1988: Back to the human world for a few years
Chapter 601: Reverse Return
Chapter 601: Reverse Return (3)
When asked what is the most famous thing in Guizhou, people in later generations would probably blurt out: Moutai and Lao Gan Ma.
But in fact, Guizhou has a lot of good things... This region is very strange. Although the material resources are not abundant, in the field of food, especially the catering industry, it was once regarded as the most potential contender for dominance.
That’s right, Overlord.
Although Sichuan and Chongqing hotpot is everywhere and is a real national delicacy, a considerable part of the credit goes to the Guizhou catering and condiment industries... If it weren't for Lao Gan Ma and a group of Guizhou delicacies that opened the taste buds of people across the country and cultivated their acceptance of spicy taste, Sichuan and Chongqing hotpot might not have become popular across the country in just a few years.
From the beginning, the specialty dishes such as Guiyang Changwang Noodles, Kaili Beer Duck, Guizhou Spicy Chicken, Guizhou Sour Soup Fish, and Sour Soup Pork Trotters,
Then there are the Jinsha mutton noodles, Huaxi goose in clear soup, Huaxi beef rice noodles, etc. which are part of the chain operation.
It can be said that in the first decade of the millennium, Guizhou cuisine was the most likely to become the national cuisine, and those restaurant chains that tended to focus on fast food were once seen as the most likely competitors to become domestic leading brands.
Don’t think this is just YY. Just like the influence on alcohol preference, people’s acceptance of spiciness and taste is actually closely related to their actual purchasing power (actual purchasing power, not income, the difference between the two is huge).
In simple terms, if you have sufficient purchasing opportunities (note this premise, it is very important) and your actual purchasing power is relatively abundant over a long period of time, you will tend to develop a habit of light tastes; but if your actual purchasing power is relatively scarce over a long period of time, you will tend to prefer heavy tastes.
In addition, people who do heavy manual labor will also develop a preference for heavy flavors.
Among a series of heavy-flavored foods, spicy dishes are more easily accepted and form a trend due to their unique addictiveness. Therefore, compared with the spicy Sichuan and Chongqing cuisine, the pungent Hunan cuisine and the spicy Jiangxi cuisine, Guizhou cuisine, which is not so obviously spicy but is more inclined to freshness and fragrance, undoubtedly has more advantages - to be precise, it is relatively more advantageous in the development stage where the per capita purchasing power is not so abundant and among related groups.
This is why Guizhou cuisine was favored by the industry in the first decade of the millennium and was the first to emerge across the country like mushrooms after a rain - during this period, most Chinese people happened to enter a stage where material choices were relatively abundant, but actual purchasing power was not abundant.
To be honest, if the management level of the catering industry at that time had not been lagging behind, coupled with the general lack of real long-term brand awareness among catering practitioners, which led to some industry chaos, especially franchise chaos that could not be stopped despite repeated bans, otherwise, the catering industry landscape in later generations might not necessarily be what we see today - at the very least, in addition to a certain ramen and Shaxian Hotel, there should be at least one or two Guizhou chain brands of the same size on the market.
As we all know, China is a country that pays great attention to food. The catering industry is not only a huge market with a scale of trillions, but also the largest low-threshold employment and income-generating channel for domestic residents.
More importantly, the catering industry is one of the industries most likely to generate primary industry linkage.
Therefore, for Guizhou, which lacks everything except delicious food and cooking experts, catering projects, especially chain catering projects, are probably the most effective means to help Tongren get out of its current economic difficulties. It is also the best way to unite other sister cities in the province.
But at the same time, this is also the project for which they need the most external help.
........................
Zhuo Mali took the information handed over by the staff and opened it: "According to the data collection information of our Dahua Company, there are many special foods in Tongren area at present."
"Ginger duck, spicy chicken with glutinous rice cake, Jiangkou rice tofu, pork trotter noodles, rice cracker noodles, plate noodles, mung bean noodles, oil cakes, spicy field snails, snail noodles (not the kind of snail noodles in later generations, which are just soup made with the juice of spicy field snails)... and more than 20 kinds."
