Ultraman: It turns out this is the easy mode.

Chapter 939 Camilla: Your ancestors had much better judgment when they begged for mercy than you do!

Cui Ming leaned against a tree trunk outside the training ground, watching the Flying Swallow fly across the distant sky. His thoughts were actually quite simple—Earth has never belonged to humans alone. It belongs to all living things on this land. Monsters and humans alike are just "neighbors" sharing this planet, and there is nothing to argue about.

But there are always some people who harbor extremely selfish thoughts: they feel that as human beings, TPC must rush to their rescue immediately if they are attacked by monsters, even if they are the ones who first trespass into the monster's habitat and provoke it. They feel it is only natural. There are quite a few of these people. Every time Cui Ming receives a distress signal and hears their self-righteous complaints, he feels inexplicably ironic—as if the earth revolves around them and everyone should pay the price for their willfulness.

He could even picture the headache Director Sawai must be feeling in these situations. In a peaceful era without external threats, TPC might actually have to follow those scumbags' ideas, prioritizing human safety even if they knew it was the other side's fault. But things were different now—alien beings were watching with predatory eyes, ready to launch a surprise attack at any moment, and what humanity lacked most was time and allies.

Those who cling to the selfish thought that "TPC must save me" are essentially just holding humanity back. They only care about their own safety and never consider humanity's current predicament: to fight against powerful cosmic forces, we need to unite with Earth's native monsters as allies, and we need time to develop technology and train combat forces. Where do we have the energy to cover up the selfishness of these people?

To be honest, Cui Ming had no extra hesitation about this kind of person—it would be best if someone with selfish thoughts at a time like this died.

Not only can they not provide any help for human survival, but they may also destroy the alliance and waste precious time due to their willfulness. Rather than keeping them as a hidden danger, it is better to let them disappear completely, at least to reduce obstacles and allow humanity to focus more on dealing with the threat from aliens and strive for more chances of survival.

Choi Myung was more than happy to send these scumbags on their way.
Camilla stood on the roof of the abandoned factory, gazing at the ruins in the distance where traces of monster battles remained. Her fingertips lightly traced the weapon at her waist, and she murmured casually, "Hmm, Golza and Melba. They're old friends."

She had always been very good at recognizing these two monsters—the Golza tribe was always beaten by Cui Ming and had its horns broken off, and every time they met, they looked disheveled with "old wounds not yet healed"; as for the Melba tribe, she had a deeper impression of something else—that guy's meat was always made into roast meat by Cui Ming, and it tasted surprisingly good.

"Barbecue!" Camilla's eyes lit up at the thought. She immediately pulled out her communicator from her pocket and quickly dialed Cui Ming's number, her voice filled with anticipation: "Hey, Cui, the meat from Melba."

A calm yet amused voice came from the other end of the phone: "Don't worry, I brought it for you. It's fresh and well-preserved in a low-temperature chamber. You can cook it as soon as you get back."

"Hehe, I like you the most, Cui." Camilla's voice softened instantly, her lips curved into a clear smile, and even her eyes softened considerably.

"Okay, I'll cook you some dishes when we get back. Wait for me." Cui Ming's response was still concise, but it conveyed a reassuring warmth.

As Camilla hung up the communication, the smile vanished instantly, her eyes turning icy cold. She slowly turned around, her gaze falling on several Kirieloid aliens who had silently appeared behind her. These aliens wore flame-patterned armor and wielded energy weapons, clearly having been lying in wait for some time. Camilla cracked her knuckles slightly, her voice filled with chilling killing intent: "So, how do you want to die before my husband returns?"

The Kirieloid's knuckles, gripping the energy weapon, turned slightly white as he warily locked his gaze on Camilla. Something was wrong, very wrong—ordinary humans would have been paralyzed with fear at the sight of their sacred posture, but this woman not only didn't back down, she even laughed after hearing the threat, a laugh that even contained a hint of mockery.

The leader of the Kirieloids suppressed his unease and deliberately raised his voice: "Hmph! Woman, come with us. We won't make things difficult for you because you're a member of Storm One's family." They had specifically investigated Cui Ming's associates and thought that capturing his woman would make things easy, but the scene before them was clearly beyond their expectations.

Camilla's laughter was light and crisp, yet carried a chilling undertone. She twirled the communicator twice with her fingertips, her gaze sweeping over the pulsating flame core in the Kirieloid's chest—that faint fiery energy was no different from a lighter flame in her eyes. "You guys have really forgotten about me."

These words startled the Kirieloids. A blurry fragment of memory suddenly flashed through the leader's mind: the ancient ruins of R'lyeh, under a dark sky, a female warrior shrouded in black mist wielded an energy whip, easily shattering their proud fire barrier. The remains of their comrades torn apart at that time were more fragmented than the roasted meat of Melba today.

"You...you are..." The leader's voice began to tremble. They had always thought that the ancient dark giants had long since perished, but they never expected to meet again in this way.

Camilla slowly raised her hand, her fingertips glowing with a faint blue energy—the very same "Finger Spark" technique she used to defeat Segumegor alongside Dark Tiga. She tilted her head, looking at the panicked Kirieloids, her tone as light as if she were chatting: "3000 million years ago, when your ancestors knelt before R'lyeh begging for mercy, they were much more sensible than you."

She took a step forward, and the air around her instantly cooled down, even dimming the flames on the Kirieloids. "I was planning to wait for Cui to come back so we could have barbecue together, but since you're in such a hurry to deliver yourselves to me—" An energy whip suddenly took shape in her hand, whistling through the air. "Then let you taste what hurts a hundred times more than 'Holy Flame'."

The Kirieloids then realized that the woman before them was not a weakling needing Cui Ming's protection, but rather a ruthless ancient figure like Cui Ming, capable of crushing them like ants. The leader frantically waved his hand: "Quickly, unleash the Holy Flame!" But before the flame could even coalesce, Camilla's whip, glowing with an eerie blue light, lashed out.

"Hahahaha! You all delivered yourselves to my doorstep! Die, all of you!!! You really think I'm in a good mood right now, huh?"

Camilla smiled happily. Finally, she could start killing again!
That was so awesome!!! (End of Chapter)
