Master Sanzang picked up the Dragon Subduing Sword and looked at it, then shook his head at Huang Sixi and said, "This sword is not as good as your bag. There is no special power on the sword!"
Huang Sixi immediately grabbed a few Holy Fire Tokens and asked, "If I throw these tokens into the furnace and fuse them with this sword, can I make the strange power manifest?"
Master Sanzang threw the Dragon Subduing Sword back to Huang Sixi and said with a smile, "Little donor, you are very lucky to have found the Nagarjuna Relics. Why do you have to be obsessed with the power of a sword or an object? Even if the power of this sword disappears, can't you find it somewhere else?"
Huang Sixi thought so too. He had the dragon vein in his hand. Now the time of the old martial arts world had stopped flowing. Even if he wandered in the new martial arts world for a hundred years, there would be no changes in the old martial arts world.

He also knew that Master Tripitaka was a great sage of Buddhism and would not be interested in such trivial skills as iron smelting. If Master Yuance heard that he had bothered Master Tripitaka with such a trivial matter, he might get furious.
But he felt that asking was no big deal. At most it would annoy Master Yuance and he would scold him a few words. Anyway, Master Sanzang had a kind face and would not blame him.
His judgment is very accurate.
When Master Yuance saw him asking about the method of sword-making, his eyes suddenly widened. He thought he was being unbecoming, but after all, he was carrying the Bodhisattva's relics and had a deep connection with Buddhism.
Master Yuance had already seen that Master Sanzang highly valued Huang Sixi. Even though Master Yuance was dissatisfied, he did not reprimand him in person.
Master Sanzang asked Huang Sixi, "What method did you use when you forged the sword?"
Huang Sixi said: "I have practiced two major methods, one is the "Black Iron Hundred Refining Techniques", and the other is the "Dragon Spring Hundred Refining Techniques."
"The Hundred Refining Techniques of Black Iron" is a smelting technique specifically designed to remove impurities. Using this technique to smelt iron can completely remove the impurities in the black iron.
As for the "Longquan Hundred Refining Technique", this method was inherited from Master Huiming. It can combine multiple rare metals together to form a precious weapon. You previously offered the Lankavatara Sutra to my temple, and I helped you to light the bag and pass on the Buddha's finger. The cause and effect between us has been severed! Now that you have asked me to pass on a new method to you, you should also offer new incense. Don't you think that's right?"
When Master Yuance and Master Kuiji heard this, they both laughed knowingly. They both thought that Master Tripitaka was asking for a new offering: Nagarjuna's relics!
Huang Sixi took out a brocade box from his bosom and said, "If the holy monk needs this relic, I am willing to offer it as an offering!"
He felt that establishing a good relationship with Master Tripitaka would bring more benefits than obtaining Nagarjuna's relics.
Unexpectedly, Master Sanzang had no intention of occupying Nagarjuna's relic. He asked Huang Sixi with a smile: "Little donor, have you often used this relic before?" Huang Sixi said: "Indeed I have!"
Master Sanzang asked: "I am very curious, what method do you use?"
Huang Sixi answered truthfully: "It is a healing martial art. As long as I hold the relic, I can improve the healing efficiency, but I still don't know why!"
Master Sanzang stretched out his hand towards him: "Oh? What kind of healing martial arts is it? Can you show it to me?"
Huang Sixi did not bring the handwritten copy of "Rama's Internal Power" with him, so he simply stood up and walked to Master Sanzang and sent a stream of Rama's true energy to Master Sanzang.

I am willing to teach you how to shorten the sword-making time, but I also hope that you can agree to one condition to break this cause and effect!"
Huang Sixi agreed: "Excuse me, Holy Monk, what are the conditions?"
Master Sanzang said, "I hope you can open a pharmacy in Shendu City and use Nagarjuna's relics to treat the injuries and illnesses of the people of the world!"
Huang Sixi immediately bowed and said: "The holy monk cares about the people of the world, and I am willing to do it!"