“Although many of these delicacies are quite different from the representative delicacies of Guizhou because Tongren is close to Huaihua, Hunan, and delicacies such as seed ginger duck are directly introduced from Hunan, it is precisely because of this that we believe that this fusion of flavors is more palatable… After all, the representative feature of Guizhou’s authentic cuisine is the use of acid instead of salt. Sour food may be easily accepted in the southwest and northwest regions, but with the current taste habits, it is difficult to get people in East China and Jiangnan regions to get used to and accept it in a short period of time (the domestic urbanization process is still in its early stages at this time, so don’t use the degree of taste fusion and acceptance in later generations to measure the present).”
"However, not all regional cuisines are suitable for large-scale expansion outside the province."
"First of all, in terms of palatability, the most popular local and surrounding areas, such as duck with ginger and oil-fried baba, should be excluded."
"The reason is simple. We conducted a random survey of about 93 residents in East China, and % of the respondents said they could not accept the taste of Litsea cubeba oil... And the taste of Litsea cubeba is the biggest flavor feature of Seed Ginger Duck, so there is no room for improvement."
"It's the same with oily baba. It's hard for residents in East China to accept the taste of the pickled chili peppers wrapped inside."
Upon hearing this, Qian Yongxiang and others' faces suddenly turned bitter.
Just now Zhuomali mentioned that they wanted to help the Tongren area to vigorously expand its chain food projects, and they immediately thought of seed ginger duck.
Firstly, this thing is the most popular thing in Tongren. Men, women, old and young, rarely do not love this delicacy which is between braised dishes and hot pot, especially the fried crispy pork belly which is the finishing touch. Once soaked in the soup, it is simply irresistible. Its deliciousness and taste impact are definitely ranked first in this area.
Secondly, once this thing is rolled out, it will greatly boost the duck farming industry and Litsea cubeba planting industry in Tongren area, especially the duck farming industry. Tongren area already has a certain industrial foundation, and making advantageous industries bigger and stronger has always been the best choice for local authorities. What's more, the income from duck farming is much higher than that of other conventional farming industries. The duck feathers alone are a considerable fortune.
Seeing everyone's expressions, Zhuo Mali did not hesitate to continue to pour cold water: "In addition, pig's trotter rice noodles and rice cracker rice noodles were also excluded in the second round of screening."
"Pig's trotter rice noodles are greasy in appearance and taste. This oily delicacy may be more popular in the central and western regions, but it is difficult to be accepted in the eastern part of China, where the economic foundation is relatively good...Heavy taste has many characteristics, but greasy is definitely not one of them; in other words, the dish itself can be greasy, but it should never look greasy."
"The same principle applies to rice cracker noodles. Although the greasiness is controllable, the visual effect is really bad. It is mushy after cooking. This will form a relatively large psychological resistance for residents in East China who pay attention to the visual effect of food... Especially for consumers in Jintan and Danyang, although they are in Jiangsu, they are located within the radiation range of the Shanghai economic circle, and they are bound to be culturally affected to a certain extent."
"Simply put, even if it is a popular restaurant, once it is expanded to unfamiliar areas, it must also pay attention to the appearance, aroma and taste, so as to arouse consumers' desire to try. However, these two Tongren specialties have serious shortcomings in terms of appearance."
After briefly introducing these very basic things in the industry to the leaders, Zhuo Mali continued, "In the third round of evaluation, rice tofu and spicy snails were screened out."
"We must admit that rice tofu, especially the rice tofu from Jiangkou, has a very unique taste. Whether it is thin or hard rice tofu, it is a highly palatable delicacy. Therefore, it should be a strong contender for the chain project."
"But unfortunately, it has two fatal weaknesses;"
"First, just like the rice noodles in southern Yunnan and Maotai in Chishui, the rice tofu in Tongren will never taste similar if it is separated from the local japonica rice and water sources, and it may not even be able to form a shape."
