Chapter 509 The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, They Gave Me a Big Surprise

Chapter 509 The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, They Gave Me a Big Surprise

Ant-Man, Scott Lang's consciousness felt like it had been thrown into a washing machine; as the world spun around him, he felt his body being reassembled.

"boom!"

He crashed heavily onto the laboratory floor, his helmet rolling to the side, his quantum armor emitting blue smoke, clearly overloaded.

"Scott!" Hope van Dyne rushed over and steadied him. "Are you alright? Where's Janet?!"

Scott, panting heavily, his eyes unfocused, muttered, "SS, she told me to find S."

Hank Pym strode over, his brow furrowed. "What S? Scott, where's Janet?!"

Scott shook his head, trying to clear his mind, and shakily pulled the miniature device from his suit pocket.

This is the "time key" that Janet gave him.

"She said someone has noticed our timeline, and this can help us."

Hope took the device and examined it carefully. "It looks like some kind of quantum locator, but its frequency setting is strange; it's not like any technology we know of."

Hank Pym's face darkened. "She actually said all that?"

Ant-Man was stunned. "You believe what she said?"

Hank scoffed, "After Janet disappeared in the quantum realm, I studied all the theories about time anomalies. I can accept what she said."

Scott swallowed hard. "So, what exactly is 'S'? Janet didn't finish her sentence..."

Hope pondered for a moment, "Could it be someone's code name? Like Steve? Captain America?"

Scott rolled his eyes. "Come on, the captain's still in the hospital, and how would Janet know him?"

Hank suddenly narrowed his eyes. "No, it may not be a person's name. S could be a location, an organization, or even a weapon."

Scott scratched his head. "It can't be 'Superman,' can it? That's too far-fetched. That's the hero from next door."

Since the last Avengers Civil War, Captain America's side has been in a state of utter despair.

Apart from Ant-Man and Captain Marvel, the other heroes are basically in a passive state, almost completely detached from worldly affairs.

Ant-Man knew he shouldn't have approached Captain America; telling him would likely only make things more complicated, so it was better to find a smart person.

So who's smarter?
A clever head doesn't grow hair.

As Ant-Man staggered open the carved oak door of Xavier's School of the Rising Sun, he stumbled upon a group of mutant students gathered in the corridor, discussing their superpowers.

"Excuse me! But where is your principal? It's an emergency!"

Ten minutes later, Professor X, Charles Xavier, pressed his fingers to his temples.

He "saw" the void of the collapsing quantum realm and Janet's fear.

Professor X's wheelchair slid back half a meter, and he turned to the holographic projection of Mr. Fantastic, who had just been urgently summoned. "Reed, the device that the Wasp brought back is the key to the time machine."

"So we're really going to build a time machine? Is that even feasible?"

"Hmm," Professor X nodded seriously, "It's feasible for us to do it together."

A week later.

The newly assembled time machine rested quietly on the faces of the X-Men, Fantastic Four, and others. Wolverine couldn't help but ask, "So what do we do now?"

Beast: "I don't know."

Professor X placed his hands on his knees and calmly said, "She said we're on the wrong timeline, which means we might need to correct the timeline. So where exactly did the error occur?"

Mr. Fantastic swallowed hard: "I have an answer."

Professor X glanced at Mr. Fantastic, "You wouldn't be thinking of..."

"Hmm! It must be Stephen Fang! If it's not him, then it's definitely his fault!" That's why they say Mr. Fantastic is the smartest person in the world; he figured out the correct answer in a second.

The answer was correct, but he was thinking in the wrong direction.

"Then I'll activate it!" Mr. Fantastic walked towards the time machine, pressed the button, and opened Pandora's box.
Wolverine tilted his head: "What, why isn't there any reaction?"

Mr. Fantastic frowned as he repeatedly checked the control panel of the time machine, his fingers flying across the keyboard.

"That's impossible. The energy supply is normal, and the quantum calibration is fine. Why is there no response?" he muttered to himself, a bead of cold sweat forming on his forehead. "Could there be something wrong with my program?"

“Impossible.” The beast pointed to his head. “I’ve checked. Unless I’m mentally damaged, there can’t be any error.”

