I am a fairy in Journey to the West

One hundred and thirty-six skeletal remains condensed into a hundred-foot-tall Bodhisattva statue. This statue was entirely black, draped in a purple robe, beneath which lay grim, thick white bones.

It stood on a cold wind, with a circle of ghostly energy forming a Dharma wheel behind its head. When it saw Sun Wukong flying up, the Dharma image immediately spoke: "Sun Wukong, why don't you bow to the Bodhisattva?"

Sun Wukong, riding on auspicious clouds, holding his golden cudgel in his right hand, pointed at the Buddha image with his left and asked, "What kind of Bodhisattva are you?"

The Dharma image proclaimed in a resounding voice, "I am the Jade Bone Golden Corpse Bodhisattva."

"Oh? Jade Bone Golden Corpse Bodhisattva?" Sun Wukong sneered and said, "I just killed the Venerable Shangfa Mingwang, and now there's a Jade Bone Golden Corpse Bodhisattva. I just don't know if your Jade Bone Golden Corpse can withstand my Ruyi Jingu Bang."

As soon as he finished speaking, Sun Wukong immediately used a freezing spell, but it was blocked by the evil light surrounding the Jade Bone Golden Corpse Bodhisattva.

Seeing that the immobilization spell was ineffective, Sun Wukong chuckled and blinked. The next moment, two beams of golden light shot straight out from Sun Wukong's eyes.

The two golden beams tore through the yin wind, swept away the ghostly mist, and illuminated half the sky. They landed on the jade-boned golden corpse Bodhisattva and instantly released thousands of golden rays.

The golden light illuminated 136 beautiful, fair faces, and then the image of the Jade Bone Golden Corpse Bodhisattva became as white as jade and as smooth as a mirror.

With a hum, the jade-boned golden corpse emitted a buzzing sound, and the next moment it reflected thousands of golden rays, which flew everywhere and dispersed the dark clouds in the sky.

Upon seeing this, Sun Wukong exclaimed in surprise, "He still has some tricks up his sleeve."

After saying that, he held up the golden cudgel, rode the somersault cloud and flew up, and the Jade Bone Golden Corpse Bodhisattva slammed his bone palms down on Sun Wukong's head.

Seeing this, Sun Wukong simply stood still in his original spot. The huge bone palm slammed down with a loud bang, and then the bone palm shattered into pieces.

"Ah!" The Jade Bone Golden Corpse Bodhisattva let out a miserable scream as his right bone palm shattered, and his entire arm broke apart as well.

As the golden bodies and bones were dispersed by Sun Wukong's divine light, the souls of the 136 girls were immediately pardoned.

The souls of 136 girls, including Jiang Yuxian, floated in mid-air, bathed in Sun Wukong's divine light, and their resentment and malevolent aura vanished completely.

They bowed to Sun Wukong from afar, then transformed into streaks of light and flew into the underworld, heading directly to the Reincarnation Platform.

At this moment, on the Reincarnation Platform in the Underworld, the ghosts who were queuing up for reincarnation suddenly noticed more than a hundred radiant female spirits flying overhead. These spirits flew directly past the underworld gods and messengers and headed straight for the Reincarnation Platform.

The judges, ghost kings, and ghost messengers in front of the Reincarnation Platform were all stunned by this scene. At this moment, a voice came from the direction of the Ten Courts, "These are all the souls that have been liberated by the Great Sage Equaling Heaven. Let them enter the Reincarnation Platform first."

Upon hearing this, the judges and ghost kings immediately ordered the ghost messengers to open the reincarnation channel and release these souls into the six realms of reincarnation.

Meanwhile, inside Wanfu Temple in the human realm, Sun Wukong shattered the Jade Bone Golden Corpse Bodhisattva, and Abbot Faxin's final attempt also failed.

He hid in the backyard of Wanfu Temple and saw the Jade Bone Golden Corpse Bodhisattva being smashed. Terrified, he fled straight out the back door and hid himself away.

But how could he escape Sun Wukong's pursuit? Before he could get far, Sun Wukong's figure suddenly appeared in front of him, shouting, "Where are you going?!"

Faxin turned pale with fright. Seeing that he couldn't escape, he knelt down and begged for mercy: "Great Sage, spare my life! Great Sage, spare my life!"

Sun Wukong snorted coldly and looked at Faxin: "As a Buddhist disciple, you have no good heart and are full of evil deeds. You killed so many young women to practice evil arts. You deserve to die."

