When the cutting tool moves toward the top or the edge of the workpiece, the worktable can be rotated to maintain the best cutting state, avoiding the situation where the cutting speed of the center point of the ball end mill is 0, obtaining better surface quality, and completely processing irregular surfaces;
Shorten the production chain and cycle, perform side wall processing through spindle head deflection, reduce positioning errors, improve processing accuracy, and shorten the production chain. In the fields of aerospace, automobiles, etc., it can well solve the accuracy and cycle problems of complex parts processing during the development of new products, greatly shorten the development cycle and improve the success rate of new products;
To improve efficiency and eliminate interference, the tool axis spatial attitude angle can be controlled to complete processing requirements that cannot be met by three-axis CNC machine tools, such as impellers, blades and steep side walls of molds, and achieve short tool processing of deep cavities, effectively improve system rigidity, reduce the number of tools, avoid special tools, expand the scope of use of general tools, and reduce production costs. For some inclined surfaces, the side edge of the tool can be used to complete the side wall cutting of the part by peripheral milling, thereby improving processing efficiency and surface quality.
Currently, this machine tool has entered the mass production stage, and about 5 units can be manufactured every month. As more and more new humans are created and enter the field of precision manufacturing, the production capacity of this 5-axis linkage CNC machining machine tool will become higher and higher, and Quanjiezhen's manufacturing capabilities will become stronger and stronger.

Now that there are navigation satellites, electronic maps and terminals carrying electronic maps need to be developed.