"Alright, I'll start it again."

Just as Mr. Fantastic was about to try to start it up again, suddenly...
"Pfft!"

A sharp pain shot through his chest. He looked down and saw a black steel claw piercing through his chest! Blood dripped from the tip of the fork, and his lips trembled, but he couldn't make a sound.

"Reed!" Invisible Susan screamed, instantly deploying a force field shield to protect everyone behind her.

The air in the laboratory has frozen!

Only then did everyone realize that four figures had appeared behind the time machine!

The Grey Knight, also known as the corrupted Wolverine, let out a low growl, the feathers on his crown stood up like blades, the grey horse neighed, and lightning exploded beneath its hooves!

His claw-like weapon suddenly extended, tearing through the air as it hurtled towards the X-Men's camp.

Wolverine instinctively extended his adamantium claws and charged forward. The two pairs of claws collided, sparks flying everywhere.

"Who the hell are you?!" Logan roared, but saw a familiar ferocity in the other man's bloodshot eyes.
That's him!
But it's even more twisted and cruel!

The Red Knight, with dark red energy seeping from the gaps in Iron Man's corrupted armor, Cyclops locked onto the Invisible Woman, and Tony Stark's voice came from within the visor, cold and inhuman: "Correct bugs. Clear anomalies."

The next second, several scarlet beams of light blasted into Susan's force field, causing the shield to vibrate violently and almost shatter.

The White Knight, the corrupted Spider-Man with eight spider arms, leaps off his web-riding horse, his figure flickering eerily.

"There are no jokes about the future. Only extinction." The White Knight's voice overlapped with the male and female tones of Spider-Man and Spider-Woman, sending chills down one's spine!
The Black Knight, corrupting the Scarlet Witch, hovered in mid-air, chaos magic surging in her palms.

She raised her hand and waved it, causing the entire laboratory space to distort.
The walls collapsed, and the structure of reality was torn apart.

"Ahhh!"

Jean Grey felt a chill run down her spine as she sensed the familiar aura of destruction within the chaos magic unleashed by the Black Knight!
She whirled around, her long hair whipping wildly in the energy storm, her eyes blazing with golden-red light. "Professor! You all need to get out of here! Now!"

Before Professor X could even respond, the Black Knight's magic was already crashing down like a tidal wave!
Reality, like fragile glass, was shattered. Jean spread her arms, and the flames of the Phoenix Force erupted from her body, forming a blazing barrier that forcefully resisted the erosion of the Chaos Magic.

"Jean!" Wolverine Logan roared, trying to charge at her, but was forced back by the Grey Knight's claws.

Crimson blood dripped down his cheek as he watched helplessly as Qin's skin began to tear, golden flames seeping from the cracks!
"Logan!" Jean's voice echoed in everyone's minds, gentle yet resolute, "Find that S!"

The Black Knight's cold laughter pierced everyone's eardrums: "A foolish sacrifice."

She clasped her hands together, and the chaotic magic suddenly compressed into a black hole-like energy ball, which crashed down towards Qin!
"Run!!!" The zither's shrill cry merged with the phoenix's wail. She leaped towards the energy sphere, unleashing the full power of the phoenix fire! The moment the golden-red and dark purple energies collided, time seemed to freeze for a second.
boom--! ! !
The shockwave from the explosion sent everyone flying.

At the last moment, Professor X used his mental powers to envelop everyone and push them toward the remaining teleportation device in the laboratory.
On the rooftop of Stark Industries, Stephen Fang, holding a bottle of chilled sugar-free cola, squinted and opened his mouth wide, gathering his strength.
Achoo!

"Who the hell is talking about me?"

Iron Man shrugged. "Nobody on this planet will miss you. Everyone will just want you dead."

Stephen Fang took a sip of his cola, then sighed, "Ah, who in this world can understand me? I just want to protect the Earth. After we eliminate the purple sweet potato spirit, let me rest for a while."

Just then, Jarvis suddenly issued a warning: "Missile attack in thirty seconds, please dodge! Repeat, missile attack in one second, please..."

Rumbling--
