Who let this Dementor into Hogwarts!

Chapter 477: Is it interesting to watch Cohen's dad bully Cohen?

Chapter 477: Is it interesting to watch Cohen's dad bully Cohen?
Cohen's expression immediately turned horrified.

"You definitely won't."

“No, this time I will,” Edward said sternly. “I’ll tell your mother that you not only blew up the Ministry of Magic when your father first took office, but you also skipped school—you won’t be going out this summer, your mother will be watching you the whole time.”

“Then let Dobby watch over me, you all have to work,” Cohen suggested. “Or let Goat watch over me, you know him so well…”

“Your mother has resigned and plans to go home and rest,” Edward said calmly.

Damn it, my dream of traveling around during the summer vacation and living the life of a domineering second-generation official has suddenly been shattered.

How come this old scoundrel suddenly knows how to manage people so well!

"Fine," Cohen said sullenly.

Actually, this punishment is insignificant; if Cohen really wanted to go out for a stroll, Rose would definitely agree.

Using over two hundred Death Curses to bomb the Ministry of Magic isn't such a particularly serious crime... right?

But in front of Dumbledore, one still has to symbolically endure a few scoldings, lest the morally upright old man find it unbearable.

However, according to Cohen's observation, Dumbledore seemed to be watching with the same interest as Sirius, as Cohen suffered a setback at Edward's hands.

The evil old Bi Deng!
Is watching yourself being bullied by Edward a part that everyone enjoys?
“You lot, tell us everything that happened tonight.” Edward pulled Harry and the others over, and Dumbledore conjured up chairs for them.

“Don’t skip any part about the ‘illegal spell’,” Edward said, his last sentence a reminder to Cohen.

“I swear I’ve never used any illegal spells other than those 276 death curses,” Cohen said.

"So you're admitting now that you cast those 276 spells?" Edward tapped Cohen on the head. "Don't interrupt, continue with what happened."

"First, Harry suddenly fainted and discovered Voldemort in the Department of Mysteries..."

They began explaining the cause to Edward and Dumbledore, and Sirius, who had already heard it once, listened silently again.

However, there are some new details this time, such as Cohen making Harry smash the prophecy orb, and their encounter with Ignatius Taft, the leader of the Silver Keys and former Minister of State, in the death chamber.

Cohen also used the Avada Kedavra thing there.

“It was my wand that did it, not me,” Cohen said immediately after Harry brought it up. “There’s something wrong with this wand. Ollivander put a very evil, cursed black unicorn hair in it—”

Edward looked at Cohen with a "see if I believe you" look.

“Well… but I stopped him from committing suicide,” Cohen admitted.

“Killing someone who is about to commit suicide first doesn’t count as preventing suicide…” Edward sighed.

“He’s not dead. He’s still lying in my box, alive,” Cohen corrected. “I used a petrification spell, but the killing spell missed. Because he’s the head of the Silver Keys, this way you can catch those lunatics of the Silver Keys.”

Cohen's words made Edward's eyes light up. He had thought that Cohen had destroyed this important clue in a fit of anger.

"Then... if I can make amends, can you let me go out during the summer vacation?" "No, you did the good deed first and then bombed the Ministry of Magic, and it seems to have been premeditated." Edward said unmoved, "Go on, what happened next."

Next, they went upstairs to face Voldemort, and then Cohen started wildly casting Death Curses, scaring all the Death Eaters away.

"So... the other officials know too?" Cohen asked.

“When they asked, I said, ‘It must have been Voldemort who did it,’” Edward said calmly. “Some people disagreed, but once I dug into their past, they didn’t say a word.”

“You’re not much better off,” Cohen said with a click of his tongue.

"If you had used a thunderbolt explosion, I could have avoided all this arguing with those people," Edward said helplessly.

"However, the fact that our new minister is leading the fight against Voldemort is very encouraging for everyone to have the courage to confront him," Dumbledore said with satisfaction. "I have always maintained the view that fear of the enemy is often the root cause of people's failures."

“Fortunately, we’re not helpless this time… Cohen, do you remember where those Dementors are now?” Edward asked Cohen. “The Ministry of Magic’s attack reports are all concentrated in Wiltshire.”

“It’s in Wiltshire,” Cohen said. “There’s a castle on a hillside; it should be easy to find—when shall we go? I’m always available, preferably when I have exams or lots of classes…”

"Hmm," Dumbledore murmured, seemingly out of place.

“You just stay at school and behave yourself.” Edward pressed the eager Cohen back into his chair. “I’ll handle this.”

“You’re not a Dementor, I can talk to them,” Cohen asked incredulously. “You won’t let me do something so perfectly in my field—”

“I’m the Dementor’s father, so it’s just as appropriate for me to negotiate,” Edward said firmly. “Besides, those Aurors in the ministry aren’t just for show; they get paid to do this job.”

Cohen and Edward stared at each other for several seconds. Seeing that Edward was not going to budge an inch, Cohen finally gave in.

If you can't skip school openly, then you can't. There are still things to do at school...

“Well, those Minds of the Department of Mysteries can generate a lot of pleasure. Bringing them to the Dementors will convince them to follow you,” Cohen said. “They recognize you. The last one recognized that you were connected to me.”

"It seems everything that needed to be clarified has been clarified." As the conversation drew to a close, Dumbledore clapped his hands. "It's getting late, everyone needs to get some rest..."

"Professor, we won't lose points, will we?" Hermione asked nervously. "I mean... since..."

"Although I strongly disapprove of you leaving the school without informing any professors..." Dumbledore blinked his deep blue eyes, "but considering your courage and kindness in risking your lives to save others, let's just consider tonight's events a thrilling dream."

After leaving the principal's office, they saw a familiar red-haired, balding man.

Mr. Weasley came panting from the other end of the corridor, apparently having woken up quite a few portraits along the way, including a short knight who was still chasing after him on his pony, cursing at him.

"You despicable bell ringer! You criminal who has awakened us! For the honor of knighthood, the brave and fearless Sir Cadogan challenges you to a duel!"

The short knight shouted at the top of his lungs, his armor clanging. Clearly, it was more of a disturbance than that of Mr. Weasley that had awakened the portraits.