"This feature has both advantages and disadvantages. On the positive side, it helps to form a natural barrier that others cannot imitate. But the problem is that rice tofu has a short shelf life under natural storage conditions, and Guizhou itself has poor transportation conditions. If cold chain transportation is used, with the current transportation costs in Guizhou, cabbage can be sold at the same price as meat... Any ingredient that cannot be controlled in terms of cost, no matter how memorable the taste is, should not be chosen as the first choice for ordinary chain stores."
"Secondly, the cost of rice tofu is not controllable, and it is not cost-effective from the perspective of consumers. Rice tofu is an alkaline food and does not contain oil, so it is not filling at all... This may have been an advantage in East China in the past, but now East China has just suffered a flood and most people are not well-off, so filling and palatable food is their first choice."
"The same is true for spicy snails. Snails are not rare and can be found everywhere in the fields. So people eat spicy snails for the taste and the leisurely eating experience. In terms of satiety, they are not cost-effective at all... These two local delicacies may be promoted after the reconstruction of the disaster area is completed, but they are absolutely not suitable at the moment."
Upon hearing this, Qian Yongxiang and others sighed again.
If seed ginger duck is the most popular delicacy in Tongren, then rice tofu is the most representative delicacy in the region, especially Jiangkou rice tofu, which is quite famous in the province. Even in Guiyang, there are many rice tofu shops that started with the signboard of Jiangkou, but when they came here, they were eliminated in the second round.
The most crucial thing is that when the beautiful minister in front of them first proposed to use the local food area to develop a chain catering project, they seemed to have seen an important breakthrough direction in the future, and even thought of many things that could be tried at the first time; but those local foods that they were optimistic about were rejected one after another, and the rejection was reasonable and well-founded, which made them realize a reality... Business is really not what they are good at, and many of their assumptions are nothing but a joke in front of more professional people.
Seeing the frustrated expressions of the leaders of the Tongren delegation, Zhuo Mali comforted them, "But after two rounds of screening, the remaining Tongren delicacies basically have the potential for chain operations... Especially mung bean powder, which you leaders may have been a little neglected. After our evaluation, it is unanimously considered to be a catering expansion project with great potential."
Mung bean powder?
Although Qian Yongxiang knew that the other delicacies that were not mentioned, such as snail noodles and plate noodles, must have been eliminated in the third round, he did not mention them just to consider the feelings of himself and others, otherwise the other party would not have left only the name of mung bean noodles.
But he was still very curious. Isn't this thing just rice noodles made from local glutinous rice and mung beans? It's nothing more than adding some plant dyes to some of the raw materials to make it look more beautiful with red and green colors. But if it really wants to look good and use plant dyeing as a gimmick, wouldn't Tongren's red baba be more eye-catching?
Hearing Qian Yongxiang's question, Zhuo Mali patiently explained: "Leaders, I think everyone has entered a small misunderstanding."
"In fact, after repeated comparisons and evaluations by our professional team, we unanimously agreed that, except for specialty foods such as rice tofu, which have certain specialities in terms of ingredients and taste, for most of the specialty foods in Tongren and even Guizhou, their characteristics are not in the ingredients themselves, but in the cooking methods and... the seasonings!"
"In other words, the focus of future expansion of gourmet food projects will actually be on the improvement, control and highlighting of seasonings."
"Therefore, the ingredients themselves do not need to excessively pursue local characteristics. As a carrier, in addition to the necessary basic taste, its transportation convenience, shelf life, cost controllability, appearance, and flavor retention are actually the real focus... and the mung bean powder in Tongren happens to meet all of the above requirements at the same time!"
The focus is not on the ingredients themselves, but on the seasoning?
Qian Yongxiang had lived for most of his life, and this was the first time he had heard such a theory. Even though he knew that Dahua Company would not talk nonsense in such an occasion, he still couldn't help but cast a suspicious look at Yang Mo beside him.
