From the Ming Dynasty, we will conquer the world

Chapter 153 I have a mirror, a weapon to slay demons, a city to suppress Wudang

The Temple of the God of War was suspended on the top of the Great Snow Mountain. Temujin was the first to fall from the temple, followed closely by Bashiba and others.

The main body of this Dalun Temple occupies the entire peak of the snow-capped mountain. The Buddhist temples, palaces, scripture halls, monks' quarters and other buildings are stacked layer by layer, as if forming a magnificent mandala.

The largest of the main halls is built of extremely hard granite, with red walls, overhanging eaves, upturned corners, and gilded copper tiles.

The beams and pillars are wrapped with gilded bronze ornaments and hung with large red prayer flags. The walls are covered with various thangka paintings, all of which are made of precious and magical treasures such as silver, pearls, agate, and coral as pigments and decorations to show solemnity.

At the deepest part of the hall is a pagoda. In front of the pagoda hangs a prayer wheel with a diameter of about ten feet and a height of three feet. On the wheel are passages of scriptures and mantras engraved in gold lacquer.

This magnificent hall, with its indescribable splendor and the solemnity of Buddhism, was already filled with solemn-looking lamas, who were praying scriptures in unison.

These lamas are not martial arts masters in the general sense. They have only shallow internal strength and their bodies are extremely weak. However, their thoughts are extremely pure and spotless.

They recite scriptures and constantly visualize the gods in their hearts. Their body, speech, and mind are in harmony and unity. They regard worship and pilgrimage as communication with the Buddha and Bodhisattva. There is no distracting thoughts in their minds and it is even more difficult for them to perceive the pain of the flesh.

As the sutras were chanted, the lamas' spiritual thoughts merged into gusts of peaceful and warm wind, pushing the huge prayer wheel to turn slowly. The power extracted from it was once again injected into the pagoda.

Seeing Ba Siba and Ying Yuan coming, the lamas turned around, put their hands together and bowed their heads to show respect to the two living Buddhas.

Temujin had no such taboos. He put his hands behind his back and looked directly at the pagoda. It was the first time he smiled since arriving at the Dalun Temple.

"You have taken good care of my body over the years. Very good."

Deep down, Temujin did not want to see his own people. He was completely immersed in the Tantric belief and completely lost his ambition to forge ahead. He only knew how to worship the gods.

But he also had to admit that the Tantric Buddhism of these lamas did have its wonderful aspects.

In Temujin's eyes, people under the blue sky were no different from animals.

The people of other countries were nothing more than cattle and sheep under the whip of a shepherd, but Genghis Khan was destined to lead a pack of wolves to devour the sky and the earth.

Cows and sheep eat grass, wolves eat cows and sheep, and the strong prey on the weak. This is the rule set by Changshengtian.

Although the Tantric belief in telekinesis will gradually transform the ferocious and warlike wolves into cattle and sheep, it can also extract new power from these pure meals on the plate.

It is for this reason that Temujin cooperated with the Tantric Buddhism.

As a peerless overlord who grew up from the brutal struggle of internal and external difficulties and once dominated the world, Temujin was well aware of the necessity of possessing such power.

Although Temujin was a peerless warrior who was ranked among the best in the history of martial arts throughout the ages, he always positioned himself as a conqueror and emperor rather than a pure warrior.

Therefore, when faced with the desire of "breaking the void", which countless warriors are eager to pursue and are willing to die for, Temujin is actually not very interested in it.

What he hated even more was the feeling of having no control over himself and having to "break the void".

Temujin was indeed very interested in the exotic lands outside the sky and wanted to conquer them completely, but he was absolutely unwilling to ascend to heaven in broad daylight out of necessity.

Therefore, he chose to follow the path of "Broken Vajra", leaving behind a body and reincarnating.

Temujin's reincarnation was not simply his soul leaving his body and taking over a physical body, but his true re-entry into the cycle of reincarnation, experiencing the trance of staying in the womb and the confusion of the afterlife, and living again.

Reincarnation has always been a widely circulated rumor in the martial arts world.

It is said that during the Eastern Jin Dynasty, Lu Xun, a disciple of Sun En, the founder of Huangtian Dafa, experienced the cycle of life and death. During the prosperous Tang Dynasty, he realized his past and lived again as Xi Yao.

Although it was only a groundless rumor, it was enough to excite the people in the martial arts world. However, there were also many people who scoffed at it and did not believe it.

Because this is the only example that can be traced.