Faxin kowtowed repeatedly, saying, "Great Sage, I know I was wrong. I will never dare to do it again, never dare to do it again."

Sun Wukong said, "As the saying goes, evil must be eradicated completely. If I don't kill you today, you will harm people again in the future."

Without further ado, Sun Wukong finished speaking, raised his golden cudgel, and slammed it down. Blood erupted, and Faxin was instantly silenced, smashed into a pulp by Sun Wukong's blow.

After Faxin was killed, the dark clouds in the sky dissipated, the eerie wind subsided, and the bright stars and moon reappeared in the night sky.

Sun Wukong put away his golden cudgel and went back to look for Tang Sanzang and the others. However, when he arrived at the meditation room, he could not find Tang Sanzang, the White Dragon, or the others.

"Could it be that they have left the temple?" Sun Wukong thought to himself, and then rode his somersault cloud to search along Wanfu Temple and its surroundings.

Meanwhile, outside the city, the seven fairies gathered together. They had finally received a report from the awakened dragonfly demon and rushed over there.

When they arrived, they saw Sun Wukong fighting with the Jade Bone Golden Corpse Bodhisattva, so they sneaked into Wanfu Temple to watch the battle. Later, they discovered that they had been deceived by Abbot Faxin.

It was only after they saw the golden body and bones of the Jade Bone Golden Corpse Bodhisattva and the souls of the 136 girls that they realized Jiang Yuxian was not the reincarnation of the Jade Bone Golden Corpse Bodhisattva, but was harmed by Wanfu Temple, and her bones and souls were refined into evil objects by Abbot Faxin.

But just as they realized what was happening, they saw the White Dragon returning with Tang Sanzang. At this time, Sha Wujing and Zhu Bajie were still unconscious and had been tied up by the monks of Wanfu Temple.

This was a golden opportunity, so Fairy Red Robe immediately ordered Fairy Purple Robe and Fairy Green Robe to capture Pigsy and Sandy, while she herself led four women in yellow, black, white, and blue robes to intercept the White Dragon.

With the divine power of the Heaven and Earth Xuanhuang Exquisite Pagoda protecting him, the little white dragon could only take the beating, and was captured by Fairy Hongluo and the others in no time.

Tang Sanzang was also confused and was captured by the Seven Fairies and taken out of the city. Outside the city, the Red Silk Fairy looked back and saw that the dark clouds in the city had dispersed and the cold wind had stopped. She knew that Sun Wukong had eliminated the demon of Wanfu Temple, so she hurriedly said, "Go quickly, you go back to Chixian Mountain first. I will wait for the Great Sage here."

These two words carried a heavy weight in the hearts of the Seven Fairies. Without delay, they led Tang Sanzang and his companions back to the Immortal Cave on Chixian Mountain.

Fairy Hongluo remained where she was, and soon after, a beam of light flew out from the city; it was Sun Wukong riding his somersault cloud. Fairy Hongluo knew that they were no match for Sun Wukong, which was why she had waited there specifically to stop him.

"Great Sage! Great Sage!" Fairy Hongluo hurriedly called out to the sky.

A moment later, Sun Wukong's somersault cloud stopped and he quickly flew down, landing in front of Fairy Hongluo.

Sun Wukong stared at Fairy Hongluo for a while, then suddenly said, "Who are you? Why do you look so familiar?"

The Fairy Hongluo quickly bowed and then cupped her hands, saying, "Great Sage, how come you don't even recognize me? Back when you were in charge of the Peach Garden, it happened to be the Peach Banquet, and my seven sisters and I were ordered by the Queen Mother of the West to come and pick peaches."

"Oh? It's you?" Sun Wukong said, "You're the red-clad fairy among the seven fairies?"

"That's right, that's right." Fairy Hongluo nodded quickly and said, "It's rare that you still remember me, Great Sage."

"How could I not remember?" Sun Wukong squinted and said, "Back then, when I asked you whether I had been invited to the banquet, you all ridiculed me quite a bit. If you hadn't ridiculed me, would I have caused such a ruckus at the Peach Banquet?"

The Red Fairy was immediately drenched in sweat and quickly bowed to apologize, saying, "Great Sage, please forgive us. We were blind to your true nature back then, and we deeply regret it now."

"Since you've already admitted your mistake, I, Old Sun, will not hold it against you. What did you call me over to earlier?" Sun Wukong asked.