Yang Mo saw him looking at him and smiled softly: "Qian Shi, as you know, I accepted a young apprentice from Tongren. Therefore, in the past two years, from old bacon to rice tofu, from wild onion pickled cabbage to Che Che Gongzi dried fish, I have tried almost all the delicacies in Tongren, so I personally think I have more say."
Qian Yongxiang turned his head and glanced at Bai Yong, only hesitated, and then nodded slightly.
Everyone present knew who Yang Mo's disciple was. They also knew that Bai Yong collected some delicious food and sent it to his daughter every now and then. Therefore, even if a person's opinion could not mean anything, Yang Mo's words could not be wrong.
Seeing this, Yang Mo shrugged casually, "What Qian Shi may not know is that I am actually a very lazy person in life. In addition, I was born in the countryside, so I developed the habit of eating what I couldn't finish at the previous meal, and even mixing the leftovers with the newly cooked dishes to heat them together... Of course, in addition to not wanting to waste leftovers, I also don't want to waste dipping sauce and seasonings, so it's common for me to eat a dish of dipping sauce for several meals."
“So, in this process of alternating experiences, as an outsider, I found that the food in Tongren is indeed amazing. But apart from the ingredients that have rich flavors such as bacon, silkworms, wild onions and pickled cabbage, what is more amazing is the various peppers and toppings in Tongren!”
"For example, the texture and taste of Jiangkou's thin rice tofu are indeed quite special, but to be honest, what surprised me more was the dipping sauce that my little apprentice prepared for me... In fact, according to my feeling, if I use pea powder from southern Yunnan to dip in the dipping sauce, it will be equally delicious, but the texture is not as chewy as the rice tofu, but the overall evaluation is still amazing."
"The same goes for toppings. The topping of Yang La Zi (a local cherry tomato) from Tongren mixed with Crispy Whistle to season your Guoba Noodles is certainly irresistible, but similarly, adding these toppings to my own noodles is also delicious... Of course, the prerequisite is that my little apprentice helps me season the noodles. I am a lousy cook myself, and no matter how good the food is, it will not taste good after it has been cooked by me."
Hearing what Yang Mo said was so interesting, Qian Yongxiang couldn't help but burst out laughing.
Yang Mo spread his hands: "In fact, I thought it was purely a matter of skill at first. After all, with the same salt, oil, sauce and vinegar, the level of the chef's cooking is naturally different from that of ordinary people like us."
"But one day, my apprentice insisted on showing me your Tongren spicy chicken. He mixed several different varieties of peppers specially sent from Tongren together in front of me, soaked them, added green peppercorns, garlic, ginger and other things, and mashed them. He even added salt and MSG to make glutinous rice peppers. Only then did I realize... the soul of Guizhou cuisine lies in these peppers and seasonings, not the ingredients themselves!"
"To be precise, it is the special flavor formed by the combination of these special seasonings and the special local blending techniques... It is not pure raw materials, nor is it pure craftsmanship, but a combination of half material and half craftsmanship. It is a comprehensive barrier that is the least likely to be completely replaced and copied."
"To give an easier-to-understand analogy, this is a Chinese herbal medicine or Miao medicine made from local authentic medicinal materials and secret processing techniques. Foreigners can't learn it, and they can't take it away... Qian Shi should understand what I mean, right?"
After Yang Mo's analogy, Qian Yongxiang immediately understood and figured out many details at once. He slapped his thigh and said, "So that's the truth. Why didn't I think of it?"
Yang Mo smiled slightly: "The spicy chicken is very simple to make. Apart from the glutinous rice cake peppers and rapeseed oil, there are no other special ingredients... In fact, rapeseed oil is not a special ingredient. It's just that we don't eat much in Qilu, so it's hard to buy;"
"Although this spicy chicken is very spicy, so spicy that my mouth is swollen, it is also amazing and I can't stop eating it. To use the nursery rhyme from your Tongren area, it goes like this: 'If you don't eat, your ass (mouth) will be hungry, but if you eat it, your ass will be spicy'... It's so delicious that I, a Qilu person who is not good at eating spicy food, can't stop eating it, which shows how powerful your ciba chili is."