Moreover, even if this story is true, more than two hundred years passed from the Eastern Jin Dynasty to the heyday of the Tang Dynasty.

During these two hundred years, this Taoist master must have gone through countless reincarnations before he was able to break through the barrier and recall his past events. This shows how dangerous reincarnation is.

This is also the second reason why Temujin chose to cooperate with Tantric Buddhism.

The great masters of Tantric Buddhism throughout the ages have all been pursuing the great perfection of directly seeing the true nature of their own pure nature, transcending what can be practiced and what is practiced, and never departing from the essence of reality throughout the eons of reincarnation.

Therefore, their understanding of reincarnation is stronger than that of the Central Plains martial arts world that only pursues "breaking the void".

The "Great Method of Changing Heaven and Strike Earth" that can last for thousands of reincarnations is the ultimate result of this cognition.

It was precisely because the living Buddha of the past performed the "Heaven-Changing and Earth-Strike Method" at all costs, and because of the blessing of the faith and thoughts of the Tibetan and Mongolian people, Temujin was able to successfully reincarnate as he wished, and after only one reincarnation, he understood his past.

According to the original plan, after realizing his identity, Temujin should have gone directly to the Dalun Temple and returned to the top as quickly as possible.

But reincarnation is, after all, one of the most mysterious topics in the world.

Temujin's experience in his second life was also quite bumpy. Before he could awaken his memory and return to the Dalun Temple, his body was destroyed by humans.

So much so that only after death can the person understand his past.

Although according to the calculations of a group of lamas, the Temple of War God will appear in the world at this time, but at that time, even if his spiritual cultivation is extremely high, his soul will not be able to remain in the world forever after leaving his physical body.

Fortunately, the Tantric sect is not the only one in the world that has warriors who are concerned about the Temple of War God.

At this time, the Temple of the God of War had been discovered by Liang Xiao, who was an expert in astronomy, and the people from the Tianji Palace, and had been transformed into the center of the "Hidden Dragon".

They built a "Yin Yang Pool" in the Temple of War God to operate and dispatch the spiritual energy of the four seas, making it impossible for this divine treasure to fly into the sky or escape into the ground, and it could only move along the currents of the four seas.

The people in Tianji Palace made this weapon for the purpose of revenge, but it provided convenience to Temujin.

It allowed him to find this place without having to re-enter the cycle of reincarnation. Instead, he could use the Temple of the God of War as his home, borrow the inspiration from all over the world to nourish his soul, and gradually master this rare treasure.

If Li Gong had not followed the trail and entered the Temple of the God of War, Temujin would have been able to completely refine it and bring it back to the Dalun Temple, making it the foundation of the Buddhist kingdom on earth.

But even so, Li Gong only delayed for a little while and did not change the final outcome.

Precisely because they were in the Temple of the God of War, even though Ba Siba, who had practiced the "Great Art of Changing Heaven and Striking Earth", found nothing no matter how hard he searched for Temujin after knowing that the time had come.

Therefore, he could only use the will of the people to purify the Dharma body left by Temujin in the world again and again.

Temujin looked towards the pagoda, his gaze as solid as substance, penetrating through the outer wall of the pagoda and seeing the relics enshrined on the top floor.

With his long-cherished wish in mind, even Genghis Khan felt a surge of emotion.

But he did not want to suppress this long-lost emotion, he just stepped forward and walked to the foot of the pagoda.

Facing the lotus throne on the high platform, Temujin did not sit cross-legged like ordinary monks, but sat on it with his horse and sword as if he were the commander's seat in front of the tent.

After Genghis Khan sat down, he supported his knees with his hands, looked at the lamas headed by Phagpa, and announced:
"Now that the Khan has returned, according to our previous promise, Shangri-La will be established from today!"

Although it was just a simple sitting and giving orders, everyone could feel from Temujin an indescribable majesty and tyranny that could not be disobeyed.

As soon as these words were spoken, the originally solemn and sacred Buddhist temple suddenly seemed to be transformed into a military tent with strict laws. Outside the tent, iron cavalry were lined up in a solemn battle array, and murderous intentions were lurking everywhere. With just one order, the cavalry would surge like a tide and sweep across the world.

From Phagpa on down, almost all the lamas were shocked.

They only felt that the person in front of them was not the legendary Chakravartin who ruled the four continents, but the wrathful Mahakala who was in charge of weapons and killing.

As soon as Ba Siba saw Temujin's posture, he realized clearly that the Shangri-La that the conqueror wanted to build was by no means an ark to survive the doomsday war as the successive living Buddhas of Tantric Buddhism had imagined, but a warship to conquer the nine heavens.

