Harry returns from Hogwarts Legacy

Chapter 28 Harry in the Newspaper

Chapter 28 Harry in the Newspaper
After being splashed with scabies potion once and then sprayed with Snape's venom, Neville was trembling until dinner time.

"If you ask me, buddy," Ron began to comfort Neville, "it's actually no big deal. After all, you can't be proficient in every subject."

"You're right, Weasley." Draco's harsh voice came from the Slytherin table behind him: "Perhaps this little fat boy should think more with his head instead of his fat ass."

"Shut up, Malfoy." Ron put his arm around Neville's shoulders to stop him from looking at Draco.

Seeing that Draco was about to open his mouth, Slytherin prefect Gemma Farley said, "Mr. Malfoy?"

"Miss Farley," Draco responded.

"Shut up," Gemma said simply.

It wasn't that she felt sorry for Neville being bullied, but she simply didn't want the professors to catch Draco verbally attacking his classmates and have him deduct points from the Slytherin class.

After being warned by the prefect, Draco shut up obediently, but his eyes kept glancing at the backs of Ron and Neville, and no one knew what he was thinking.

In the afternoon, Harry dragged several of his roommates, including Hermione, to visit Hagrid's hut.

Hagrid was very happy to see so many little wizards, all of them from Gryffindor.

"Go, go." Hagrid noticed Neville's trembling legs and began to drive the big dog beside him. "Wait a minute, I'll tie up Fang first. He's always so enthusiastic."

After Fang was tied up, Hagrid invited everyone to come in and take a seat.

Harry brought a lot of Muggle snacks and a few large bottles of Coke, the 2.5-liter kind.

"Oh, it's Coke." Hagrid grabbed a large bottle of Coke, looking like an ordinary person holding oral liquid. "I have to admit that Muggles are still good at some things."

"This is Ron, Seamus and Neville, and she is Hermione," Harry introduced Hagrid.

"Hello." Hagrid happily shook hands with everyone. When it was Ron's turn, Hagrid smiled and said, "Another Weasley brother, right? I know your two brothers, Fred and George, right? To be honest, I really can't tell them apart, but I really spent most of my life trying to drive them out of the Forbidden Forest."

He took out a large plate from the cupboard, which contained some small, rough-looking cookies.

"Try this, the rock pie I baked," said Hagrid, taking a piece from the plate and crunching it in his mouth.

Harry's eyelids twitched. Judging from the sound of this person, he was not a good person.

He picked up the rock cake and tried to bend it with his hands, but it couldn't be moved at all.

So he picked up Hagrid's kettle, poured some water into a bowl, and put the rock cake in the bowl, intending to soak it before eating.

When he looked up, Harry found that his friends were looking at him as if he were the sixth child.

Neville still had a piece of rock cake in his mouth, and it looked like he hadn't bitten it off.

Harry shrugged, pulled out his wand, conjured up a fork, and put the softened rock cake into his mouth.

It should be admitted that the rock cake is really delicious after being soaked and softened. It has a rich milky flavor, much like soufflé.

"Well, it's pretty good." He praised, and did not forget to save Hagrid's face: "Sorry, Hagrid, my gums have been a little inflamed recently, so I can only soak it to soften it before eating."

"That's all right, Harry," said Hagrid, grinning.

Everyone told Hagrid about the interesting things that happened in class recently, and Hagrid always laughed heartily after listening to them, which might remind him of the happy times when he was studying at school. "In fact, Professor Sprout's cake is very delicious." Hagrid began to criticize the professors sharply: "As for Professor McGonagall, she is indeed very strict, but she is also very good - it should be said that all professors at Hogwarts are good people."

Ron has a different understanding of this sentence.

"Except Snape," he said quickly.

"Yes." Neville agreed with Ron almost immediately, and Seamus also nodded in agreement.

"How can you say that?" Hagrid shook his head and said, "In fact, you will know after you meet him. Professor Snape is also a..."

He suddenly got stuck.

"I think he's always targeting Harry." Ron didn't wait for Hagrid to find the right adjective. "You didn't see the way Snape looked at him. It was as if he wanted to eat him."

"No, I think it's very complicated." Hermione disagreed: "Anyway... I can't really describe that feeling."

"Yes, of course he is complicated." Hagrid smiled at everyone.

"Why?" Harry asked quickly: "Hagrid, you have been in Hogwarts for so long, and you are friends with my parents, you must know why, right? I think Professor Snape must know my parents, and even be friends with them..."

Unexpectedly, Hagrid gasped when he heard Harry's words.

"Merlin's fattest lace panties...what makes you think so?"

Noticing Hagrid's surprise, Harry quickly asked, "What's wrong, Hagrid? Was I wrong?"

"Hmm..." Hagrid said vaguely: "It can't be said that it's wrong. It should be said that your parents do have a deep connection with Professor Snape."

"No wonder..." Harry said in understanding, "No wonder he asked that question."

"Ask a question?" Ron asked in confusion, "What does this have to do with him asking you a question? Man, I think he's targeting you."

Harry repeated Victoria's flower language, and everyone couldn't help but look as if they had seen a ghost, especially Ron, whose mouth opened wide.

"But why didn't he just say it directly?" Hermione always felt as if she had grasped something, but it felt like something was missing and she just couldn't grasp the main point.

"That's consistent with Professor Snape's character," Hagrid said with a smile, and he quickly changed the subject: "How is your brother Charlie?"

He was asking about Ron: "I like him a lot - you know, he has a way with animals."

As expected, Ron's attention was drawn by Hagrid, and he began to talk to Hagrid about Charlie raising dragons in Romania.

Harry's attention was drawn to the newspaper lying on the table, which had been cut a little but not completely.

The cropped section contained reports of a break-in at Gringotts, but Harry's attention was drawn to another section.

It is not a report about current affairs, but a recap of old events, similar to a small knowledge section.

Written above are major events. A hundred years ago today, the goblin rebellion was put down.

Hermione was also attracted by the newspaper. She picked up the newspaper in disbelief and said in surprise: "Oh, Harry, your name is on it!"
