Chapter 494 The "Rose Bishop" Suffers a gruesome death

The Stormbirds left the battlefield behind, and a beeping sound rang out.

The communicators of the 19th Army Corps Commander Alkahas Far, strategist Balsa Kuturi, and company commander Nerat Kilin all rang simultaneously.

They quickly pressed the runes on their left forearms and rapidly checked the combat briefing on their portable data panels.

A dozen seconds later, they looked at Lord Ninglu opposite them, then quickly looked away, exchanging glances.

The battle briefings did not come from their 19th Army Corps, but from the 11th Army Corps' combat reports provided to friendly forces.

From the brief information they received, they learned that an alien known as the Bone Eater had destroyed a Warlord-class Titan before being killed by the Shadow of Order.

When the three of them first received the message, they all suspected that they had received a fake battle report.

It's already hard to believe that an alien entity could destroy a powerful Titan, but the fact that it was then destroyed by the shadow of order is even more contrary to common sense.

Although neither Astartes had ever fought a Titan, neither Alcahas nor Nerat believed they could contend with them.

Even the firepower of an entire company couldn't threaten the Bone Eater, which could destroy a Titan.

There might only be one: psionic energy.

Balsa felt both of them looking at him, and he shook his head slightly, indicating that he couldn't do it.

[Are Lord Nimrod's offspring so powerful in terms of psychic abilities?]
Golden light flashed in Balsa's eyes as he tried to glean information from behind the gate.

After a few breaths, he still hadn't received an answer, so he turned his head slightly to look at Lord Ninglu.

His gaze lingered briefly on Lord Ninglu before quickly shifting away.

The Primarch keenly sensed his gaze, catching Balsa's shock and a hidden yearning for power.

The Stormbird slowly descended, and Alkahas and the other two followed behind Lord Nimrod as they stepped off the deck.

They stared in shock at the Bone Eater's corpse; the alien's body was enormous, comparable to that of a Titan.

The "Corrupted Baron" looked at the Bone Eater and, sure enough, saw clusters of spiritual light shimmering on the corpse.

The most intense spiritual light was emanating from the Bone Eater's arm, which was quite unique, as the energy weapon and the arm seemed to be integrated into one.

Judging from its spiritual origin, it should be a Sequence 4 potion ingredient, but it should not be the main ingredient; it should be an auxiliary ingredient.

[The "Mother" pathway, a supplementary material for Sequence 4 "Ancient Alchemist"?]
Ninglu came to a thoughtful conclusion, then looked at the other parts.

[The spiritual radiance in other parts is not as concentrated and is not an ingredient for potions, but it can be used as a spiritual material.]
Thinking of this, Nimrod gave the order to divide the body parts, except for the arms, and give them to Malena Scarla, Thomas, and Mikel for research, to increase their understanding of the Bone Eaters and to explore the uses of the spiritual materials.

He then sent a message to Ramsay, who had just become lord, summoning him to come.

Two sidereal hours later, the heavy transport ship descended from the sky.

The airflow caused the furnaces around the landing site to vibrate continuously, and the landing gear was ejected.

Think tank members and pharmacists descended from the deck and took away the bone-eater's limbs.

Nimrod met with Ramsay alone while aboard the Stormbirds.

After listening to the other party's full report, he asked a question.

"Ramsey, how's it feeling to command the warband?"

“My lord, I prefer fighting alongside my brothers in arms to being a think tank,” Ramsey said hoarsely, like the sound of a chainsaw grinding.

Although he used "Silent Whisper" for only a few seconds before exhausting his spirituality, using his abilities beyond his level of life still caused him considerable aftereffects.

Neither his bio-psychic powers nor the apothecary's treatment could restore him.

Ning Lu nodded slightly and took out a data crystal from his waist.

Ramsey looked at the data crystal in the Black Emperor's hand, which emitted a deep green light.

Having risen through the ranks from editor to think tank, he knew that the brighter the light of a data crystal, the more information it contained, and the higher its value.

This crystal clearly contains a wealth of knowledge.

"This data crystal contains the secrets of a branch of Eldar warriors' path."