But during the natural disasters, Ba Siba had already realized that if he wanted the people to regard Buddhism as their only hope, he had to destroy all other spiritual pillars.

Only Temujin could do this.

What is the Buddhist kingdom on earth?

In Ba Siba's view, the meaning of these four words is not to create a pure land of lapis lazuli on earth where everyone can be free from disease and disaster and live in peace and happiness.

The true meaning of the Buddha’s kingdom on earth is that as long as everyone recites the Buddha’s teachings in their hearts, even if they are in the red dust, they will not feel any pain at all, and the world will be transformed into a Buddha’s kingdom!

Therefore, facing this heretic Chakravartin, Phagpa did not hesitate at all. He simply put his hands together and said word by word with a pious attitude as if paying homage to the Buddha's Dharmakaya:

"Welcome back the Holy King!"

All the lamas, starting with him, turned around and faced the Chakravartin whom they had worshipped for many years, and said in unison:

"Welcome back the Holy King!"

Those guardians who were not in the core layer but were qualified to stand around the palace also heard the voice in the palace clearly, and they also chanted the name in unison.

The voice spread far and wide, like a river originating from the top of the snow-capped peak, mighty and mighty, from the palace complex on the top of the mountain to the foot of the mountain.

Tens of thousands, or even more, of believers chanted the name of the Chakravartin, and it seemed as if endless spiritual power gathered from all directions, forming a brilliant, colorful rainbow light that converged in the red-painted palace.

Ying Yuan in the crowd felt his soul shaken, and the power of incense and vows that had been integrated into the rainbow light and condensed into the forms of the five great Vajra deities were also drawn out of his body and merged into the rainbow light.

Since the death of Temujin, in order to help him gather mental power, successive living Buddhas of the Tantric Buddhism have been secretly promoting the legend of the Chakravartin and Shangri-La in order to build consensus.

Even the living Buddhas of all generations were only temporarily in charge of the mental power on behalf of the Chakravartin. Now that Temujin has ascended the throne, this power will naturally return to its original owner.

The prayer wheel above Temujin's head vibrated hummingly, and the pagoda behind him collapsed like sand, revealing a round crystal ball that looked like a diamond bead. It was the crystallization of his cultivation in his previous life.

Temujin suddenly stood up and raised his fist to the sky. The rainbow and the relics merged into one, soaring into the sky and pouring into the Temple of the God of War.

It is said that from today on, another scorching sun seemed to rise on the top of the Dalun Temple peak. No matter day or night, the light never faded. It was bright for seven days and seven nights before gradually dimming.

People in Tantric Buddhism said that this was the sign of the birth of the Wheel-Turning King. Such a grand and strange phenomenon could not be hidden from anyone.

The news soon spread back to the Central Plains. Even the martial artists who did not know about Temujin realized that a powerful man who could compete with Zhang Zhenwu seemed to have appeared in the Northern Yuan Dynasty outside the Great Wall.

"The light shines for seven days and seven nights. The strength accumulated by the Tantric sect is indeed strong."

At the top of Tianzhu Peak, Xu Xing and Zhang Sanfeng stood side by side, looking towards the north together. After Xu Xing squinted his eyes for a while, he sighed with heartfelt emotion.

Zhang Sanfeng snorted coldly and said:
“Since the change in the heavens, this group of big monks have taken advantage of the fact that the old Taoist priest is temporarily unable to take action and have reaped a lot of benefits in secret.

However, it is not so easy for Temujin to fully utilize such a strong willpower for his own benefit. "

Having said this, he turned around, looked at Xu Xing, and said seriously:

"With the blessings from the War God Temple and the power of the Tantric vows, I will do my best to help you make up for it. In the end, the key to the battle still lies with you and him."

Xu Xing raised his eyebrows and smiled:
"Since the old master is so generous and gave me such delicious food, what else can I say?"

Although he understood that Temujin must be undergoing a transformation just like himself, Xu Xing did not feel the slightest awe or fear in his heart. Instead, he was excited and eager to try.

Xu Xing still remembers vividly the experience of fleeing in the Temple of War God.

Although perhaps in the eyes of Li Gong or even Temujin, this was an extremely incredible performance, but in Xu Xing's own opinion, even if it was not a shame, it was a failure.

He can face such a failure calmly, but he also has a strong desire to get back at the debt!