"But the problem is, according to my inquiry afterwards, my apprentice only used the local string peppers from Tongren, the peppers from Huaxi area of Guiyang, and the Chaotian peppers from Zunyi when pounding the Ciba peppers. They can only highlight the basic complex flavor of the Ciba peppers... If you want the most amazing taste, you need to add shrimp peppers, Bijie Dafang wrinkled peppers and other pepper varieties I have never heard of in proportion."
"In addition, when making glutinous rice cake peppers, the rest of the seasonings were used as they were meant to be. For example, the Dingtan pepper from Southwest Guizhou, the garlic from Bijie, and the local medicinal ginger from Tongren were all not used due to transportation issues... In the words of my apprentice, if all of these things were used, then even if she, a local home cook with only average cooking skills, cooked the spicy chicken, even if she didn't use local Guizhou chicken, it would be enough to make me bite my tongue!"
"So, Qian Shi, do you understand?"
Upon hearing this, Qian Yongxiang felt suddenly cheerful and fell into a state of great joy. He didn't even care whether the mung bean powder that Zhuo Mali had analyzed before was the most suitable food carrier.
Dingtan pepper, later known as the "King of Peppercorns", is famous for its unique and rich mellow flavor. Although it does not have this gimmick at this time, it is still well-known in GZ Province.
But this is not the point.
The point is that Southwest Guizhou is the least economically developed region in Guizhou, and Zhenfeng County, which produces Dingtan pepper, is one of the poorest counties in Southwest Guizhou due to severe desertification. It is so poor that it cannot even get enough corn and sweet potatoes. It is so poor that local residents still live halfway up the steep mountain in order to have more barren land to grow food, and dare not build houses on the flat ground at the foot of the mountain (true story).
What is desertification?
Because of Guizhou's unique karst landform, the entire mountain and the entire area are made of stone, and only in the cracks between the stones is there a thin layer of soil to grow food. In some areas of Zhenfeng County, only corn, a high-yield staple food, is grown, and the corn there is planted by the grain... Because in these areas, only in fist-sized stone holes and cracks is there a thin layer of soil a few centimeters thick.
This harsh environment would make scientific researchers despair even in later generations. But if the Tongren region, which is actually very poor and backward, developed a relatively high value-added pepper planting industry through industrial linkage to help improve the economic difficulties of the area, what would be the result?
That will surely gain the attention of the provincial government, and they will give you a thumbs up without hesitation, and then regard you as their humerus... Restricted by the natural environment, the economic development of Southwest Guizhou can be described as a century-old problem. Even if you can only help solve it a little bit, the credit and achievement will be incomparable.
What's even more amazing is that although the rocky desertification terrain of Zhenfeng County makes it impossible to grow grain and other crops on a large scale, it is possible to grow peppercorns. Moreover, the peppercorn tree is one of the few plants that helps control desertification... It not only helps the local economic development, but also helps control local desertification and prevent the environment from continuing to deteriorate. It's a double achievement!
Zhenfeng County is just an obvious example, and the name Yang Mo just mentioned is also the same. Bijie, especially Dafang and Weining, is also one of the poorest areas in Guizhou, and is not much better than Southwest Guizhou.
Shrimp chili is produced in Zunyi. Zunyi, like Chongqing in later generations, has a standard economic structure with a relatively developed center and weak surrounding areas. The economic development of the surrounding areas is also a big problem that causes headaches.
As for Huaxi, the situation is actually much better, at least much better than other areas of Guizhou during the same period, but the problem is that it is under the jurisdiction of Guiyang... There is no need to say more about the benefits of helping the industrial and economic development of the provincial capital city, right?
As for the things like chili peppers, string peppers, and ginger mentioned by Yang Mo before, there is no need to mention them. They are potential and advantageous industries in Tongren area.
