Chapter 2635 Just Want to Give You a Surprise

Gu Jinchen walked closer to the car and opened the passenger door.

Shen Shuna looked at him, suppressed the ripples in her heart, bent down and sat in the car.

Gu Jinchen gave his name, and the waiter led them forward: "This way, both of you."

Entering the elevator, the waiter pressed the top floor button and the elevator continued to rise.

After reaching the top floor, the waiter led them out of the elevator and towards the restaurant.

The restaurant on the top floor was very empty. There was only a table by the window with a bunch of roses on it. The whole restaurant was so quiet that there was not even a sound. The waiter clearly pulled out the chairs for them: "Please take a seat, both of you."

Gu Jinchen and Shen Shuna sat down at the dining table. The menu was handed to them and they ordered steak and some other items.

The food they ordered came out quickly, and the waiter placed candles on the table, lit them, and opened a bottle of red wine.

When ordering food, they didn't order any wine because they thought Gu Jinchen would have to drive later.

Seeing the waiter pouring wine for them, Shen Shuna was a little confused and said blankly: "We didn't order any wine."

The waiter smiled sweetly: "This gentleman made a reservation in advance."

She suddenly realized something and glanced at Gu Jinchen with a slight blush on her face.

The waiter filled their glasses with wine, put the bottle down, and double-clicked his hands. Then, light and melodious music came from the direction of the restaurant entrance, and a woman in cheongsam walked towards them, playing the violin.

The waiter looked at them with a smile and said, "Enjoy your meal, both of you." Then he left.

Shen Shuna glanced at the woman playing the violin a few steps away, then looked at Gu Jinchen, the blush on her face becoming more and more obvious.

She said softly, "Since you've already booked it, why didn't I listen to you on the way here?"

Roses, red wine, music, Special Assistant Zhang was quite thoughtful. How come he had never realized that his assistant was so romantic before?