This kind of forbearing state of mind not only fits the deep and restrained characteristics of the Xuanwu star power, but also allows Xu Xing to use the "Sad Little Arrow" method to refine it into a force to defeat the enemy.

Seeing his determination to fight, Zhang Sanfeng couldn't help but stroke his beard and smile:

"It's great for young people to have ambition and confidence. But if you want to stand on the battlefield of the strongest, your 'Zhenwu Seven-Section Formation' needs to be improved.

By now, you should consider seeking help from external sources."

Xu Xing nodded slightly, understanding what Zhang Sanfeng meant.

Over the past seven days, he had been constantly trying to form the Zhenwu Seven-Section Formation, repeatedly looking for the various problems that existed in it, and often separating his soul from his body, while simultaneously pushing forward the progress of the two techniques.

The soul flies into the Bixiao sky realm, collects the righteous energy of the Tiangang, and practices the "Nine Sky Sutra", while the physical body, under the guidance of the Pure Yang Fist, practices the "Nine Yang Magic Art".

However, there are some problems.

The "Nine Heavens Scriptures" were easy to understand, as Xu Xing had already understood the principle of balancing yin and yang. With a solid Taoist foundation and extraordinary spiritual cultivation, he could be said to be making rapid progress.

In just seven days, he transformed all his cultivation of "Huang Tian Da Fa" into "Jiu Xiao Zhen Qi", practiced the Nine Chapters to Perfection, and successively crossed the two major hurdles of "Two Poles Returning to the Origin" and "Tai Chi Returning to the Origin".

Xu Xing now has reached the realm of "Wuji Guiyi" which is equivalent to that of a grandmaster, and is gradually approaching the pinnacle, steadily moving towards the realm of "Wuji Guizhen" which is enough to allow him to ascend to heaven in broad daylight.

However, the progress of the Nine Yang Divine Art was somewhat unsatisfactory.

Logically speaking, with Xu Xing's skills, he also possesses masculine energy and pure yang boxing skills that even Zhang Sanfeng himself does not have. This should have been the easiest level to pass.

But the bad thing is that Xu Xing's spirit is too masculine, and he is in an environment like Tianzhu Peak. The Nine Yang Divine Art itself has the side effect of burning the body, and if he is not careful he will cross the boundary of yin and yang balance.

What's more, he also stores turbid air in his body, which is the foundation of the magic path. For the "Nine Yang True Qi", this is the best fuel.

The reason why Zhang Sanfeng wanted to switch to the "Ten Yang Realm" was to make use of this characteristic, to separate the excess power and suppress the broken void, but Xu Xing had to act with caution.

If facing a static target, Xu Xing also has many ways to avoid the pain of being burned to death.

But his goal, after all, was to use this power to construct the Zhenwu Seven-Section Formation and use it to fight against Temujin, so he had to think of a safer way.

This was also a problem he had already considered.

The method Xu Xing had come up with earlier was to use the two divine objects he had taken out of the Temple of the God of War as raw materials to refine a magical object that could temporarily balance yin and yang, allowing him to have no worries and exert the power of the Nine Yang or even the Ten Yang.

However, after coming into contact with Li Gong, he also simultaneously pursued the second path.

That is to follow the method of "Purple Blood Method", use the heat emitted by Nine Yang Magic Art to cleanse the marrow and replace the blood to enhance the strength of the body.

After Li Gong's "Purple Blood Method" turned from a demon into a Taoist technique, the scene it presented was a red heart and eternal blue sky. But when it came to Xu Xing's hands, it became the sun at its zenith and golden light.

However, even with this alone, Xu Xing still found it difficult to fully bear this overly violent force.

Therefore, now that I have been able to initially form the "Zhenwu Seven-Section Formation" and my cultivation has made considerable progress, it is time to refine this magic weapon.

Zhang Sanfeng was a little curious:
"So, what kind of magic weapon do you want to refine?"

The art of refining weapons is not well developed in this world. Even among the masters of swordsmanship, no one has become famous for his magic weapons.

In the world that Zhang Sanfeng was born in, although "The Heaven Sword and Dragon Saber" was famous throughout the world and he also had a group of powerful weapons with magical powers, it was still slightly weaker than the iron fist of Master Zhang.

This kind of magical weapon used to assist in spiritual practice was the only one Zhang Sanfeng had ever seen in his life, so he was very curious about what kind of treasure Xu Xing would refine.

Xu Xing did not hesitate for a moment, but smiled and said:

"Then please trouble the Master to make a mirror for me."