Even if Master Sanzang did not put forward this condition, Huang Sixi also planned to reopen his "Si Xi Pharmacy" in Shendu.
There were no foreign threats in the prosperous Tang Dynasty, so Huang Sixi did not need to go to the border to fight. He could just stay in the capital peacefully, help the local people and spread the reputation of "Dr. Huang".
Huang Sixi asked again: "But I can't practice medicine for my whole life. How long does the holy monk plan to let me practice medicine?"
Master Sanzang said with a smile: "The method I teach you is not expensive. You only need to practice medicine for five years!"
Huang Sixi agreed immediately, but then raised his difficult question: "Saint Monk, I am actually an orphan, I have no relatives in the world, it is not easy to open a pharmacy in the capital. If the capital cannot accommodate me, I can still travel around the Middle Earth to treat the people. Saint Monk, do you think it is feasible?"
Since he had promised Master Sanzang, he would not keep it to himself. He would cure any difficult and complicated illness that came to him for consultation. However, once the reputation of 'Divine Doctor Huang' spread, he would surely be targeted by the powerful people in the Tang Dynasty.
If the Emperor of the Tang Dynasty ordered Huang Sixi to go to the Imperial Medical Bureau to treat the royal family, Huang Sixi would definitely not agree. At that time, he would inevitably leave the capital and travel around the Middle-earth.
Without waiting for Master Tripitaka to answer.
Master Kuiji smiled and said, "Donor Huang, don't worry. My family has a lot of property in Shendu. I can give you a pharmacy. I can also solve all your problems outside of Shendu! You just need to sit in the pharmacy and treat the people of the world!"
His smile suddenly faded, and he turned his head to look at Master Sanzang and asked, "Master, you have designated Huang to practice medicine, so Huang's medical skills must be extremely advanced, but the more advanced they are, the more favored they will be by the royal family. If the royal family summons Huang to the palace, he will not be able to save the people of the world. We need to think of a way to prevent the royal family and the government from interfering with Huang's practice of medicine!"
Master Sanzang agreed with this. He reached into his sleeve, took out a golden secret book, and threw it into Huang Sixi's arms: "I will pass the imperial edict to you, little donor, so that you can practice medicine as my lay disciple. No matter the royal family or local government, as long as they see the imperial edict, they will not embarrass you anymore!"
When Master Yuance saw that Master Sanzang had handed the imperial edict to Huang Sixi, he quickly advised, "Master, this imperial edict was written by His Majesty Taizong himself. It contains the documents that Master needs to travel to the Western countries. How can you give it away so easily?"
This imperial edict is the official certificate for Master Tripitaka's journey to the West to obtain Buddhist scriptures. It was endorsed personally by Emperor Taizong of Tang, Li Shimin, and engraved with seals of dozens of countries in the Western Regions, representing the national prestige of the Tang Dynasty in China.
When Master Tripitaka returned to Chang'an after obtaining Buddhist scriptures, Emperor Gaozong Li Zhi once stated in front of all the civil and military officials that the imperial edict meant the emperor's favor, and that anyone holding the imperial edict must be treated with courtesy by the Tang court and must not be made difficult, otherwise they would be punished according to the law.
Master Yuance felt that the imperial edict should be enshrined in the Tripitaka Temple and should not be granted to private individuals.
Master Kuiji disagreed. He said to Master Yuance, "Master, you have granted me the imperial certificate as a lay disciple. Once Mr. Huang becomes a fellow disciple of ours, then Mr. Huang's medicine hall will represent our Sanzang Temple. From now on, every time Mr. Huang saves a civilian, it means that he was saved by our Sanzang Temple. The medicine hall and Sanzang Temple are one and the same. There is no difference between keeping the imperial certificate next to Mr. Huang and keeping it in Sanzang Temple!"
After he finished speaking, he immediately called out to Huang Sixi, "Brother Huang, Master wants to accept you as a lay disciple. Come and meet him!"