Therefore, a very clear industrial linkage line appeared in front of Qian Yongxiang:
1. Choose mung bean powder as the food carrier, which is not easy to get burnt, has attractive colors, good appearance, good elasticity, and has controllable food and transportation costs (mung bean powder can be dry or semi-dry, and can withstand bumps).
2. Design and improve several main toppings and main seasonings for mung bean powder, which actually has no taste... such as chili sauce, complex pepper oil,
The spicy chicken topping, crispy whistle topping, etc. are mainly the result of a comprehensive consideration of Dahua’s industrial advantages, Tongren’s raw material and technological advantages, and other areas of Guizhou’s raw material advantages.
3. Drawing on the Momo Baizha model, Dahua Company and Tongren District jointly established a central kitchen to centrally process mung bean powder and the main toppings. Those that are suitable for direct one-time molding will be directly molded, and then uniformly transported and distributed to the franchise stores (such as chili sauce, chili oil, fragrant chili and hot pepper); those that are not suitable for direct one-time molding will have the core seasonings packaged and transported, and each franchise store will purchase the ingredients according to the specified standards and then perform secondary processing on them themselves (such as toppings such as glutinous rice cake spicy chicken).
4. Dahua Company and Tongren District established a project catering company and jointly invested to maximize the outlets and radiation range of the chain project in the short term in order to form economies of scale, and Dahua Company will carry out unified management and operational guidance... Of course, those who go to the East China region to open franchise stores must be from Tongren, and there is no room for negotiation on this.
5. Relying on the advantages of scale and brand premium, leave enough profit space to reversely drive the industrial development and employment in Tongren area and other poor areas in Guizhou... As for whether there will be special financial support from the province, it is definitely inevitable, and because these projects are essentially poverty alleviation projects, not only will there be financial and policy support from the province, but they can even apply for a large amount of special funds from the organization.
Following this logic, this project alone can solve the employment and income generation problems of tens of thousands or even hundreds of thousands of Tongren residents.
At this point, the result is basically a done deal. If he can make some big moves before the change of leadership, under the combined effect, Qian Yongxiang, who is destined to be transferred back to the province, can't even imagine how much he will have improved by then!
When he thought of this, Qian Yongxiang almost asked the staff to send him a bottle of quick-acting heart-saving pills.
only……
After finally coming back to his senses from that exciting fantasy, Qian Yongxiang immediately realized two most critical issues.
Without any hesitation, he immediately asked, "Boss Yang, I personally have no objection to your idea, but... as far as I know, people in East China don't have the habit of eating spicy food. Can they really accept the taste of our Tongren?"
Yang Mo laughed: "Qianshi, Qilu originally didn't have the habit of eating spicy food, but Momobaba and Momobabachao are still doing well in places like Dezhou, right?"
After Yang Mo's reminder, Qian Yongxiang remembered that when Momo Baizha was first launched, the fish tofu and starch sausage were all spicy, and Momo Baizha's dishes were even spicier than Momo Baizha's fried chicken.
When I thought about how Momo Baizha and Momo Baichao developed rapidly because of the return to work rush and the late spring cold rain, and then thought about the flood that the east China region had just experienced, a sense of enlightenment suddenly arose in my heart.
Chinese people always pay attention to precedents. Since Yang Mo had a similar successful case before, Qian Yongxiang no longer doubted it and asked the second key question, which was also the question he cared about the most: "I agree with the entry point of the civilian restaurant chain. We in Tongren will also try our best to find a way to fund the subsequent promotion and operation and maintenance. But... in the short term, what scale will this project reach?"
There are still more than two years until the term change. Even for those at the regional level, they often need to make position adjustments before the term change. Therefore, time and speed are the most important considerations for him. If he waits until he is gone to produce results, wouldn't that be making things easier for others?
Yang Mo was obviously prepared for this question, and raised two fingers gently: "Within a year, at least 2,000 franchise stores... As for how much of the related industry scale can be leveraged, it depends on the specific operation status at that time."
