Warhammer: Angron Training Manual

Chapter 530: Prophet’s Warning

Chapter 530: Prophet’s Warning
……

Time flies and several days pass.

The think tank fleet had been waiting at the Beliskrona starport for a month. Qin Xia had already sent a message to the astropaths of the Salamander Legion's fleet, asking the Fire Dragon Lord to jump out of the subspace at Beliskrona and reunite with them before rushing to the front line together.

Qin Xia estimated that it would take at least two months to wait for the Lord of Fire Dragon to join them.

But less than a week later, the Fire Dragon Lord's fleet appeared in Beliscorona.

There was a flash of golden light at the edge of the galaxy, and then several warships that the Fire Dragon Lord brought with him on his trip to Terra entered the real universe and approached the think tank fleet.

Qin Xia was immediately teleported to the interior of the Fire Lizard Legion's flagship, the "Flame Forged".

After passing through the snow and wind, Qin Xia immediately asked Vulcan when he saw him on the command deck: "How come you are more than a month ahead of schedule? Did you take the webway?"

As soon as he finished speaking, Vulkan turned around and looked at Qin Xia.

While the Primarch was organizing his words, a man who was blocked by the Primarch's sturdy body took a step forward.

"Nice to meet you again, Qin Xia."

Standing next to the Primarch was the Eldar prophet Eldrad Uslan whom Qin Xia had met before.

Qin Xia and Uslan saluted each other, then looked at each other in confusion, not understanding why Uslan helped humans walk the Webway again this time.

"The Prophet found me when I traveled to Terra and led me along the Webway," Vulkan explained.

"How was the trip to Terra?" Qin Xia asked about the issue of Webway that he was most concerned about.

Webtoon is always the top priority, so Qin Xia often mentions Webtoon subconsciously, and this time when he mentioned Webtoon, his first feeling was relief.

Because in the future the Webway project will be a success.

"I just went to help out a little with the Webway Project."

When the Fire Dragon Lord mentioned the Webway Project, there was no joy or happiness on his face, only complexity and dullness.

"In my opinion, the Webway Project is not very reliable."

"Everything I saw...how can I describe it? It was very simple."

Vulkan suddenly turned around and walked to the holographic imaging device, pointing at it.

"It's like a group of primitive people saw this thing and thought it was amazing, and they also wanted to make it. But due to the limitations of materials and technology, they could only make the shell of this thing based on memory."

"And what can make an empty shell function? The answer is psychic energy."

"This is how the Webway Project feels to me. It is just a framework, and then the Emperor's powerful psychic power alone makes up for the shortcomings of other things."

At this point, Vulkan wanted to talk more about his own views, but he hesitated.

What the Fire Dragon Lord did not say was: the resources required for the Webway Project are astronomical, and the Human Empire has increasingly exploited every world within its territory, providing massive amounts of resources, but in the end it created something like that.

"But it does work," said Uslan. "Even the Eldar don't have the ability to create a webway. The fact that the Emperor, a human, could create the crude webway that the Fire Dragon Lord saw is a feat and a miracle that even our race cannot help but marvel at."

Vulkan had to admit this.

After Uslan spoke, Vulkan also mentioned the old prophet: "This prophet went to Terra with me and watched the Webway Project together. I was very surprised that he was not killed."

"Although you may not believe it, this is not the first time I have met the Emperor." Uslan seemed to be recalling the past, his eyes gradually becoming profound.

Ultimately the Eldar prophet chose to keep the past hidden and shift the subject away from himself and the Emperor.

"Qin Xia, I have something very important to tell you." Uslan suddenly turned around and looked at a chair.

He obviously wanted to sit down and talk, and tried to get a chair.

Qin Xia saw this and teleported two chairs directly under the two men.

Vulkan, who was standing by, could see that even a psychic of Uslan's level would not use psychic powers easily.

"You should know about the Harlequin Troupe," said Uslan.

Qin Xia certainly knew what this was. A group of spirits, calling themselves the Clowns, who believed in the only spirit god who could still move, and that god's name was Xile Gao.

Clowns will appear in major events that will have a profound impact on the real universe.

Seeing that Qin Xia knew about the Clown Troupe, Uslan went straight to the key part.

"The Harlequins have been investigating Erebus. They discovered that Erebus has been searching for some kind of device left over from the War in Heaven."

"According to the records of my race in the Black Library in the Webway, this device can temporarily blur the boundary between reality and the subspace after it is activated. You can think of it as creating a subspace in the real universe."

"The device is on the border planet of Interres. That's why my race helped the Interres people."

After hearing what Uslan said, Qin Xia wanted to correct the prophet's wording.

It was Eribati, not Eribas. He had already given the bastard a name to identify him.

Wu Silan also realized that Qin Xia would say that, so he took the initiative to explain: "Don't rush to correct me, the person you call Eribati is Eribas, the real Eribas."

Qin Xia was puzzled.

"The one you call Eribati is obviously not a real creature, but he can enter and exit reality at will and drive the power of the gods. The reason is that he has an anchor point in the real universe."

"This anchor is Erebus, the pure and kind man."

"Erebus would have been a complex person, like all of us intelligent beings, with kindness, selfishness, and evil. But someone separated his good and evil, forming two extremely pure and opposite individuals. They both came from a complete Erebus, which is why I call Erebus Erebatti."

"It's very simple to kill Eribati. You just have to kill Eribas. Otherwise, as long as Eribas exists, Eribati will always pop up from all over the place."

Then Uslan explained what an anchor point is and talked about some profound knowledge about numerology and metaphysics.

