Chapter 928 Ultraman Tiga: I'm very angry right now

The white light in the sky grew increasingly intense, and Daigo's figure completely merged into it, transforming into a pillar of light that shot straight towards the Pyramid of Light. The moment the pillar of light touched the Tiga statue in the center, the dust on the statue's surface fluttered off, the ancient patterns lit up with golden light, and the originally cold stone gradually became warm and alive—Tiga had been resurrected!
The fifty-meter-tall giant slowly opened its eyes, the color timer on its chest flashing red, and the light particles surrounding its body carrying a suppressed rage. Cui Ming stood on the ground, keenly sensing that Tiga's aura was off: it lacked the clarity and gentleness of its resurrection, instead exuding a sense of agitation and sharpness. Clearly, it was the emotions that Daigo had accumulated during the fighter jet malfunction and near-death experience, which were being transmitted to the giant through the process of "transforming into light."

“His temper is indeed not very good.” Cui Ming raised an eyebrow, not surprised at all—anyone who was secretly interfered with and driven to the brink of despair would be angry after being resurrected, let alone Yu Lian’s methods, which were indeed outrageous and completely disregarded Daigo’s safety. However, looking at Tiga’s clenched fist, he sighed again: “It’s good that he’s resurrected. Finally, someone will share the trouble from now on.”

To be honest, they're all old friends.
Cui Ming also knew that Tiga actually had a bad temper.

How could a dark giant have a good temper?

Tiga didn't act immediately. He simply turned his neck, his gaze sweeping across the battlefield with piercing intensity, finally settling on Golza, who was still struggling. The coldness and pressure in his eyes instantly froze Golza in place, its scales standing on end.

"Holy shit!" Those two words were all that remained in Golza's mind. It abruptly turned to look at Melba, who was being pinned to the ground by Gomora, its eyes filled with disbelief, rage, and terror. "Melba, you idiot! How could you bring this living father back to life?!"

Its thoughts were instantly pulled back to the distant past—the ancient times, when its race had not yet declined and had fought a fierce battle with Tiga. But in every encounter, they were utterly defeated by Tiga, especially his "Horn-Breaking" move, which became a nightmare for the entire Golza race!

Golza seemed to see the scene from years past again: the strongest leader of the tribe, pinned to the ground by Tiga, the white-glowing hand grabbing the leader's horn and snapping it off with a "crack!" The leader let out a shrill scream, blood flowing down the broken horn, losing its fighting ability and ultimately dying in despair; and its companions, some of whom, after having their horns broken off by Tiga, didn't even have the strength to dig a hole, becoming prey for other monsters; some even died painfully from infections caused by their broken horns...

Those tragic memories overwhelmed Golza's reason like a tidal wave. It watched as Tiga walked towards it step by step, each step shaking the ground, each step striking at its most terrifying point. It could clearly remember how fiercely Tiga had broken off its horn, how excruciating the pain was, that despair that seeped into its very bones was a million times more terrifying than being brutally beaten by Gomora now!
"No...don't come any closer!" Golza instinctively backed away, ignoring the pain from its wounds, its mind filled with only one thought: escape! It had to escape! If Tiga caught it, it would definitely lose its horn, and might even die a more gruesome death than its predecessors!
But Tiga didn't give it a chance to escape. Tiga suddenly accelerated and rushed in front of Golza in an instant, grabbing its shoulder with one hand and reaching directly for its horn with the other—that familiar move made Golza's pupils dilate instantly, forgetting even to roar, leaving only extreme fear.

"Crack!"

A crisp sound echoed across the battlefield as Tiga forcefully snapped off one of Golza's horns, blood gushing out. It convulsed in pain, too weak to resist, and could only watch helplessly as Tiga tossed the severed horn to the ground, then reached out again to grab its mouth…

Melba lay on the ground, trembling with fear as it watched this horrific scene. It finally realized how foolish its "support" had been—not only had it failed to save Golza, but it had also drawn out Tiga, its "living father." Now, Golza was about to be tortured to death, and it was likely next!
Ultraman Tiga grabbed Golza by the mouth and slammed him to the ground, the color timer on his chest flashing even brighter.

Of course, it didn't turn red. Looking at the dying Golza on the ground, the anger in its eyes subsided slightly—the frustration brought on by Yuzare and the danger Daigo faced were finally released at this moment through teaching Golza a lesson.

Tiga's fist, carrying the force of a blow, slammed heavily into Golza's chest! With a muffled thud, Golza flew backward like a kite with a broken string, crashing heavily into the mountainside. Debris rained down, and dark green fluid dripped continuously from the corner of his mouth, clearly indicating that he had suffered serious injuries.

It lay on the ground, its chest heaving violently, its eyes filled with despair as it watched Tiga approach step by step—the pain from its severed horn was still spreading, most of its scales were shattered, and even breathing was excruciating. But just as Tiga raised his hand, preparing to deliver the final blow, Golza suddenly unleashed an unprecedented will to survive!

"Roar--!"

It roared and twisted its body, concentrating all its remaining strength on its hind legs and claws, digging fiercely at the ground! The claws scraped against the rocks with a piercing "crunch," and gravel and dirt flew everywhere. A deep hole extended downwards at a visible speed—it actually started digging a tunnel to escape right under Tiga's nose, in front of everyone!
The operation was so sudden that even Tiga was stunned, his fist, raised in mid-air, paused. The TPC soldiers on the ground were also dumbfounded. The anti-monster machine guns were still pointed at Golza, but no one had time to fire—who would have thought that, even after being beaten like this, Golza would still think of digging a hole to escape?

The most bewildered of all was Gomora. It had been prepared to cooperate with Tiga in finishing off the enemy, but when it saw Golza suddenly start digging, its huge head tilted slightly to one side, and one paw instinctively raised to scratch the back of its head, its eyes full of confusion: This thing is almost out of breath, how can it still dig so fast? When I was pinning it to the ground and beating it up earlier, why didn't it use this much force?

"Awesome." Not far away, Cui Ming leaned against the assault vehicle, watching Golza's half-body already inside the hole, with only its tail still wagging wildly outside, and couldn't help but laugh out loud. Golza's will to survive had simply exceeded the limits of a monster; even he hadn't expected it to end like this.

By the time Tiga reacted, Golza's tail had already darted into the hole, leaving only a collapsing opening. He took two steps forward and swung a light blade at the opening, but it only shattered the surface rock and failed to harm Golza, who had already fled far away.

Gomora was still scratching its head, looking at the empty hole, then at Tiga, as if asking: "Did we just let it get away like that?"