Zhang Sanfeng was a little confused, nodded, and said:

"It seems that you have already prepared a plan?"

Xu Xing just smiled it off.

Apart from traditional weapons such as swords, guns, sticks and clubs, the only thing that can be called a magic weapon for him is naturally the "Haotian Mirror" sleeping in his mind.

This treasure refining was also a test for him. Xu Xing really wanted to know if he could use what he had learned to reproduce even a little bit of the meaning of the "Haotian Mirror"?
If he could succeed, Xu Xing would be confident that he could help Zhang Sanfeng solve the problem of the broken void just like he had solved the problem of the Nine Voids.

Zhang Sanfeng didn't waste any words and just said:
"Since it's possible, let's get started."

His eyes moved, and he drew a line in the air with his right hand. The sky seemed to be torn apart. The crack was deep and dark, flashing with bizarre colors, very similar to Wan Guizang's "Broken Finger" that day.

However, even if Wan Guizang exerted all his strength and condensed all the death energy in his body, at the cost of reducing his lifespan, he could only point out a small hole.

But Zhang Sanfeng could create a narrower crack that was much larger than his with just a casual stroke of his hand, as if it was effortless.

Endless flames suddenly emerged from the cracks, and as soon as the red heat wave appeared, it had the potential to become a raging disaster and burn everything.

If you want to refine magical weapons, firepower is definitely indispensable. In this world, is there anyone who is better at setting fire than Zhang Sanfeng?

In the Northern Song Dynasty, Xu Xing had personally practiced Zhao Lie's magic weapon martial arts and was quite familiar with it. When he saw Zhang Sanfeng's fire, he was excited.

He stomped his foot on the ground, shook up the fireball and the sculpture, and threw them into Zhang Sanfeng's Ten Yang True Fire.

These two treasures are worthy of being the most core parts of the forty-nine War God Atlases. After being infused with surging spiritual energy, they have even developed some spirituality and seem to be able to sense danger.

Therefore, as the big red ball and the dragon beast approached the Ten Yang True Fire, they began to vibrate violently and were difficult to suppress.

A heat similar to the "Nine Yang Magic Art" suddenly rose from the blood-red fireball, trying to fight against the Ten Yang True Fire. The dragon beast sculpture also seemed to come alive, struggling and twisting in the flames, its body twisting.

Xu Xing knew that these two treasures contained part of the true meaning of the God of War Atlas, so he was not surprised. He just let his soul leave his body and draw on the star power of the Seven Stars of Xuanwu.

Among the seven constellations, a large red star located in the constellation of Room suddenly twinkled in the clear sky, emitting bright starlight.

This star is shaped like Arcturus and is located in the southwest of Yulin. It is the gate of the heavenly army, also known as Beiluoshimen!
Although Zhang Sanfeng knew that Xu Xing had already mastered the ability to sense the seven stars of Xuanwu and could form the "Zhenwu Seven-Section Formation", he had never expected that his control over star power was so refined that he could use the power of only one star.

Beiluo Shimen's star power condensed into a line, descending from the sky, and condensed into an endless murderous black sword energy. With a grim sword intent that heaven and earth could not tolerate and the universe would decide death, it circled around the two treasures, constantly circling, circling and cutting, erasing the spirituality in them.

When the sword energy dissipated, the two treasures no longer had any shape, but merged into one, turning into a pool of sparkling, bright red liquid that flowed slowly.

Xu Xing suddenly closed his eyes, and his breath was restrained, becoming extremely empty, just like the Buddha who had extinguished his physical body and entered the pure state of Nirvana.

He recalled the ancient mirror deep in his mind, which looked shabby and full of cracks.

This time, Xu Xing was able to feel from the Haotian Mirror a terrifying aura that was infinitely vast and boundless, reflecting the heavens and connecting the universe.

Even with Xu Xing's current level of cultivation, it is extremely difficult to simulate one in billions of them, but he still forced his divine sense to catch some clues.

Even Xu Xing didn't know how long he had persisted. Was it just a moment, a cycle of life and death, or a shorter time?

In any case, at that moment, he withdrew from this empty and clear state, but there was also an invisible feeling that surged from the depths of his heart.

Xu Xing raised his hand and pointed, and a bright light appeared in the world. When Zhang Sanfeng saw the light, he could clearly see his internal organs and the Ten Yang Qi.

As well as the broken holes hidden in the fetal membrane of heaven and earth, outside the layers of void, and even behind the holes, there are mysterious and strange worlds.