Two thousand stores in one year! ! ?
Qian Yongxiang's eyes almost popped out of his head.
Are you sure you're not kidding me!?
You can't even draw a pie in the sky like this!
Do you think this is still the era when a carrot weighs a thousand pounds?
Seeing this, Yang Mo smiled indifferently: "Mr. Qian, leaders, I think you have overlooked two issues."
After taking a sip from the teacup, Yang Mo raised his fingers again, then broke off the fingers one by one: "First, the post-disaster infrastructure and commercial reconstruction system of the 20 cities headed by Jintan and Danyang is led by DZ City. Rather than calling this process reconstruction, it is more appropriate to call it new construction... And the planning method needs to fully respect the opinions of Dezhou Urban Property Fund Company."
"Secondly, after the second franchise expansion, the number of Momo Baizha franchise stores has exceeded 2000, and the market response has been very good. With the expansion of 817 broiler breeding, especially the expansion of nearby breeding in other provinces and the further maturity of urban cold chain logistics outlets, we plan to carry out the third franchise expansion before the end of the year, and the total number of stores is expected to exceed 3500 by then... And in this new expansion, a considerable number of places are reserved for those 20 cities. This is also one of the agreements between the two parties. After all, they are also in urgent need of actively solving the employment and income generation problems of local residents in the process of post-disaster reconstruction. Obviously, joining Momo Baizha and developing 817 broiler breeding and cold chain distribution business nearby is a good breakthrough."
“But that’s not the point.”
"The point is..."
"Leaders, please recall that apart from most of the first 500 franchise stores of the Momo Baizha project, have you seen the accompanying brand of Momo Baizha in the subsequent franchise stores?"
After Yang Mo's reminder, everyone immediately realized this problem.
Yup!
Apart from the first batch of franchise stores, we have never seen the accompanying Momo Baichao again!
This is very strange.
You know, as a brand that often appears in the news and is reported with a positive image, the store scale of Momo Baichao is far smaller than that of Momo Baichao, but its social popularity and favorability are even greater. Its traffic attraction can be called a freak. The reason why many people come to Texas for tourism is to experience the fireworks and unique cultural atmosphere of Momo Baichao.
It is said that many franchisees of the second batch of Momo Baizha have actively requested to join Momo Baichao at the same time. Many people even offered to add a 200-square-meter store in an area near the city center as a project carrier and raised the franchise fee to 20 yuan. However, even so, Qingfeng Food and Dahua Company still did not give any response, as if they wanted to turn Momo Baichao into a reserved project of Dezhou and Lanling.
Now Yang Mo suddenly mentioned this matter, could it be... ?
Facing everyone's puzzled gazes, Yang Mo pursed his lips and said, "Taking into account the various difficulties faced by the general public in Jintan, Danyang and other areas during the post-disaster reconstruction process, our Dahua Company has decided to combine the Momo Baichao project with the newly added Momo Baizha franchise stores in these aid-reconstruction areas."
"Of course, due to the long distance between East China and Shandong, and considering the transportation guarantee of vegetables and grains, the reception capacity of these Momo Baichao stores is naturally not at the same level as that of local stores in Dezhou."
"Therefore, we will seek to supplement some catering projects and open up a certain area within the scope of Momo Baichao's stores to accommodate some catering projects that are worth co-operating and incubating!"
"Now you should understand why I am confident that I can increase the number of mung bean powder chain stores in Tongren to 2000 within a year, right?"
"As long as the taste is right, the portion is right, and the price is right, although it is impossible for Qingfeng Food to open a Mo Mo Bai Chao restaurant next to a Mo Mo Bai Chao franchise store, it will not be too difficult to graft a new joint venture project with great market potential in other regions besides those 20 tables."
hiss~!
This time, the inhalation sounds in the reception room were louder than any other time.
Is this an attempt to leverage the brand and social influence of Momo Baizha and Momo Baichao to strongly incubate this mung bean powder chain store project?
