In January 2007, Yan Hui's factory completed the installation of 12 sets of reactors, and the factory's production capacity continued to climb. According to Chen Jian's estimate, the factory's production capacity could be expanded to 150,000 liters per month.

Each reactor has a capacity of 600 liters. If they operate 24 hours a day, reacting four times a day, theoretically, they can produce 2400 liters of product. With 12 reactors, the theoretical monthly production capacity could reach 864000 liters. This is theoretical capacity and has no practical value. The 15 liters mentioned by Chen Jian is the company's normal production capacity.

15 liters can be used to fill approximately 20 polyurethane bottles. The material cost is 900 million, and if all of them are sold, they can fetch 1360 million, resulting in a monthly gross profit of 460 million.

Now, Yan Hui has secured orders for approximately 8 units per month, and the company's patent has also been licensed. He now needs to secure orders from large factories. Once he gets the licenses from large factories, orders will flow in continuously.

There is a nationally renowned glass company and a famous car manufacturer here. If Yan Hui can secure orders from these two companies, his subsequent work will be much easier.
