Marvel: The Imposter Inventor

Chapter 106, Part 2: The First Appearance of the Ha War Armor

Chapter 106 The Husky Armor Makes its Debut
"What is this? Snow?"

As they spoke, everyone watched as what had started as scattered snowflakes transformed into a blizzard in the blink of an eye.

The temperature, which was originally hot in the middle of summer, suddenly dropped by dozens of degrees.

"Look over there!!"

"what is that!"

Hawkeye Clint Barton and Gwen, who had just arrived with Nick Fury and hadn't even had a chance to greet Stark and the others, both pointed in terror at the distant horizon.

At that spot, it seemed as if a huge blue hole had appeared out of nowhere in the sky.

Behind it lay endless snow and towering icebergs.

The blue and white world seemed to be completely devoid of sunlight, adding an extra layer of darkness and oppression.

They could still vaguely see it.

Within that space, countless blue figures were surging out.

Behind these figures were several colossal beasts, each the size of a small mountain, roaring madly.

Even those on Avengers Tower, so far away from the hole, could still feel the chilling killing intent emanating from it.

"That's Jotunheim!! The Frost Giant!!"

As the prince of Asgard, Thor, who knew the Nine Realms best, was the first to exclaim in surprise.

Immediately following was Tony Stark's low, snarling curse, squeezed out between his teeth.

"It's that bastard Loki again!!"

That's right!

At this moment, all the Avengers members realized it.

This must be Loki, wielding the Cosmic Cube, once again sending alien 'guests' to the people of New York!
At this moment, everyone's face was filled with solemnity.

"We must stop those frost giants from entering New York! Prepare for battle!"

Captain America, Steve Rogers, pulled on the leather buckle of his shield, his eyes filled with determination.

Tony met his gaze, then turned and rushed into the lab, donning his Iron Man suit.

Seeing this, Steve didn't waste any words and immediately took over the command of the scene.

"Dr. Banner! We need your strength! Thor, give us a brief explanation of the weaknesses of this Frost Giant race!"

"Wait a moment!"

Nick Fury suddenly interrupted, turning to look at Dr. Eric and Jane Foster, whom he had just brought with him.

"You two stay here for now, the rest of you get on the plane! I'll take you there, we can talk as we go!"

Without saying a word, the others rushed into the Quinjet fighter jet.

At that moment, Tony, who had already quickly donned the Mark armor, was about to follow.

However, just before boarding the plane, he grabbed Gwen who was rushing past him.

"What are you going to do?!"

“Mr. Stark, I’m a superhero too! I can help!”

Although this is not Gwen's own world, but a parallel universe that has nothing to do with her.

But her sense of justice as a superhero and Spider-Man wouldn't allow her to just stand by and watch the world be invaded by aliens and suffer devastation.

She also wanted to join the other Avengers members on the front lines to protect the people.

In an instant, all the Avengers members who had already boarded the plane turned their gaze in this direction.

Steve and his friends had never met Gwen before, but in their video calls these past few days, Tony had been repeatedly emphasizing that 'Spider-Man is one of my people.'

In situations like these, it's natural that he needs to make the decision.

However, the next moment, Tony reprimanded him without hesitation.

“Hey kid! The battlefield is not the same as the street crime fighting you usually do! You just stay here and protect the two doctors with Luca! After Uncle Tony knocks these Smurfs away, we’ll figure out how to send you home.” Tony’s voice trailed off as he looked around with a furrowed brow.

"Hey! Where did that kid Luca go?"

Because Tony had been deliberately avoiding the topic, Steve and the others didn't know who Luca was. They just followed Tony's gaze and looked around in confusion.

Thor and Banner, on the other hand, instinctively wanted to look into the cabin behind them, wondering if the kid had sneaked in.

But soon, they wouldn't need to look back anymore.

Suddenly, a series of clanging and banging sounds, along with Luca's clear shouts, came from Stark Labs.

"Tony, wait a minute! I'll be done here in a minute!"

In the laboratory, in front of a mechanical engineering support, Luca pulled out a wrench from somewhere and forcibly pried open the chest hatch of the robot in front of him.

Originally, a transmission-operated door opening mechanism was to be installed here, but there is obviously not enough time now.

After prying open the hatch, I looked at the two Hellos, one orange and one white, at my feet.

After hesitating for a moment, Luca picked up the orange Haro and stuffed it directly into the robot's cockpit.

"Hello! Take control of the husky! Switch to battle mode!"

"Hello, hello, hello!"

A red light flashed in Haro's eyes, and then even his voice turned cold.

"Two-Ha Ship, launch!"

Upon hearing the change in Hello's voice, Luca decisively re-locked the hatch and then put on a control device that resembled a single pair of AR glasses.

Meanwhile, Steve and the others outside were getting anxious, unsure of what they were waiting for.

He urged them directly.

"Tony! We have to leave right now!"

However, he had barely finished saying that when he did.

"Boom! Clang!"

A series of metallic clanging and collapsing sounds rang out from the laboratory.

Immediately afterwards, a white figure crashed through the glass on the inside of the building and rushed out.

He appeared before everyone in a very standard superhero landing pose.

It was a black and white mechanical battle suit that exuded a chilling killing intent.

This armored suit is about 2 meters tall.

The head is like a motorcyclist's helmet, with a black glass visor that makes it impossible to see the face of the 'person' inside.

The main body of the mecha has a sharply defined torso and joints, but the outer armor on the forearms and legs is rather bulky and features a rounded, curved shape that differs from the torso.

Even more bizarrely, as if to indicate that there is a head on the chest of the armor, the slightly protruding chest armor also has a black glass mask similar to that on the helmet.

At the same time, since the armor was in a slightly crouching position, everyone could also see a strange flight backpack on the back of the armor that looked like it had two sword hilts stuck in it.

Despite having so many strange and unusual designs, they don't look out of place when put together.

If Luca himself were to explain, he would surely say that it's a mix of Baymax and Gundam styles.

Looking at the robot in front of him, which was several sizes taller than himself when it stood up straight.

Tony, one of the few who knew that the 'armor' wasn't actually worn and controlled by a real person, still stepped forward and gently patted the armor's shoulder.

"Hey kid! That's brand new glass!"

Although he seemed to be complaining about Luca breaking the glass.

But seeing that the other party had broken the very same piece of glass where he had 'jumped off' last time, a strange smile still appeared on Tony's face beneath his mask.

"Let's go! Let's set off!"
