Chapter 111: Successful Deception (Subscription Request)

"Are you telling the truth?" Leon asked.

"I don't need to lie about something like this."

Weiss's words actually made Leon believe it.

"Will Fairy Tail intervene in this matter? It seems we have to take precautions in advance." Leon was a little worried.

No S-class wizard is easy to deal with. If the fact that they resurrected Deliora is exposed, it will definitely attract the army of the Council.

By then, it would not just be a matter of the plan failing. All of them would be identified as dark magicians by the Council.

Most of the people involved in this plan are poor people whose homes were destroyed by Deliora. They want revenge but don't have the strength.

So they found Leon, who they believed was Uru's disciple and could kill Deliora.

Leon didn't want to make them prisoners, and he didn't want to see their hopes dashed.

"hateful,"

Leon was still a teenager after all, and faced with such a complicated situation, he couldn't think of any solution for a while.

Weiss easily saw through the hesitation in his heart.

Weiss spoke up at the right moment: "I can help. If you and I join forces, even an S-class wizard won't be able to escape."

Leon raised his head and stared at Weiss, feeling a mixture of emotions.

While Weiss's words sound like a solution, working with such a powerful and unpredictable opponent is undoubtedly dancing on the edge of a knife.

However, the current situation seems to leave no better choice.

"Leon, he seems to have some truth in what he said."

There was a hint of uncertainty in Toby's voice. He knew that his strength was limited and he couldn't help Leon much.

Leon was still a little stubborn: "No need, with the help of you, Yuuka and Jerry, I am not afraid even if it is the entire Fairy Tail team."

Toby was moved to tears by Leon's bold words, and said in a choked voice: "Leon, you are awesome! I will stop Fairy Tail even if it costs my life!"

"Did you hear that? We don't need help from a guy like you who came from nowhere," Toby said, wiping the tears from the corners of his eyes and waving his hands, trying to drive Wes away.

Wes's eyes fell on Leon. He was waiting for Leon to speak. Only Leon was qualified to make the final decision.

"You can stay, but you must accept our surveillance."

This was a difficult decision Leon made after weighing the pros and cons.

"no problem."

Wes readily agreed. Surveillance was meaningless to him. If he really wanted to get rid of it, it would be easy.

"Leon," Toby whispered into Leon's ear and asked in a low voice, "This guy doesn't look like a good person. Do you really want him to stay?"

Leon nodded slightly. "Of course I know that. But it's too difficult to stop a wizard who knows space magic. It's better to keep him under surveillance."

"So that's how it is." Toby suddenly realized and looked at Leon with admiration.

"Besides," Leon lowered his voice again, "If what he said is true, the Fairy Tail wizards can push him to the front when they enter the island, which will buy us some time."

Leon thought that although this method was simple and crude, it was the most effective way at present.

"So that's how it is. Leon, you're really smart." Toby exclaimed sincerely.

Only the inexperienced Leon could come up with such a foolish plan, and only someone like Toby would believe it. Weiss ignored the two people muttering in front of him. He didn't care what they were discussing as long as it could achieve his goal.

"follow me,"

Leon and Toby walked towards the ruins, with Wes following behind.

"Don't play tricks, I will keep an eye on you." Toby stared at Wes fiercely and warned himself in his heart.

[We can't let our guard down. Who knows if this guy has any conspiracy?]

Weiss raised his hands to show that he was an honest man.

[As long as we can get close to the ruins, the rest of the matter will be much easier.]

Toby didn't trust him and kept following behind Wes, literally staring at Wes without blinking, afraid to miss any of his moves.

Under Leon's guidance, Weiss successfully entered the ruins.

As Weiss went deeper and deeper into the center of the ruins, the magic around him became more and more intense.

There was purple mist all around, which meant that the moon magic here was very strong.

Finally, he came to an open space and saw a group of magicians in purple robes trying their best to maintain a complex magic circle.

This magic circle looks extremely complicated, with countless runes and lines intertwined together to form an intricate pattern.

Each rune shimmered faintly, emitting a soft blue light. At the core of the magic circle, moonlight converged into a bright beam.

The moonlight from this sea was gathered together, undergoing layers of optimization and condensation, ultimately transforming into a drop of purple liquid. This drop of liquid slowly dripped onto an iceberg below, emitting a faint glow. Ripples appeared on the surface of the iceberg, accompanied by subtle sounds.

Although the magic circle looked so complicated, the purple-robed wizard's movements seemed unusually coordinated.

Their hands traced intricate patterns in the air, constantly adjusting the operation of the magic circle. With each change in gesture, the runes and lines could be seen trembling slightly, and the entire magic circle seemed like a living organism.

Weiss observed all this curiously, trying to find out how the magic circle worked.

However, he still lacked a clear understanding of the magic in this world and could only see the surface of it.

He could feel the powerful magic contained in the Moon Drop, which could be said to be an excellent material for refining potions.

Weiss's eyes were fixed on the complex magic circle, and he was secretly thinking about how he could master this powerful magic.

If he could master this magic circle, he would be able to collect Moon Drops in different worlds, which would undoubtedly be a huge help to his future.

However, his focused look looked like a daze to Toby.

"How about it, haven't you seen it before?" Toby raised his head proudly and looked at Wes with contempt, as if he was looking at a country bumpkin.

Weiss ignored Toby's taunts and continued to stare at the iceberg below, which was covered with a thin layer of frost.

He pointed at the iceberg and asked, "What is that?"

"That is the demon Deliora who once ravaged the north. This is also our goal." Leon replied.

Weiss knew what they were going for.

However, transporting Deliora from the north to this island is not an easy task in itself.

This requires avoiding the Council and various wizard guilds.

This is not something Leon and his friends can do.
