Harry returns from Hogwarts Legacy

Chapter 90 Gryffindor, courage supreme!

Chapter 90 Gryffindor, courage supreme!
Harry looked at his friends. He knew that strong trees could not be grown in a greenhouse.

Why were the students of Hogwarts so outstanding a hundred years ago? It is because the environment of the wizarding world itself is full of dangers. If you go for a walk outside, you may encounter several poachers or dark wizards.

Seeing how eager they were to stop Quirrell, Harry knew that it would be useless even if he tried to stop them verbally. Instead of letting them follow secretly, it would be better to agree to them so that he could take care of them.

On the other hand, Harry also wanted to hone these friends, just like Sebastian and the others had honed themselves.

Blindly protecting them will only make them flowers in a greenhouse instead of towering trees that can stand on their own.

"This is Felicis Felix." Harry held up the small bottle of Felicis Felix. "I don't need to explain the effects of the potion. At least it can keep you safe from harm... Come on, each of you drink a little and share it."

As he spoke, Harry used Transfiguration to create four small cups, poured a little Felixir into each cup evenly, and handed them to the four people.

"What about you, Harry?" asked Ron.

"I don't need this." Harry winked at Ron.

After the four of them drank the Felicis in the cup, Harry said again: "This time we will have a real battle in the duel hut. I hope everyone can follow my command -"

"Understood, Harry," the four said together.

Harry nodded and handed the invisibility cloak to the four of them.

"Come with me and put this on."

The invisibility cloak was large enough for four people to carry it.

"Neville! You stepped on my foot!" Seamus complained in a low voice.

"Oh sorry." Neville apologized quickly.

Walking up the stairs to the fourth floor, Hermione took off her invisibility cloak, walked to the door, and whispered, "Look, this door has been opened. Obviously, Quirrell has gone in!"

A low dog bark was heard from inside the door. Hermione opened the door and had a deep eye contact with the three heads.

"There's a harp over there." Hermione turned around and said, "Hagrid once said that when Fluffy hears music, he will -"

Then, she drew her wand and pointed it at the harp, shaking it gently with her small hand.

The harp made a pleasant sound. Lu Wei, who was originally staring at the outside and whimpering, suddenly blinked his six eyes and fell asleep in almost an instant.

"Come in quickly." Hermione whispered, not forgetting to continue directing the instruments with her wand.

"This thing... won't wake up, right?" Neville looked up at Fluffy with fear.

"will not."

After Harry finished speaking, he entered the door first, and Ron was the second one to enter. After he entered, he searched left and right on the wall, but couldn't find the door to the front for a long time.

"Here!" Seamus waved at the two of them. Next to him was a trapdoor - like the door of a cellar.

"Lumos." Harry stretched out his wand and looked down, but there was no bottom in sight.

"Revelio!" He waved his wand again, but still found nothing.

"I'll go down and explore the way first," Harry said to the four of them, "If everything is OK, I'll call you down."

"What if something happens?" Ron asked.

"Then you should call the professors over here!" Harry rolled his eyes and jumped down.

When jumping down, don't forget to give yourself a shock-absorbing and speed-stopping effect.

He felt himself floating down onto something soft, rubbing his butt against it. It seemed to be some kind of vine-like plant.

"Come on down!" Harry shouted towards the hole where they fell. "It's okay."

In his field of vision, the hole was a spot of light the size of a fingernail.

"what--!!"

With four screams, four friends landed beside him.

"You know what? When I was in the air, I even had the urge to strangle you!" Neville complained in a low voice. "To be honest, it's a good thing there are these plants here," said Ron.

"Luckily!" Hermione screamed. "Something's got a hold of me. Oh my God! It's wrapping around my legs!"

After Hermione's reminder, everyone realized something was wrong.

Ron struggled violently, but found that the thing was getting tighter and tighter.

"Oh...oh...oh..." Ron was having trouble breathing because of the strangulation.

Harry quietly cast a spell to help Ron relieve the pain.

He knew what kind of plant it was, but he wanted to use this opportunity to sharpen his friend.

"Don't struggle! Ron!" Neville suddenly shouted, "This is a devil's snare! The more you struggle, the tighter it will tie you!"

"Oh, I'm so glad!" grumbled Ron. "Now we know what the bloody thing is - what should we do? Neville? Aren't you very interested in Herbology?"

"Professor Sprout said..." Neville muttered in a low voice, and suddenly said loudly: "Seamus! Set it on fire! This thing is afraid of fire..."

"No! Not Seamus!"

Ron only had time to let out a loud roar before he heard the sound of thunder and explosion beside him.

The devil's net quickly retreated, and several people fell to the ground one after another.

"Look, sometimes I think I'm pretty good." Seamus said with a smile, "These devil's snares seem to be afraid of my thunderbolt explosion..."

"I would thank you if you could change the thunder explosion into a blazing flame." Neville said with a dark face.

Seamus's spell just now was directed at Neville, which made Neville the first victim of the spell explosion.

"Luckily Neville is interested in Herbology," Ron said, somewhat relieved. "Otherwise, we would have all died there."

"Okay, let's keep moving forward." Hermione reached down and wiped the corner of her mouth, trying hard to suppress a smile.

They walked down a stone corridor and climbed the stairs. The only sound they could hear was their footsteps and the sound of dripping water.

"Did you hear any noise?" Neville asked quietly.

"It sounds like a buzzing sound? Like a fly." Hermione raised her head and looked forward.

"Let's go and take a look." Ron said, leading the way forward.

He was now extremely confident, perhaps it was the courage given to him by the Felicis.

They came to the end of the corridor and faced a brightly lit room with a high vaulted ceiling.

Countless little birds, as dazzling as gems, fluttered their wings and flew around the room.

Across the room, there was a heavy wooden door, blocking their way.

"They don't look like birds," Seamus said, looking up. "They look like keys...but which one is the right one?"

"Look, the biggest one, its wings seem to be injured!" Neville said loudly, pointing at the big key with sky blue wings.

Ron and Hermione searched the floor and saw the broomstick next to the door.

"Harry!" Ron pointed at the broom excitedly, "You're the Seeker, it's time for you to show off!"

Harry said "Oh" and raised his wand to point it at the big key that was flapping its wings.

"Accio!"

The Big Key flapped its wings weakly, but was unable to break free from the spell.

Harry grabbed the key and raised an eyebrow at Ron.

"Sometimes... a Seeker doesn't really need a broomstick."
