After Rebirth Eleking's devastation overnight, the once peaceful village was unrecognizable. Ruins stood silently in the morning mist, wisps of smoke still rising from the charred remains of houses, and the air was thick with the acrid smell of burning and dust. Fortunately, this sudden disaster did not cause a large number of deaths. Driven by instinct and the will to survive, most villagers fled their homes the moment Rebirth Eleking struck, heading towards safety outside the village.

The number of injured villagers was considerable, and they were gathered in makeshift medical tents. Medical personnel rushed between the tents, treating wounds and bandaging to stop the bleeding. Groans and cries mingled together, a heart-wrenching sight. And those three "heroic" children were in even more trouble.

The two children who had been thrown away by the Reborn Eleking had luckily landed on the branches of a big tree at the village entrance. Although they survived, they were covered in scrapes and bruises and were now lying on stretchers, wincing in pain, with the look of terror still lingering in their eyes from the previous night.

As for the child who used his legs as a slingshot to launch stones, the pain he suffered was far more intense. The stone that Rebirth King casually threw back severely injured him, and the excruciating pain from the blow nearly made him faint. He curled up on the hospital bed, his face as pale as paper, large beads of sweat constantly rolling down his forehead, his hands tightly covering his injured area, and he occasionally let out weak, painful groans.

Cui Ming busied himself around the village, assisting with the rescue efforts. Looking at the chaotic scene before him, and recalling the reckless actions of the three unruly children the previous night, he couldn't help but shake his head, filled with helplessness. Before the Regenerating Eleking King, the three of them were like three overconfident ants trying to shake a towering tree. Their pointless "attacks" not only failed to harm the monster but also nearly cost them their lives and almost endangered the rescue team—they were purely making things worse.

Cui Ming knew that these children were probably blinded by their passion, believing that their sheer courage could defeat the powerful monster. They had no idea that the monster's power far exceeded ordinary imagination and was not something easily dealt with. If they had truly succeeded in stopping the regeneration of Eleking, it would have been a tremendous miracle, worthy of everyone's celebration. But reality was cruel; they failed and paid a heavy price for it.

Now, the village is destroyed, and the villagers are either injured or displaced.

Cui Ming squatted in front of the makeshift medical tent, looking at the pale-faced child lying on the stretcher. Sunlight filtered through the tattered tent fabric, casting dappled shadows on the child's trembling body. Even through the thick bandages, the severity of the injuries was palpable.

"Treatment might be able to cure it. But child, are you sure you still need treatment?" Cui Ming asked half-jokingly, his gaze fixed on the child's eyes. His seemingly playful words were actually meant to make the child face reality and understand the consequences of impulsiveness.

The child struggled to lift his head, his eyes filled with pain, regret, and utter bewilderment as he looked at Cui Ming. "I! I... Ah!!!!" He suddenly burst into a scream, his voice trembling with sobs, as if trying to release all the fear and grievances in his heart. But as soon as he moved, the excruciating pain in his lower body made him curl up into a ball, cold sweat instantly soaking through his clothes.

“Sigh, this is the real world. Kid, don’t be so reckless in the future.” Cui Ming sighed softly, reached out and patted the child’s shoulder. The warmth of his hand seeped through the fabric, carrying a hint of comfort. His voice was deep and serious, “In this world full of monsters, you can’t rely on just enthusiasm. You have to learn to protect yourself, instead of blindly rushing in.”

The three mischievous children, huddled on adjacent stretchers, heard these words and their eyes reddened. They had thought their "heroic act" would be a heroic deed, but now it had brought them only pain and despair. Tears welled in their eyes, but they stubbornly refused to fall. They bit their lips, their little faces flushed, their hearts filled with regret and resentment. "Why did it have to turn out like this? They only wanted to protect the village!"
When news of the resurrected Eleking's rampage through the village spread like wildfire, quickly reaching the Pitt aliens' secret stronghold, the base instantly descended into chaos. Sharp alarms echoed through the metal corridors, and flashing red lights stained the entire space crimson. Martha, the blue-skinned Pitt alien leader, gripped the edge of the holographic projection table tightly, her knuckles white from the force. Her eyes were wide open, filled with terror and rage, as if she couldn't believe what she was hearing. "This is impossible! We could never be involved in that monster's resurrection!" Her voice was shrill and trembling, particularly jarring in the noisy environment, her tentacles flailing uncontrollably, tracing chaotic paths through the air.

"Contact the Earth Defense Force immediately!" Martha whirled around and roared at her equally panicked subordinates. "We have to let them know that we didn't do this!" Her face was filled with anxiety, and large beads of sweat rolled down her forehead, tracing the lines of time on her face.

Meanwhile, at the Earth Defense Force base, Cui Ming stared intently at the devastation left by Reborn Eleking on the monitor screen, his brows furrowed deeply. Suddenly, the communicator rang, and a Pitt alien's urgent voice came through, claiming it had nothing to do with Reborn Eleking's resurrection. Cui Ming frowned slightly, pondering for a moment. Based on his understanding of the Pitt aliens, they indeed didn't possess such powerful resurrection technology. Moreover, he had recently noticed a subtle shift in the Pitt aliens' actions; their intention to invade Earth was no longer as obvious as before.

“I believe them,” Cui Ming said to his teammates beside him, his tone filled with certainty. “Their current target is probably someone else.” Some intelligence he had intercepted earlier flashed through his mind. All signs indicated that the Pitt aliens seemed to have developed a strong interest in his genes. What kind of conspiracy was hidden behind this, he still did not know.

To uncover the truth, Cui Ming decided to personally visit the Pitt aliens' stronghold. Considering the potential dangers, he specifically brought Saeko Busujima and Camilla with him.