It was as if it was not a ray of light, but a mirror, a channel, connecting these heavens and earths that were who knows how far apart they were.

Even though it was just a few silhouettes, Zhang Sanfeng was still shocked.

He was an immortal who had truly experienced "breaking the void" and "ascending to heaven in broad daylight". Naturally, he could perceive that it was not an illusion but a real fact.

This bright light actually connects to several real worlds outside the sky.

And what shocked Zhang Sanfeng the most was another thing.

If an ordinary strong man tried to break it, he would be able to detect the opponent's actions through the "resonance" of the broken void, and even suppress such behavior.

But when this bright light appeared, Zhang Sanfeng did not notice it at all. It was as if this method of "ascension" did not damage the fetal membrane of heaven and earth at all, so it would not cause resonance.

However, Xu Xing didn't have the time to pay attention to what Zhang Sanfeng was thinking.

At this moment, he had put all his energy into recalling the feelings during the two time travels and immersed himself in them, in order to depict the mirror light, or mirror image, in his heart.

The light faded, and the solution that had been melted red by the Ten Yang Qi gradually condensed into shape. It was quite similar to the Haotian Mirror in Xu Xing's mind, but in better condition.

Xu Xing opened his eyes again, shouted in a deep voice, and tapped his fingers to connect with the seven stars of Xuanwu again.

This time it was no longer a single star, but the entire northern Xuanwu star field that was summoned, condensed into the image of a Xuanwu with a tortoise and a snake intertwined, and suppressed on the mirror.

The big turtle serves as the base, and the black snake climbs on the edge of the mirror, forming a frame. Right above it, a small and pocket-sized Tai Chi diagram is formed, which rotates slowly, emitting yin and yang energies. The mirror light flickers, and the mysteries of life and death are intertwined.

Xu Xing stretched out his hand and took the mirror into his sleeve, saying happily:

"The embryo is formed. The next step is to continue to nurture it with the Qi of Xuanwu Taiyin and the Qi of Jiuyang Zhenqi. It's all a slow and painstaking effort."

Rubbing the mirror with his sleeve, Xu Xing suddenly felt that the Haotian Mirror in his mind seemed to shake slightly, as if there were brief signs of recovery.

Although this feeling was fleeting, it was extremely clear.

Xu Xing knew that he had taken one step closer to cracking the secret of the Haotian Mirror.

Although it is just a small step, it is of great significance to him.

Zhang Sanfeng looked at the mirror, then at Xu Xing, with undisguised surprise in his eyes. He shook his head and sighed:

“Tafa, you’ve given me too many surprises.

Now I finally understand why you are confident that you can solve the problem of the broken holes in this world."

Although Xu Xing did not take the initiative to mention his background to Zhang Sanfeng, the old Taoist priest had actually seen from various signs that he, like himself, was also a traveler from the "outside world".

However, before this, Zhang Sanfeng had always been very curious about how Xu Xing had concealed his perception and "smuggled" into this world quietly?

After seeing the mirror he refined, Zhang Sanfeng suddenly realized and understood why Xu Xing was confident in solving the problem of emptiness that he himself had no answer to for the time being.

He was silent for a while, then suddenly asked:
"Tafa, how many worlds have you traveled through so far?"

Xu Xing was not surprised that Zhang Sanfeng could detect this. He just shrunk the mirror, put it in his arms, and answered calmly:

"Including this world today, this is the third one."

Zhang Sanfeng was silent for a while, looked Xu Xing up and down, nodded, and said nothing more, but sighed:
"Xu Xing, Xu Xing, your name is indeed correct, you should go down and practice first.

After we have dealt with Temujin, we will try again to see if we can solve the problems of this world through your mirror."

Speaking of this, Zhang Sanfeng, the profound and majestic old immortal, also had some uncontrollable fluctuations in his tone.

He has been trapped here for more than sixty years. Although he is willing to do so and has no regrets, he can't help but feel bored.

Now that he finally sees hope of liberation, even a person like him can't help but feel some ripples in his heart.

Being able to suppress it and concentrate on the problems to be faced is a reflection of Zhang Sanfeng's mental cultivation.

Xu Xing also understood the old master's thoughts, he just clasped his fists and bowed, saying in a deep voice:
"Just wait for this matter."

After Zhang Sanfeng nodded, his face suddenly moved, his eyebrows raised, the corners of his mouth curled up, and his beard trembled.

Xu Xing had seen such narrow expressions many times on old and disrespectful people like Xu Wei and Zhuge Zhengwo.

