Chapter 444 Follow your words

The Landa Monastery on Little Ling Mountain was surrounded by heavenly soldiers and generals.

The monks, who had traveled a long way to Landa Monastery but were refused entry, were cleared aside by heavenly soldiers and placed under strict guard. The monks silently chanted scriptures, their whispered words coalescing into a grand and majestic chant.

The monsters who couldn't escape all entered Landa Monastery, while the heavenly soldiers and generals could only surround the monastery from the outside and couldn't enter. They were all blocked outside the mountain gate by a plaque.

"Namo Amitabha……"

Nezha invited Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva to come and ask him for help.

"Give me a ladder."

Two heavenly generals brought a ladder to Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, who then climbed up the ladder and removed the plaque that read "Landuo Temple".

The divine light protecting Landa Monastery dissipated, and heavenly soldiers and generals immediately rushed into the monastery.

The net has been cast, making it impossible for the Golden Snake Demon to lead a group of demons to escape to Beiju Luzhou again.

"Amitabha……"

Heavenly soldiers and generals stormed into the main hall, but Wutian was sitting on a lotus platform in the center of the hall, preaching to the demons, completely ignoring the heavenly soldiers and generals from outside.

The heavenly generals commanded their celestial soldiers to kick the demonic monks off their prayer mats and arrest them on the spot. These demons were to be sent to the Heavenly Demon-Slaying Platform, where each of them would have their head chopped off.

The monsters screamed in agony and begged Wutian for help, and only then did Wutian open his eyes.

"Are you not afraid of being condemned to eternal damnation for such audacious behavior?" Wutian said calmly, causing all the heavenly soldiers and generals who rushed into the temple to stop what they were doing.

At this moment, the horrific scenes of Avici Hell appeared in the minds of the heavenly soldiers and generals.

Avici Hell is extremely vast, and the souls within it suffer eternally, unable to escape.

Wutian's gaze swept over the heavenly soldiers and generals in the Great Hall of the Buddha, and one by one, all that remained of them were their own armor.

"Buddha, where did they go?" the demon asked Wutian.

"I've been sent to Avici Hell," Wutian replied calmly.

As Wutian walked out of the Great Buddha Hall, he was surrounded by demon monks, just like when Shakyamuni was preaching and expounding the Dharma in the human world.

When Wutian left Landa Monastery, all the heavenly soldiers and generals who had rushed into the monastery were left with only their possessions, and Wutian sent them to Avici Hell.

"Venerable Maudgalyayana, we meet again," Wutian greeted Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva.

"When did we meet?" Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva asked Wutian.

"In the eighteen levels of hell."

Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva carefully examined Wutian and suddenly recalled that he had met Wutian before he was awakened in his reincarnation. However, at that time, Wutian acted like an ordinary person and was not as terrifying as he was now.

“The Buddha suppressed me in the lowest level of the eighteen levels of hell, Avici Hell, but I still climbed up from the eighteen levels of hell one by one.”

Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva immediately felt as if facing a formidable enemy.

He can move freely in and out of the eighteen levels of hell because he is the administrator, not a punished ghost.

When I first met Wutian, he was weak because all his abilities had been consumed by the eighteen levels of hell. Now, in the human world, Wutian's power is gradually recovering, and he is gradually revealing his true nature.

"Nezha, you regard Buddha as your father, shouldn't you kneel down and call me father?"

Wutian looked up at Nezha, the Third Prince, who was flying in the air on his fiery wheels. The flames on the wheels had greatly diminished and were accompanied by black smoke.

Nezha was completely caught off guard, and by the time he came to his senses, he was already kneeling at Wutian's feet.

Wutian placed his hand on Nezha's head, and instantly Nezha was filled with demonic energy, transforming into a god of death. The cute little boy's form vanished, and what appeared before Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva was a three-headed, eight-armed demon god, over ten zhang tall, with bulging physique and fangs.

This is the complete opposite of Nezha.

"What did you do to Nezha?" Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva asked anxiously.

“This is Nezha’s true nature; he was always meant to be a demon god like this,” Wutian said to Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva.

“I can see the hidden side of everyone, just like you… Mulian.”

"Mulian is just a name I used when I was reincarnated. Why don't you call me Kim Gyo-gak anymore?" Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva asked Wutian.

"It is your love for your mother that moved me so deeply that I will remember your name forever," Wutian replied.

"Are you wondering why I appeared in this world? It's simply because this world needs me to give all sentient beings in the six realms another choice," Wutian said again.

Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva simply looked at Wutian, and before he could speak, Wutian answered the question he wanted to ask.

"Why do all sentient beings in the six realms want to transcend the six realms? Isn't that a question in itself?"

"Heaven and earth were not formed naturally, and the rules governing the operation of all things in the world are not natural. Before entering the cycle of reincarnation, all living beings must face the judgment of the Ten Kings of Hell to see if they will be sent to the eighteen levels of hell. This may be a mistake in itself."

"Good and bad are determined by immortals, Buddhas, and saints. Those who come after must follow the rules of those who came before, even if the rules are completely unreasonable."

“Maitreya can never become a Buddha. He cannot see the present, nor can he shape the future.”

Wutian kept talking to Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, who subconsciously clenched his fist.

Saying so many annoying things has even angered Buddha.

"The relatives and friends you get after your reincarnation all have the same idea. If you die, you can be resurrected based on your relationship with you in your previous life. If you can't be resurrected, you can be reborn into a good family."

"Don't tell me you didn't do it..."

Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva did not answer.

Such a thing did happen, but not in this lifetime. And it wasn't that he used his own abilities to help his relatives and friends in his next life; rather, it was Yama, the King of Hell, who did it out of consideration for him.

Because he is Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, anyone who has helped him is considered to have "merit" and can receive special treatment.

“Death is something that all sentient beings in the six realms will inevitably face, yet people like you make death unfair.”

"What do you want me to do?"

“I want to tell you that I want a fair death, a fair death for all that exists,” Wutian said.

"Nonsense..." Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva was speechless.

"You don't understand at all."

“Death is the best way to transcend.” Wutian shook his head at Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva.

“Those who die and then beg to be reborn…” Wutian turned to look at the eight-armed Nezha, “are the real menace.”

"After asking you all the questions, you still don't have any opinions of your own. I'll just treat you like a stone."

As soon as Wutian finished speaking, Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva turned into a stone statue on the spot.

The power of Wutian is that his words become law.

The Jade Emperor in the Lingxiao Palace ascended to the position of ruler of the Three Realms after undergoing 1,750 tribulations. Wutian doesn't seem to be challenging Tathagata, but rather the Jade Emperor.
