Secondly, after a living being dies, for various reasons, they don’t even have the chance to come to the underworld, and their souls are scattered.

The biggest obstacle among them is the Asura clan in the Blood Sea. When Yang Xuan was in the Blood Sea, he saw many ghosts coming to the Blood Sea on their own initiative, wanting to enter the underworld through the Blood Sea.

But in the end, most of them were eaten as dessert by the Asuras, and ended up with their souls torn apart.

"Speaking of which, the Ksitigarbha who made such a great wish and voluntarily entered the underworld is fundamentally different from the future Buddhas of Lingshan Mountain."

"In his heart, perhaps the status of the underworld is no less than that of Buddhism. I wonder what those two people in the West would think..."

Yang Xuan shook his head and smiled. Dizang's move into the underworld and his vow of "not becoming a Buddha until hell is empty" can certainly increase the prestige of Buddhism and even allow him to share some of the fortune of the underworld.

However, as a disciple of a saint and an important member of Buddhism, Dizang's act of entering hell will also cause part of Buddhism's fortune to fall into the underworld.

Anyway, he had already taken the lion's share, and close people like Xiao Baihu, Bixiao, etc. were also assigned the most suitable tasks and got the biggest piece of the cake.

It is not impossible to give the remaining scraps to Maitreya and other saintly disciples.

Of course, if these people want to touch the cakes of Yang Xuan, Xiao Baihu and others, he will not agree.

He still has a say in the construction of the underworld!

"As for the construction of the underworld, I will not interfere too much."

"Of course, the underworld is something that the Queen values. In order to build the underworld faster and better, I have two requests."

"First, the framework of the underworld was set by the Empress, and no changes can be made to it!"

"Second, do not compete for other people's opportunities and do not cause chaos in the construction of the underworld." "This is also my request to all participants. The disciples of Jiejiao should do so, and the disciples of Chanjiao and Xifangjiao should also do so."

"As long as you do these two things, no matter what you want to do in the underworld, I will not interfere."

"The supervision of the construction of the underworld will be the responsibility of fellow Taoists from the Wu Clan. If the construction of the underworld involves reincarnation, then the authentic merits contained therein may be more than they imagine.

His expression was sometimes confused, sometimes conflicted, and sometimes helpless. Finally, a look of determination emerged in his eyes.

"If my great path is in the underworld, I think Master will support my decision!"

After making up his mind, Dizang suddenly felt his mind clear and he became much more relaxed.

He bowed to Yang Xuan with both hands and saluted solemnly.

"Great Heavenly Venerable, be merciful. I think the Great Heavenly Venerable can say a few words in front of the Empress. I wonder if the Great Heavenly Venerable can do a favor and send these ghosts to reincarnation?"

As he spoke, Dizang took out a jade talisman from his sleeve and handed it to Yang Xuan.

There are a large number of ghosts stored in it, including humans, birds, beasts, and flying birds, with a number of tens of millions. These were all snatched from the Asura tribe by Ksitigarbha in recent years.

However, Yang Xuan reached out to stop him, smiled and shook his head.

"There is no rush for this matter. Why don't you wait a little longer until the underworld is built? With your cultivation level, I think even if you wait for a few more epochs, you can still keep these ghosts safe."

"Wait until the underworld is built..."

Dizang looked at Yang Xuan deeply and took back the jade talisman containing thousands of ghosts.

"Then I will wait for some more time, and wait for the day when the underworld will appear in the world."