Sure enough, Zhang Sanfeng's next words also made him speechless. After making faces for a while, the old man said:
"Now that everything is done and there's only time left, shouldn't you go look for your two confidantes?"

Xu Xing's face twitched, and he said helplessly:
"What is a confidante?"

Zhang Sanfeng just stroked his curly beard, laughed, and said nothing.

The old immortal had been in the world for nearly three decades and was well versed in worldly affairs and human nature. He understood almost everything about those two people just by meeting them once.

Zhang Sanfeng reached out and scratched his ears, then spread his hands and said:

“You also know that within the Tianzhu Peak, no matter if it’s the slightest disturbance or emotional fluctuations, I can know a thing or two.

These days, you have been staying at my peak to practice, and some of your thoughts have upset me. How can you be such a guest?"

Xu Xing felt even more speechless:

"Old Master, you are a master of your generation, why are you still eavesdropping?"

Zhang Sanfeng just waved his hands and said with a smile:
"There's nothing I can do. I'm a Taoist with great martial arts skills and good hearing. There are some things I don't want to hear, and I can't stop them. Haha, this is also a kind of trouble."

Although he said so, Zhang Sanfeng still showed an extremely interested expression.

Over the years, except for occasionally sneaking down the mountain, he has basically been alone here. Now that he has the opportunity to appreciate this kind of drama, he naturally became interested.

However, the old master was a respected senior after all, and after a while of smiling, he still said earnestly:
"Tafa, I know your temper, but some things, once missed, will be a lifetime regret."

At this point, Zhang Sanfeng suddenly recalled the beautiful, heroic, intelligent and unrestrained girl, and an expression appeared on his face that Xu Xing had never seen before.

The old immortal sighed, and a variety of emotions such as regret, emotion, and helplessness were intertwined, appearing extremely complicated and unreal.

Of course Xu Xing knew that what Zhang Sanfeng was thinking of was the girl who had amazed him throughout his youth and whom he had never forgotten even a hundred years later.

People only know that Wudang founder Sanfeng was obsessed with martial arts, and that he kept martial arts as his companion and did not care about love and romance. However, few people know that in his heart, there was a deep and lasting lovesickness that lasted for more than a hundred years.

Xu Xing looked at Zhang Sanfeng steadily for a while, without saying anything, just nodded slowly, turned around and walked down the mountain.

Zhang Sanfeng looked at the direction he was heading and suddenly realized something. He sent a divine thought to Lang Fanyun at the foot of Tianzhu Peak, telling him to climb to the top quickly.

Nowadays, in the area around Tianzhu Peak, the pressure of the Ten Yang True Qi has become increasingly intense due to Xu Xing's practice of the "Nine Yang Magic Art".

Therefore, even though all the masters of the righteous path knew that a great war was going to happen and all stayed in the Wudang Mountains to practice, very few were willing to go close to Tianzhu Peak.

Of course, there are also a group of people who regard this oppression as a kind of tempering and constantly challenge the Ten Yang True Qi. Li Ruohai and Lang Fanyun are two of them.

At this moment, Lang Fanyun was exchanging martial arts with Li Ruohai.

In the battle of Dongdao, although he inherited Zhang Sanfeng's Zhenwu sword spirit and learned some techniques of "Miao Le Ling Fei Jing" from Li Gong, his swordsmanship made breakthroughs and successfully entered the second level of the void realm, but he lost his skilled Fu Yu sword.

Fortunately, Li Ruohai's two-meter-long red gun was also blown into countless pieces by her using the "amazing shot" technique, and now the two of them are in the same situation.

After hearing Zhang Sanfeng's message, Lang Fanyun immediately waved his hand and stabbed out a mighty sword energy that was as faint as mist and rain, yet diffused across heaven and earth, breaking up Li Ruohai's true energy that was surging like a wildfire.

Immediately afterwards, his figure disappeared into the mist and rain, escaping from the attack range of Li Ruohai's spear and appearing five feet away from the girl.

Li Ruohai frowned in displeasure, but Lang Fanyun smiled and stretched out his hand, pointing behind him, allowing the girl to see Xu Xing who had just walked down from the top of the mountain.

The corners of Li Ruohai's mouth raised and then flattened.

Lang Fanyun took this opportunity to condense his sword energy, turning it into a flash of sword light, soaring straight up, cutting through the obstacles along the way and reaching the top of Tianzhu Peak.