Qin Xia was just thinking about what Uslan said about how to eliminate Aribati.

Killing Erebus just doesn't feel right.

So Qin Xia wanted to verify the source of the information: "As far as I know, Aribati is a born bad guy. He is not the product of someone's evil."

"There's no point in getting hung up on this. The key is whoever can be used by the gods is Aribati, a born bad guy, or the evil part of someone's soul, it doesn't matter." Uslan explained.

When Qin Xia was thinking again, Uslan also told the source of the information: "All the information I mentioned came from the Laughing God."

"Is it possible..." Vulkan suddenly said, "This god is not so reliable. How could a reliable god name himself the God of Laughter, and give himself a funny name, making his believers act like clowns?" Uslan had a complicated expression, because this matter was a long story.

Qin Xia subconsciously said: "The Laughing God is the most reliable spirit god. Relatively speaking."

"So do you think this is the truth, or some kind of conspiracy or trick?" Vulkan asked.

Qin Xia was silent.

Angron had sensed Erebus and told his adoptive father what he had sensed.

Pure goodness, goodness without any negative elements.

There was once a man in the gladiator group named Onomamus, who was kind enough to drive away the malicious Warp creatures with kindness when he entered the Warp.

But Angron sensed that there was still some tiny negative element in Onomamus' heart. No matter how kind he was, he would not ask to let the High Knight go. This was proof.

Erebas had none of that. Angron even felt that if Eribati had stabbed Erebas and then immediately knelt down and begged for mercy, Erebas would have chosen to forgive him without hesitation.

This kind of kindness is too pure and abnormal.

After some thought, Qin Xia said, "Nine out of ten."

"We have to go to Interres and solve this problem." Uslan looked into Qin Xia's eyes, "I'm not suggesting that you kill Eribas, because Joker believes that this person is still of great use and the benefits he can bring are greater than the harm brought by Eribati. I just think that we should destroy the ancient device guarded by Interres."

Qin Xia certainly agreed, but he also had some doubts.

What is Aribati going to do with the device left over from the War in Heaven?

The most likely answer immediately came to Qin Xia's mind - he still wanted to corrupt Horus.

The Interres incident was successfully resolved and Aribati failed to grab the dagger.

Horus was extremely wary of Chaos, and the Daven incident was unlikely to happen.

Then this person who always tries to corrupt Horus must be doing things in order to corrupt Horus in another way.

"We have to find Horus." Qin Xia immediately stood up and made a decision, then sighed in his heart.

I wanted to meet Angron, but...

"Horus left Terra three months ago," Vulkan said.

"What is he going to Terra for?" Qin Xia was very puzzled.

"I had just arrived on Terra, and I heard that he was questioning something in the Imperial Senate." Vulkan remembered the incident very clearly, "He was questioning why the Empire ordered the sterilization of the mutant members of Interseth. The Imperial Senate said that it didn't know about this at all. The bureaucrats quarreled with Horus, and the matter became a big deal."

Qin Xia became more and more convinced that Aribati's target was Horus.

Departing for Interres is a must, there is no room for negotiation.

Qin Xia first sent the decision to Angron in the form of star language, and then said to the Lord of Fire Dragon: "In case of emergencies, we need more manpower."

"I brought half of my offspring back to Terra." Vulkan accepted it with pleasure. "The Salamanders are too few in number anyway, and the front line doesn't lack our auxiliary troops..."

……

Inters.

A gunboat passed through the planet's orbit, entered the atmosphere, and flew towards the planet's surface.

Horus sat in the gunboat with his four sons in front of him.

Loken, Torgaddon, Abaddon, Eichmander.

These four Luna Wolves are also members of the Council of Four Kings.

The Imperial Parliament discussion period has arrived again, and Sejanus has to stay in Terra for a long time. During this period, Loken, who was newly promoted to a member of the Council of Four Kings, temporarily takes over Sejanus' duties.

"The Warp Storm has enveloped the Interstellar Sector. This storm is so fierce that astropathic language and Warp navigation have been cut off. Unless the World Eaters think tank can come to help, we will stay in the Interstellar Sector for several months."

Locke held the documents and reported on the recent situation.

Horus just listened silently without complaining, because it was he who had ordered the detour to Intres after leaving Terra, and now being trapped by the sudden storm was also his problem, so he couldn't complain about anyone or anything.

"Revisiting the old place." Torgaton held his helmet and looked at the floor with a smile.

The world beneath the floor is the world where the Primarch and the Intresians signed a merger treaty.

"Maybe we can even meet that old Intres friend named Tour."

Torgaddon seemed very happy. He kept chewing and making biajibiaji sounds from his mouth.

He was chewing something called bubble gum.

There was only melancholy on Horus' face, without any joy.

The Primarch felt fear in the most inappropriate place, and what frightened him was not war or a powerful enemy, but a mortal.

The administrator of the border planet of Interres, the mortal named Tur.

"We're here." Feeling the gunboat gradually come to a stop, Togaton stood up, put on his helmet, and walked to the slowly opening cabin door.

Below is the residence of the Imperial Governor.

There are two different scenes inside and outside the mansion.

The inside is luxurious and orderly, while the outside is chaotic and dilapidated.

People gathered on the street outside the mansion, shouting and shoving each other with the Planetary Defense Force members.

Torgaddon jumped down first, landing in front of the Imperial bureaucrats who came to greet the Primarch.

Then there are Loken, Abaddon, and Eichmander.

Finally, there is Horus.

When the Primarch leaped down from ten meters in the air and landed with a bang, a ferocious look appeared on his face as he was being watched.