"Assault Scorpion, a bishop of this path summarized their principles as, 'Swift attack, without leaving a trace, this is the principle of the Assault Scorpion.'"

"Assault Scorpion warriors symbolize the wrath of Bloodhand Kane, who inflict brutality upon their enemies without warning."

Ramsey took the data crystal, and Ninglu continued.

"Assault Scorpions are the most skilled warriors in melee combat. Without exception, they are all cold-blooded killers, obsessed with hunting and slaughter." "But they will hide in the mist and shadows until the moment of attack."

"I have adapted the mysteries of the Assault Scorpion Path to suit the 'Hermit'."

“My lord, I will not let you down.” Ramsey carefully put away the data crystal.

The "Corrupted Baron" nodded, and through his spiritual vision, he saw the "Hermit's" seamless gray-black aura and celestial body.

“You are now a true 'hermit'.”

“My lord, you are right. Indeed, I have mastered the power you bestowed upon me in the previous battle.”

The Primarch's consciousness spread out, confirming that Alcahas and his two companions were not beside the Bone Eater. They stood before the Titan's body, watching the Oilers' inspection.

"Please wait here for a moment."

After giving instructions to Ramsay, Nimrod left behind the Spear of Dionysus.

The Primarch bypassed the Shadows of Order and brought the two Bone-Eater Arms back to the "Land of Chaos".

Then, with a thought, he arrived at the first level of space.

Nimrod ordered the space apes to concoct the Sequence 6 potion "Rose Bishop" using materials such as Flesh Rose obtained from Barbarus.

A moment later, Ramsey took the blood potion that had been soaking the pale flesh.

Without hesitation, he tilted his head back and drank it down.

The moment the potion slid down his esophagus, he felt as if his throat was being crushed.

After the potion entered his stomach, he felt as if his skin was being scraped by countless roses, as if they were about to peel off his body.

Suffering excruciating pain, he let out muffled groans.

Ramsey did not use his bio-energy to repair his body; he gritted his teeth, endured the pain, and entered a meditative state.

His spirit detached from his body, and the excruciating pain subsided.

Ramsey stared at the flesh, the blood melting like candles, the black armor collapsing and falling downwards.

Even after undergoing mental and physical training, Ramsey couldn't help but feel a deep-seated fear; he neither wanted nor was willing to become a non-human monster.

Just then, a voice resounded in his mind.

"clam down!"

As if struck by a biological lightning bolt, Ramsey regained his senses.

[It was the father's voice, a reminder from the Black Emperor.]
Ramsey's fear quickly dissipated, and his attention turned to the stream of information flooding his mind.

Moments later, the "Rose Bishop" regained control of his body.

His sleek, yellow skin was as clear as jade, and his face grew increasingly handsome, resembling Ninglu's.

The Rose Bishop's throat was no longer stinging, the injury had completely disappeared, and he could breathe smoothly.

As an expert in flesh magic, Ramsay combines extraordinary abilities with bio-psychic energy to bring his body closer to perfection—the image of the Black Emperor.

The Primarch scrutinized the "Rose Bishop" in front of him, who was almost a miniature version of himself. Apart from his size, they were virtually indistinguishable.

But upon closer inspection, his eyes were not as deep as his own, nor could they exude the oppressive aura unique to the Primarch, even though Ninglu would deliberately restrain himself most of the time.

"Thank you, my Lord, for this gift. I will certainly make good use of the power you have given me."

The Rose Bishop's voice was magnetic, unlike the chainsaw-like scraping sound he had made before.

As soon as Ramsey stepped off the Stormbird's deck, Ninglu's communication bead buzzed.

After he answered the call, Alcéna Dunn's voice came through.

“My lord, I have obtained the list of the Machine God Guard from the Director of Shana Forge.”

“I found Anacharis Scoria on the list. He became a Tech Priest three years ago and currently commands a Mech Guard, guarding the Eleventh Temple of Forging.”

"I will send you the coordinates immediately."

Ninglu's eyes lit up, and he immediately decided to set off to rescue the young technical priest.
