Chapter 38: The Little Wizard and the Little Witch

"You broke the rules!" Malfoy screamed, covering his nose, and even tears flowed down his face due to the sore nose.

Goyle and Crabbe, who were standing on the left and right sides of the platform, saw this and rushed over to help. They grabbed Harry's neck and were about to beat him. Ron on the other side was not to be outdone and rushed up as well.

In the blink of an eye, several little wizards rolled into a ball.

Ivy quickly waved his wand, causing the carpet under everyone to pull them apart.

Although the fight lasted only a few seconds, several people were injured.

Ron's mouth was cut and bleeding; the legs of Harry's glasses were completely broken, leaving deep marks on his face; Goyle and Crabbe each had a black eye.

Hermione was completely stunned, she didn't expect that this group of boys would do such a thing in such a formal venue. Even Ivy, who always looked serious, actually got involved and provided all kinds of objective assistance to their fight.

"How dare you hit me! Potter!" Malfoy looked quite exasperated, "Not even my father! Just wait! My father is the governor of Hogwarts, I will tell him everything! Just wait to be expelled!"

"Completely?" Ron retorted. "You really mean what you say?"

Malfoy hesitated, because today's incident was caused by him, but that didn't mean he would back down. He changed the subject at the right time: "Deem them the loser, Ivy! I said it at dinner! Only wands can be used!"

On the other side, Harry and Ron immediately looked at Ivy, no doubt hoping that he would favor his friend in this matter.

Ivy sighed and looked at Malfoy. "You really want to tell everyone tomorrow: 'I beat Harry Potter in a wizard duel! Because he punched me in the nose!' Huh?"

As expected, Malfoy hesitated. This sounded too low.

"Although Harry did commit a foul and should be disqualified," Ivy decided to mediate, "I believe you are all dissatisfied with this result."

They both nodded. Harry certainly would not admit defeat, and Malfoy's victory was not glorious, which was contrary to his original intention.

"So," Ivy cast a spell to restore the platform beneath them to the ground, "I suggest you fight again another day. Especially after you have mastered more spells."

The two opponents glared at each other and reluctantly nodded in agreement with Ivy's proposal.

"Great." Ivy clapped his hands. "Now, to show reconciliation, let's shake hands!"

Both of them frowned in disgust, and their hands only touched slightly before immediately separating, but Ivy watched everything with interest.

"Alright, alright! Now, come and get treated. You go first, Ron." Ivy raised his wand again, pointed at the corner of Ron's mouth that was still bleeding and chanted, "Heal quickly."

"It doesn't hurt at all! Thank you, Ivy." Ron touched the corner of his mouth and grinned.

Then Ivy repaired Harry's glasses, fixed Goyle and Crabbe's black eyes, and cleaned the snot off Malfoy's collar.

"I think today's night tour has ended successfully." Ivy nodded with satisfaction. "Do you all know the way back? It's time to go to bed. I also need to release Filch and Peeves from the ice block." Hearing him say this, the growing little wizards yawned one after another. This day was too fulfilling for everyone.

After returning to the common room, Ron slumped down in a soft armchair and exclaimed sincerely: "It's been a great day! Right, Harry?"

Harry nodded, it was hard for him to disagree, especially since he had been recommended by Professor McGonagall to join the Quidditch team.

Ron continued to review everything that happened that night: "The three-headed dog, Ivy's magic, and most importantly, you punched Malfoy hard! I would rather live today again."

"Go through it again?" Hermione, who had already walked up the stairs, heard him and ran over with her arms folded like an angry goose. "We have violated so many school rules, and you want to do it again? We are just lucky today. With Ivy's help, we were able to avoid punishment and even escape the three-headed dog's mouth!"

"But instead of learning from it, you're proud of it. You're actually thinking of doing it again?" Hermione's face flushed with anger. She hated people who ignored the rules the most. "Maybe I should tell Professor McGonagall about this and let her deduct a few points from you!"

"Come on! No one asked for your opinion!" Ron rolled his eyes, but soon became uneasy, "...You're not really going to tell Professor McGonagall?"

"I'm not that stupid!" Hermione screamed. "Keep going like this! Sooner or later you're going to fall flat on your face, and Ivy won't be there to save you anytime!"

Hermione got angry and went upstairs in a hurry, leaving Harry and the other two looking at each other in bewilderment.

In the Slytherin common room on the other side, Malfoy kept talking about what kind of vicious dark magic he would use to defeat Harry in the next duel.

So when he saw the lights suddenly come on in the common room, he was visibly startled.

"Draco? Are you okay? How was the duel?" It was the black-haired Pansy Parkinson. This girl was always around Malfoy, but the latter's mind was not on her at all, his mind was full of "Harry Potter".

Malfoy was obviously choking, because he hadn't figured out how to tell the Slytherin students about the duel. He couldn't really tell them like Ivy said: I won because Potter punched me in the nose, right?
"Oh, Pansy." Malfoy put on a professional fake smile on his face, "This doesn't seem to have much to do with you..."

Pansy blushed, and she said anxiously: "I... I just care about... the honor of Slytherin. After all, I am also a member of Slytherin."

"Okay." Malfoy nodded in a serious manner, "Then I can only say that Potter will not be a problem for us for some time to come."

"He was fired?" Pansy's voice was full of surprise, and she immediately complimented Malfoy, "I knew you could do it..."

"What? Of course not!" Malfoy interrupted her rudely. "Why would you think that?"

Pansy didn't expect Malfoy to react so strongly and was visibly stunned.

Malfoy pretended to yawn and said in a tired voice: "I'm very tired, Pansy. If you don't mind, I'm going back to bed now."

"Of course... of course." Pansy said blankly.

So she watched Malfoy walk up the stairs with two bodyguards.