In fact, just based on the magical power of Master Sanzang to transform the Qiankun Qi Bag and turn ordinary things into treasures, it is worthy of Huang Sixi to become his disciple and seek advice.
He immediately bowed to Master Sanzang: "Disciple Huang Sixi, I pay my respects to the Master!"
Master Sanzang extended his hand and said, "Silang, please stand up! All my disciples have been monks. You are the only layman. When you open a pharmacy in the future, I hope you can treat everyone equally, regardless of their status, and treat the people of the world!"
Huang Sixi felt very strange when he heard the name "Silang". He thought, "Silang, Silang, then shouldn't I be called Huang Silang? Damn it, Huang Silang is a bully, and I am a miracle doctor, Huang the Miraculous Doctor! How can we be compared!"
He held up the imperial edict from Master Sanzang with both hands and stated: "I will keep this in mind! My medical skills can treat both the rich and powerful and the common people. I will treat the first come first and the last come last. I will never discriminate based on status!"

After a while, a giant ape covered with white hair came running out of the woods.
The white ape was about 20 to 30 feet tall, like a wild ancient beast, and looked extremely ferocious. But when it came to the side of Master Sanzang, it immediately lowered its head and appeared very respectful.
Master Sanzang stretched out his palm, grabbed a finger of the white ape, and handed it to Huang Sixi: "This white ape is a good companion when I travel west. It has a huge strength of ten thousand pounds! Silang, didn't you ask for advice on how to shorten the time of sword-making? You can let it refine iron for you. One swing of its hammer is equivalent to ten of yours, so the time can be shortened. Let it stay by your side from now on!"
Huang Sixi was very surprised. There was indeed a white ape in "Detective Dee: The Four Heavenly Kings", but Huang Sixi had always thought that the white ape was an illusion of the soul. He never expected that it was a real spiritual beast.

He immediately said, "Master, the white ape is a spiritual beast of heaven and earth. It should be allowed to choose its own master. Forcing it by force will probably backfire!"
Master Sanzang smiled and said, "You have a point. Let Shilang and the white ape have some contact and see if they are good companions!"
After he finished speaking, he waved to Huang Sixi, signaling Huang Sixi to come to the white ape.
Huang Sixi moved and did as he was told. When he reached the white ape, he raised his hands, grasped one of the white ape's fingers, and activated Rama's Internal Power, sending it into the white ape's body.
The white ape sensed Rama's true energy flowing in its body, and its originally irritable demeanor suddenly calmed down. It suddenly stretched out its paw, lifted up Huang Sixi, and placed it on its shoulder. This meant that the white ape willingly acknowledged Huang Sixi as its master and was willing to serve as Huang Sixi's mount.
Master Sanzang saw that the white ape had recognized Huang Sixi, and smiled with relief: "The white ape and Silang are very predestined, you two should be by my side, and I will no longer have any worries in the mortal world! Life is a hundred years, a flash of lightning, there is nothing, why should I be stained by dust? Wherever you go, you will find a tower. When you follow your will, you will become a treasure!"
After hearing this, Huang Sixi was stunned. In the past, on the top of Tianshan Mountain where the bloody world was, Huang Sixi had heard Master Huiming recite the same verse. This was also a sign before passing away.
Master Yuance and Master Kuiji understood what Master Sanzang meant. They knelt on the ground and cried, "Master! How can you bear to leave us?"
Master Sanzang smiled calmly and said, "The Buddha has transformed himself into thousands of beings to save all living beings. I am also fortunate to have a few disciples. If you inherit my mantle, it will be like me continuing to stay in this world!"
Huang Sixi received the imperial edict and the white ape from Master Sanzang, and originally planned to return to Shendu to settle down. However, Master Sanzang passed away in a hurry, and he passed away that night.
As a lay disciple, Huang Sixi stayed in Sanzang Temple for more than a month to help deal with Master Sanzang's funeral arrangements.
