humanity and bring peace to the world!"

His voice was like thunder. There was no need for eunuchs to pass on the decree. It had already echoed throughout the Yujing Mountain and even spread through Yujing Mountain to the four cities and beyond.

At this moment, all the humanity in the world gathered together and pushed the Saint of Daxia, who was already of the first rank, upwards again, touching the illusory holy path once again. It was obvious that the Saint of Daxia anchored his holy path on the unification of the human race. By then, the combination of the humanity of the Lotus World, Daxia and Yuanmeng would be enough for him to truly ascend to the supreme holy position.
