The lightning, ice blades, and tornadoes that were originally hurtling towards the Buddhist capital seemed to awaken suddenly, changing direction and rushing madly towards the pagoda's barrier—

Lightning crackled like a dragon's roar, ice blades surged like a galaxy falling to earth, and a storm tore at the heavens, threatening to annihilate them.
But the pagoda remained unmoved.

Ripples spread across the glazed pagoda, Sanskrit inscriptions flowed like a shield, and the chanting of the Arhats grew louder, dissolving and swallowing all the attacks from the heavens.

This was not the first time he had faced the Buddha's words, but this time the power that descended was far more powerful and solid than before, as if it had truly invoked the will of all Buddhas!