As we all know, these two projects are almost the lifeblood of Yang Mo, especially Mo Mo Bai Chao. Qingfeng Food values its brand image more than its life.
Dahua Company's so-called third plan really cost a lot of money!
If the project cannot be incubated, then it can only be said that Tongren area has no chance of success!
After suppressing the excitement in his heart, Qian Yongxiang looked at Bai Yong with a complicated expression. He was shocked by the huge power lurking behind this director of the Poverty Alleviation Office who had not made any decent achievements in the past two years. He took a deep breath and turned to Yang Mo: "Boss Yang, your company's sincerity makes us ashamed... I just don't know if you have any requests?"
The three gifts sent by Dahua Company are so valuable that they cannot be simply described as "sincerity".
Therefore, apart from helping and supporting Bai Yong and his daughter at all costs after returning, in order to repay Yang Mo's personal request that he had never expressed, the rest of the demands from Dahua Company should be met no matter what... Even if the price to pay is high, even if it means persuading the city or even Shengli to use up all his favors in front of the organization, it is completely worth it.
There has never been a moment when Qian Yongxiang would so clearly realize the weight of the word "ally".
Unexpectedly, Yang Mo smiled lightly when he heard this: "Qian Shi, this is not urgent."
"According to the process, you and other leaders should share your report with the city and province after the inspection. Only after the city and province discuss and agree with the plan proposed by our Dahua Company can the cooperation between the two sides continue to move forward."
"So, there's no rush for the conditions."
Qian Yongxiang frowned and said, "Boss Yang, this is unreasonable. The plan and conditions are always reported at the same time, not separately. How can you expect the provincial leaders to make a decision if you just talk about the plan without mentioning the conditions?"
It is obvious that Yang Mo mentioned the province just now, so the focus is naturally the province, which means that the other party also values the resources of the province.
But think about it, with Yang Mo's current influence and weight, if it is just the Tongren area, it is not enough for him to give such a gift that countless people covet.
However, precisely because of this, he needs to be extremely careful.
Hearing this, Yang Mo scratched his head in annoyance. "Mr. Qian is really making things difficult for me. In fact, if this cooperation can be promoted, except for the third step, the rest will be of great benefit to our Dahua Company. How can we have the nerve to propose conditions?"
Yang Mo thought for a moment, then looked at him sincerely, "How about asking Qian Shi to tell us that our Dahua Company doesn't have any conditions?"
! ! ! !
Do not need anything?
The most frightening thing is to have nothing!
This young man is amazing!
Qian Yongxiang's impression of Yang Mo was refreshed again.
After staring at Yang Mo for a long time, he shook his head and took a deep breath: "If Mr. Yang doesn't mention any conditions, and only talks about giving without mentioning any return, how can we in Tongren get along?"
After that, he sighed and said, "Forget it. I'll go back and make an emergency report to the provincial and municipal governments. After we have reached a preliminary consensus, I'll report the conditions we can offer to you, Mr. Yang. It won't be too late for both parties to negotiate slowly."
The fact that they used the phrase "make an urgent report to the province and the city" showed that the other party knew very well what Yang Mo needed most right now. Presumably, the conditions offered at that time would not disappoint him.

After that, he stood up and stretched out his right hand: "The strategic positioning of Qilu proposed by the organization includes promoting the linkage between the north and the south (it was formulated in the future and is temporarily borrowed). With the implementation of the 10 billion yuan support plan, the province also hopes that Dezhou can explore some new experiences in this area... I hope that we can have a pleasant cooperation in the future!"

PS: I'm sorry, the master said that the floor needed to be replaced, so I spent the whole afternoon shopping in the building materials market yesterday. When I came back after buying the floor, it was already past four in the afternoon. I was too sleepy and didn't even eat. I fell asleep directly on the sofa. When I woke up, it was after midnight, so I didn't have time to write a note for leave.
As compensation, I risked my life to update more than 10,000 words today.
