In the backyard late at night, Bai Suzhen set up an altar, invited the statue of Guanyin Bodhisattva, placed offerings on it, burned incense, and kowtowed three times.

"Disciple Bai Suzhen burns incense and respectfully prays to the Greatly Compassionate Guanyin Bodhisattva."

As Bai Suzhen finished her prayer, wisps of smoke rose from the table, forming a straight line.

Upon seeing this, Bai Suzhen immediately knelt down with a devout and solemn expression, looking up at the sky. She saw the green smoke rise straight into the air, then gather together and transform into auspicious clouds and light.

A moment later, the Dharma body of Guanyin Bodhisattva appeared above the auspicious clouds, shining with Buddha's light and filling the sky with auspicious signs.

Bai Suzhen's expression changed, and she was overjoyed. She hurriedly kowtowed and said, "Disciple Bai Suzhen greets the Greatly Compassionate Guanyin Bodhisattva."

The Guanyin Bodhisattva above the character "白" was about to speak, but stopped abruptly after uttering just one word, "白".

Bai Suzhen was surprised, but since Guanyin Bodhisattva did not speak, she did not dare to get up and just knelt on the ground to wait.

But she didn't know that the Guanyin Bodhisattva above was frozen in place, her mouth half-open and her body motionless.

Zhuang Yan, Lao Jun, and Tathagata appeared behind Guanyin Bodhisattva, all three smiling as they looked at her.

"Don't say that," Laozi laughed, "it really does resemble Fellow Daoist Guanyin."

The Buddha smiled and said, "It's just that it lacks some Buddha-nature."

Zhuang Yan walked straight forward, raised his hand and touched the 'Guanyin Bodhisattva's' forehead. A mysterious light shone on the Guanyin Bodhisattva.

The next moment, the 'Guanyin Bodhisattva's' Dharma body quickly faded away, and in the blink of an eye, it returned to its original form.

When Zhuang Yan saw the person impersonating Guanyin Bodhisattva, he was slightly surprised. "Water Path Ancestor?"

Laozi and Buddha smiled slightly, "So it's an old acquaintance."

Zhuang Yan took out a pottery jar from his sleeve and beckoned to the Water Element Dao Ancestor, who was instantly absorbed into the jar.

Then Zhuang Yan glanced at Bai Suzhen below, and said to Buddha, "Buddha, the rest is up to you."

The Buddha smiled and said, "Good." After saying that, he transformed himself into the appearance of Guanyin Bodhisattva.

"Haha." Laozi looked at the Guanyin transformed from Tathagata and said, "Now it's exactly the same."

Buddha said to Zhuang Yan, "Master Zhuang, remember to tell me where this person is staying later."

Zhuang Yan nodded and said, "Don't worry." After saying that, he entered the 'Spiritual Platform Treasure Realm' with Laozi.

The Buddha, disguised as Guanyin, said to Bai Suzhen below, "Bai Suzhen, get up."

Bai Suzhen waited for a long time without receiving a response from Guanyin Bodhisattva. Upon hearing Guanyin Bodhisattva's voice, she immediately breathed a sigh of relief.

"This disciple thanks the Bodhisattva." Bai Suzhen bowed and rose.

Then the Buddha said, "I already know about your matter."

Bai Suzhen hesitated for a moment, then said, "Bodhisattva, Marici Bodhisattva came today, and she said... she said it was you."

"You're saying I'm a fake, right?" Buddha laughed.

Bai Suzhen quickly replied, "This disciple has absolutely no doubt about the Bodhisattva."

“It’s alright,” the Buddha said. “Even if you have doubts, I won’t blame you.”

Bai Suzhen said, "Xu Xian did indeed save my life, and it is only right for me to repay him with my life. The Bodhisattva once instructed me to repay his kindness, and I am deeply grateful. However, now all the gods and Buddhas in the heavens cannot tolerate me. Now that the Bodhisattva Marici has come, I am really unable to resist him."

After saying this, Bai Suzhen knelt down and kowtowed again, saying, "Please, Bodhisattva, guide me through my confusion. I will be eternally grateful."

Bai Suzhen's meaning was clear: I don't care whether the Bodhisattva is real or not, Xu Xian's kindness to me is real, and I will always remember the Bodhisattva's guidance on how to repay that kindness.

Upon hearing this, Buddha smiled slightly and said, "Namarici Bodhisattva is a guardian deity of Buddhism, and her supernatural powers are naturally formidable, but she is not invincible." After speaking, Buddha raised his hand and flipped it over, and a six-colored glass bottle instantly appeared in his palm.

With a gentle toss, the Buddha threw the six-colored glass bottle to Bai Suzhen. "Bai Suzhen, this is the Six Realms Cloud Sea Bottle, containing the water of the Six Realms Ocean. Tomorrow, when you face Marici Bodhisattva, as long as you throw this bottle, you will be victorious."

Bai Suzhen was overjoyed upon seeing this, and quickly reached out to catch the Six Realms Cloud Sea Bottle. Then she kowtowed and said, "Thank you, Bodhisattva."

Buddha smiled and said, "Bai Suzhen, you once received my guidance to repay a debt of gratitude, and all these troubles you are facing today are because of this. Here's what we'll do: if you encounter difficulties again in the future, just burn incense and pray as you did today, and I will respond."

Bai Suzhen was overjoyed and quickly bowed, saying, "Thank you for your mercy, Bodhisattva."

When she looked up again, she found that Guanyin Bodhisattva had disappeared. Bai Suzhen got up to see the Bodhisattva off, and then called Xu Xian and Xiaoqing in.

"My wife, how is she?"

"Sister, what did the Bodhisattva say?"

Bai Suzhen displayed the Six Realms Cloud Sea Bottle in her hand and said with a smile, "Look, the Bodhisattva has bestowed upon me a magical treasure. Tomorrow I will surely be able to defeat the Bodhisattva Marici."

"That's great!" Xu Xian was overjoyed. He didn't think too much about it; he was just happy that he wouldn't have to part with Bai Suzhen.

But Xiaoqing frowned slightly, and it wasn't until half an hour later that she took a moment to pull Bai Suzhen aside and ask, "Sister, is that Bodhisattva real or fake?"

Bai Suzhen glanced at Xiaoqing and then said, "Xiaoqing, I don't care if she's real or fake, only she can help us now."

Xiaoqing sighed slightly and said, "That's true."

"It's quite unexpected that we'll meet again in this way," Zhuang Yan said with a smile to the Water Dao Ancestor.

Laozi nodded and said to Zhuang Yan, "You should do it."

Zhuang Yan nodded slightly, then stepped forward and asked Dao Ancestor Shui Xing, "Fellow Daoist, is there anything else you wish to say?"

The Water Dao Ancestor gently shook his head and smiled, then sat down cross-legged on a rock behind him, saying, "I have nothing to say."

"So she was hiding in the Yunchao Cave in the Qiantang River." Buddha said with a smile, "In that case, I will return to the Yunchao Cave first."

Lao Jun laughed and said, "Whether we can wipe out the remaining heretical Grand Luo Golden Immortals in one fell swoop depends on you, the 'spy'."

Buddha laughed heartily, "Just watch, Daoist. If I can infiltrate their ranks this time, I will be able to work with you two from the inside to capture them all!"

After speaking, Buddha bid farewell to Zhuang Yan and Laozi, then transformed into a wisp of auspicious cloud and returned directly to the Cloud Tide Cave on the Qiantang River. (End of Chapter)