Zhang Sanfeng was standing on the edge of the peak at this time, stroking his beard with one hand and looking down intently, as if he was watching something exciting.

Sensing Lang Fanyun's arrival, Zhang Sanfeng turned around, flicked his sleeves, and threw a long sword with a scabbard towards the young man. The scabbard was a copper-green color and had two seal characters inlaid with copper wire.

Lang Fanyun stretched out his hands and took the sword with great respect, but he felt that the sword was extremely heavy and his forearms sank.

He couldn't help but stretch out his arm and grasp the hilt of the sword. For some unknown reason, the material of the hilt was extremely hot to the touch, like a branding iron, leaving a burn mark.

Lang Fanyun only felt that the heat was as hot as flames, almost melting his finger bones, and then it surged and surged in his body. He immediately knew what kind of power was accumulated in this sword.

After Lang Fanyun realized this, he raised his head, looked directly at Zhang Sanfeng, and said hesitantly:

"Master Zhang, this..."

The old Taoist said leisurely:

“During the battle on East Island, I destroyed your Fu Yu Sword, and now I should return you a sword that suits your needs.

You are a crucial link in the Zhenwu Seven-Section Formation. Holding this sword will make the best use of it. Don't delay."

Lang Fanyun was also a heroic person. After hearing what Zhang Sanfeng said, he also accepted it and said frankly:

"I dare not refuse the gift given by the elder. Thank you, Master Zhang. May I know the name of this sword?"

Zhang Sanfeng smiled and said:

"This sword is the one I carried in the past, and it was named Zhenwu. Back then, I had a hot temper and had some unpleasantness with some friends, so they called this sword—"

Thinking back to that name, Zhang Sanfeng's eyes revealed a look of nostalgia, and he said word by word:
"The benefit of killing demons."

After saying that, Zhang Sanfeng patted Lang Fanyun on the shoulder again and smiled slightly. Lang Fanyun felt a warmth injected into his shoulder, his heart was excited, and he said loudly:
"Old Master, I will definitely live up to your trust!"

Zhang Sanfeng laughed loudly, then turned around, ran to the edge of the peak, and looked down intently.

Lang Fanyun fastened the Zhenwu sword back to his belt, followed closely, and looked down along the direction Zhang Sanfeng was looking.

The old master came back to his senses and warned:

"Keep your voice down. I've discovered these days that Tafa is a good person in every way except that he is vindictive and always believes in tit-for-tat.

Today you and the Taoist priest watched the fun, but in the future, who knows what method he will use to take revenge on you."

Although Lang Fanyun didn't think Xu Xing was that kind of person, he also didn't think that the respected old master would lie to him, so he nodded seriously and looked down carefully.

He and Fan Liangji had been extremely curious about Xu Xing and Li Ruohai since the first day they saw these two people. Now that they had the chance to witness it with their own eyes, Lang Fanyun would definitely not miss it.

Another half month later, we reached the top of Dalun Temple.

The current Temple of War God has changed greatly compared to before.

Thousands of relics and pagodas are enshrined therein, emitting circles of perfect Buddha light that illuminate everywhere, making the entire hall appear bright.

Apart from the star map on the dome, the four walls and even the smooth floor are all painted with colorful murals of Buddha, Bodhisattva, Arhat and Vajra. Sutra texts are also engraved in gold paint around the murals, making it look like a mandala Buddhist kingdom.

After nearly a month of refining, even this relic of the gods could not withstand the power of hundreds of thousands or even millions of believers.

What's more, there is Temujin, the Holy King of the Wheel of Time, as well as two great masters, Bashiba and Yingyuan.

Today, with the blessing of the Buddha's bones and relics left by eminent monks of all generations and numerous ritual instruments, the Pure Land that Tantric Buddhism has long dreamed of has been achieved. The only remaining obstacle is one.

Temujin was in the center of the Buddhas and the stars in the sky. He slowly opened his eyes, looked at Bashiba and Yingyuanlai who were waiting for him, and said in a low voice:
"Now, it is time to spread the royal flag of the Grassland Empire all over the land under the blue sky again, starting with Wudang Mountain."

Under the will of Genghis Khan, the altar, which could no longer be called the Temple of the God of War, suddenly soared into the sky, drawing a long, straight rainbow in the sky, pointing directly to Mount Wudang!
After returning to his peak state, and even going further, Temujin no longer planned to do anything unnecessary. After being silent for more than a hundred years, the wolf incarnated by Changshengtian only wanted to eat the flesh and bones of the powerful enemy! (End of this chapter)
