Dragon Ball Arrives in Marvel
Chapter 5 Continental Hotel
Chapter 5 Continental Hotel
Continental Hotel New York.
Smith and Fox walked in after giving the doorman two Continental Hotel gold coins.
After entering the Continental Hotel, Smith did not stay in the lobby but took Fox directly to the underground bar.
When Charon at the hotel front desk saw Smith and Fox walking towards the bar, he immediately picked up the front desk phone and made a call.
"Manager Winston, Smith, the man you asked me to keep an eye on, has arrived at our hotel with Fox and is now heading towards the bar area."
"okay, I get it."
Charon murmured after watching the phone hang up:
"Fortunately, I have food and lodging at the hotel, so I don't have to leave."
After Winston hung up the phone, he rubbed his head and said casually:
"Why are these two guys here?"
"Could it be that those crazy people from the Assassin's League are planning to attack my Continental Hotel?"
"Or is it some unlucky nigger who messed with this guy Smith?"
As the manager of the Continental Hotel in New York, Winston has some understanding of the League of Assassins. Eighteen years ago, this organization often assassinated people for no apparent reason, but suddenly changed its style. Instead of inexplicable assassinations, it specialized in assassinating people who had committed many evil deeds or were deeply sinful.
In New York alone, there are many gang leaders, or some perverted murderers who have not been arrested, who have been attacked by the Assassin's League and none of them have failed.
For this reason, the Mainland Hotel and some gangs reported the situation to the High Table, but there was no action taken from above. They simply sent a judge to talk to the other party and then left.
However, Winston had heard some gossip that when the High Table was established, it had invited the Assassin's League and even offered it a position as an elder, but the other party did not agree.
Of course, many of the registered member killers of the Continental Hotel were killed by members of the Assassin's League outside. Among them, Smith Doyle, who visited today, killed especially many black killers, and even specifically targeted black people to kill.
But as long as no one was killed in the hotel, Winston didn't care. After all, this person was not here specifically to identify anyone, right? Thinking of this, Winston quickened his pace.
······
After paying another two Continental Hotel gold coins, Smith and Fox entered the underground hotel.
As the two men entered, the killers in the bar looked at them intentionally or unintentionally.
Although killing is prohibited in mainland hotels and the bar area is an intelligence zone, every killer will instinctively take a look at whoever comes.
After seeing that the person coming was Smith Doyle, some killers didn't care and even raised their glasses to Smith.
However, several of the black killers immediately turned around or stood up and walked towards the bathroom when they saw Smith Doyle, and some even used their hats to block their faces.
Fox took in all the changes in the crowd in front of him, then said to Smith:
"You're almost a hunter assassin."
"Look how you scared those black killers."
Hearing Fox's words, Smith also smiled and said casually:
"Isn't it our duty to cleanse the world of its filth?"
"Killed them all, not a single one was killed by mistake."
Hearing Smith's words, Fox nodded seriously. Everyone here was a killer, someone who would kill others for money without distinguishing between good and bad. It would be right to kill them all.
However, in Fox's opinion, Smith particularly hates African Americans. In fact, because of his preference, the Assassin's League has never recruited African Americans since they learned about this.
As he spoke, Smith walked to the bar and said to the bartender Eddie:
"Two Thundering Bourbons."
After Eddie poured a glass of whiskey for each of them, he smiled at Smith and said:
"Smith, our business gets worse every time you come here."
"I guess they are definitely sending text messages to inform other African killers not to come to the mainland hotel in the next two days."
Smith shrugged.
"Actually, I hope everyone will come to the Mainland Hotel to take refuge quickly. After all, killing is prohibited here, right?" Eddie smiled speechlessly. If they come here to take refuge, I'm afraid you will remember their faces and find a chance to kill them after you get out.
"How can I help you?"
The gold coins at the entrance of the bar area are not only the entrance fee, but also the intelligence fee. You can get the information you want here.
Smith took out a piece of paper and drew a pattern of a Dragon Ball 4 planet on it, then said:
"If anyone comes here asking about this or anything like that, let him come to me."
Eddie picked it up and looked at it, then said:
"A crystal ball with stars on it, huh?"
"Ok, I see."
Seeing Eddie leave, Fox said curiously:
"what is this?"
"And what about the good show you mentioned?"
Just as Smith was about to say something, Winston came over and greeted him warmly:
"Mr. Smith."
"Ms. Fox."
Smith raised his glass and said:
"Manager Winston, long time no see."
Fox also said hello:
"Mr. Winston."
Winston snapped his fingers, and then Eddie came over.
"Eddie, get out my bottle of 1972 Macallan whiskey. I want to treat Smith and Fox to a drink."
Hearing about the whiskey of this year, Smith said:
"Winston, this vintage of Macallan isn't cheap."
Winston smiled and said:
“No matter how expensive a wine is, its value lies in its being drunk.”
"Besides, good wine goes well with heroes. This little bit of wine is nothing to you two."
Soon Eddie came over with three glasses of whiskey and placed them in front of Smith and the other two.
Smith picked up the wine glass, smelled it, took a sip, and then said:
"This vintage is pretty good, but I've heard the 1926 is the best."
Winston smiled and replied:
"This vintage of Macallan is hard to find, and at that price, even I wouldn't be willing to part with it."
Smith didn't say much after hearing this. It was true that the 1927 Macallan cost 200 million pounds and was difficult to buy.
Winston continued:
"Operating platforms like ours shouldn't be within the Assassin's League's scope of attack."
“So Smith, you guys shouldn’t break the rules of my hotel, right?”
Smith looked at Winston, shrugged his shoulders and said:
"You don't think the two of us are here to take down the Continental Hotel in New York."
"As for the rules of mainland hotels, I think they're pretty good."
Winston smiled at this answer.
"Thank you."
Then Fox suddenly said:
"The Continental Hotel just released a new mission, worth $200 million."
"Smith, this isn't what you call lively, is it?"