The Fairy Hongluo quickly said, "Great Sage, I just passed by this place and saw a black wind sweep away four monks. One of them seemed to be your master, Tang Xuanzang."

"What? Black Wind?" Sun Wukong's expression changed, and he asked, "Where did it go?"

Fairy Hongluo pointed and said, "It went south. That black wind was extremely fast and disappeared in the blink of an eye. It must be a great demon or a great monster."

Upon hearing this, Sun Wukong immediately bowed to Fairy Hongluo and said, "Thank you for informing me, Fairy."

After saying that, Sun Wukong rode his somersault cloud and soared into the air, heading straight south in pursuit.

Seeing Sun Wukong heading south, Fairy Hongluo breathed a sigh of relief and immediately rode her cloud northward back to Chixian Mountain.

Meanwhile, Sun Wukong searched southwards for seven or eight days without finding any great demon's cave. He asked all the monsters in the mountains, but he had never heard of any demon that could summon black wind.

But the Red Silk Fairy was a female immortal serving the Queen Mother of the West; she wouldn't lie to him.

So Sun Wukong searched for another five or six days, but still found nothing. Just as he was getting anxious, he suddenly saw a cloud of auspicious clouds flying in the sky, and Sun Wukong immediately went to meet it.

Above the auspicious clouds stood a Taoist priest, his hair disheveled, his golden robe dazzling.

Upon seeing this, Sun Wukong immediately waved and called out, "Golden Peak Immortal."

The Taoist priest was startled when he heard someone calling him, and then Sun Wukong appeared before him.

"Oh? Great Sage?" The Golden-Crowned Immortal recognized the newcomer and immediately smiled, "Great Sage, what brings you here?"

Sun Wukong bowed and asked, "Where are you going, Great Immortal?"

The Golden Peak Immortal laughed and said, "I just came out of Wuzhuang Temple and am going back to my Jade True Temple."

At this point, the Golden-Crowned Immortal asked Sun Wukong, "Great Sage, weren't you protecting Tang Sanzang on his journey to the West to retrieve the scriptures? How did you end up here?"

Sun Wukong said, "To be honest, Great Immortal, my master has been captured by a demon. I heard that the demon is coming from the south, so I, Old Sun, have been searching for half a month, but I haven't found any trace of the demon. I just happened to see you passing by, so I came to ask you."

"I see." The Golden-Crowned Immortal nodded and asked, "What kind of monster was that?"

Sun Wukong then recounted what he knew, but the Golden-Crowned Immortal frowned upon hearing it and said, "You only know that he can control black winds? That's too vague. Which demon can't control black winds?"

Sun Wukong said, "That person only said she saw a black wind."

The Golden-Crowned Immortal asked, "Who told you about this, Great Sage?"

Sun Wukong said, "It is the Red Silk Fairy, the Red Silk Fairy who is the head of the seven fairies beside the Queen Mother of the West."

"Oh?" Sun Wukong asked in surprise, "What do you mean?"

The Golden-Crowned Immortal said, "The laws of Heaven are strict, and the Seven Fairy Maidens are fairies who are always by the side of the Queen Mother of the West. How could they possibly descend to the mortal realm?"

Upon hearing this, Sun Wukong was startled. "Could it be that the Red Silk Fairy is an imposter?"

The Golden Peak Immortal said, "It's hard to say, but she's definitely lying to you. As for whether it's true or false, you'll have to verify it yourself, Great Sage."

"Ask for verification?" Sun Wukong rolled up his sleeves and said, "If she dares to lie to me, whether she's a celestial being or a demon on earth, I'll kill her with my staff as soon as I see her."

After saying this, Sun Wukong bid farewell to the Golden-Crowned Immortal and flew back to Guiming Prefecture on his somersault cloud.

After another half month of searching, Sun Wukong finally found the entrance to the Immortal Cave on Chixian Mountain. At that moment, Fairy Hongluo had just returned from outside and was about to enter the cave when she heard a loud shout from behind: "Hey, monster, take this!"

Fairy Hongluo suddenly turned around and saw that Sun Wukong had already flown in front of her, his golden cudgel striking down directly at her head.

A burst of Xuanhuang divine power flashed across Fairy Hongluo's body, and the golden cudgel that was struck down was instantly blasted away by the Xuanhuang divine power.

Sun Wukong gripped the golden cudgel and took a few steps back. Although Fairy Hongluo was protected by the Xuanhuang Divine Power, she was still stunned by the power of the golden cudgel.
