Chapter 15 Guard

Chapter 15 Guard
As the fear gradually rose in his heart, a hint of joy slowly appeared on Zhang Wenda's face.

This proves I've found the right place; this is the brain of the Children's Palace!

Fear also means that the other party's fatal weakness is the same!

He looked at the triangular piece of flesh in front of him and said, "Are you scared? Do you know you're going to die? You have to die, you have to die for us to live."

At this moment, the fear began to intensify, and the surrounding flesh walls trembled as if in fear.

The fear was so intense that Zhang Wenda almost stopped in his tracks in terror.

But now that we've come this far, there's no reason to stop.

Zhang Wenda gritted his teeth, clenched his fists, and smashed his head several times.

He walked step by step, suppressing the strange emotions that were interfering with him, to the side of the head. Looking at the chunk of flesh in front of him, he took a deep breath and said, "It's either you or us who die. My life has just begun. I absolutely do not want to die here."

After saying that, Zhang Wenda grabbed the spike and pushed it in without hesitation. The next second, as the transparent flesh spurted out more liquid, the pain of almost tearing his head apart made him uncontrollably let go and fall to the ground.

It hurts, it hurts so much. Zhang Wenda had thought it would hurt a lot, but he never expected it to hurt this much.

Just as he gritted his teeth and tried to stand up again, a loud "bang" rang out, accompanied by a tremendous force, and Zhang Wenda was instantly sent flying, crashing heavily into the wall.

If the walls weren't made of flesh, Zhang Wenda would probably have broken several bones in his body.

When Zhang Wenda stood up, leaning against the wall, he swayed and saw that between himself and the triangular piece of flesh was a layer of hazy, translucent fleshy membrane, with some black chess pieces with centipede legs hanging on it.

This was clearly a guard from the Youth Palace's brain, but Zhang Wenda had almost no idea how the other party had done it. With another surge of immense force, he was sent flying again.

Just as Zhang Wenda was being attacked, a small black dot darted in through a crack in the wall. It was the black cat, carrying half a piece of paper with Old Man Ding's name on it in its mouth.

The kitten lowered its head and placed the paper on the ground. Then, it casually raised its two little paws and gently stomped on the paper, as if kneading milk, pressing it into its flesh.

The next second, the cold ground began to return, and the black and white floorboards began to replace the flesh and blood, covering the entire ground. The whole heart gradually transformed into a classroom.

Zhang Wenda finally saw his enemy clearly: a plaster statue, a globe, and a wooden triangle ruler used by math teachers.

Seeing their different side, Zhang Wenda felt a surge of anger. "You think I'm afraid of that?"

Spitting out a mouthful of bloody saliva, Zhang Wenda gripped his flashlight and immediately charged forward without hesitation, engaging in a fierce battle with the globe, set square, and plaster statue.

The two sides rapidly closed in, with the globe launching the first attack. The heavy sphere, accompanied by a tearing, humming sound, hurtled directly towards Zhang Wenda's waist and abdomen!
Zhang Wenda suddenly slid to the side, close to the newly appeared cold blackboard. The globe whistled past his clothes and slammed hard onto the podium next to him.

Before he could catch his breath, Zhang Wenda instantly felt a gust of wind rushing from above. He looked up sharply and saw the huge wooden triangle ruler!
It slashed down vertically, aiming its sharp wooden edge at the top of his head! Its attack seemed to carry the precision and ruthlessness of a mathematical formula, determined to embed that obscure mathematical knowledge into his brain!

"Clang—!" As Zhang Wenda's forearm glowed red, the violent impact between the hardwood and the flashlight produced a piercing, crisp sound, and sparks flew everywhere! The enormous recoil caused Zhang Wenda's hand to split open, bleeding profusely, and his only good hand went numb.

However, at this moment, the immense force gained the upper hand, and the triangle ruler was sent flying far away.

With one less enemy, Zhang Wenda was no longer on the defensive. Taking advantage of the brief moment when the globe, which was moving relatively clumsily, was retracting its body, he...
He ducked to avoid the plaster-coated fist attack, his body sliding along the cold floor to the lower left of the globe.

Zhang Wenda seized the opportunity and, with all his might, slammed the hard bottom of his right flashlight against the metal axis supporting the globe!

The red light flashed again, "Clang—Crack!"

A sickening metallic snapping sound rang out! The globe emitted a piercing groan, its copper surface dented, its lines of latitude and longitude twisted, and it rolled futilely on the ground like a dead Earth.

With one less enemy, Zhang Wenda felt a sudden drop in pressure. He dodged the mathematical attack of the triangle ruler again, and with a roar, charged towards the plaster statue.

At this moment, the red light on his arm was almost gone, but Zhang Wenda didn't care about that. He put all his strength into his arm, concentrating almost all the force of several hundred pounds into this one spot.

The impact was so powerful that the plaster material shattered under the heavy blow from the metal cylinder, and the entire statue collapsed.

At this moment, Zhang Wenda was covered in wounds, but after dealing with the two enemies, the victory was already secured.

When the triangle ruler came swinging again, he took the opportunity to dodge and caught it with one hand, making it form a right angle, and then stomped on it hard.

With several blows, the ruler handle and a large piece of wood at the grip were broken off. The triangle ruler emitted a sharp buzzing sound, and the remaining ruler vibrated violently, becoming uncontrollable and stuck obliquely into the floor.

Zhang Wenda was panting heavily, his body covered in a mixture of sweat and blood. His left arm was in excruciating pain, and the laceration on the web of his right hand was burning with pain.

Although he suffered another minor injury, he ultimately won.

He glanced at the corner, where the black cat was still tirelessly stepping on Old Man Ding's paper. Each time its tiny paws landed, it seemed to be pressing more "reality" into the space, resisting the erosion of flesh and blood.

Zhang Wenda then realized that the rabbit had used the old man Ding in the guide to turn the strange creature from the ground into the youth palace. No wonder the guide was given out before the curtain was lifted.

"Old Ding Takes You to Explore the Children's Palace" - you can only explore the Children's Palace if you have Old Ding with you; without Old Ding, there would be no Children's Palace.

After successively killing the globe, the plaster statue, and the triangle ruler, Zhang Wenda can finally face his final enemy, the Children's Palace.

When Zhang Wenda looked ahead again, he found that the triangular, transparent flesh and blood had disappeared, replaced by a colorful crayon drawing floating in the air. The drawing depicted a house with a rainbow archway.

Zhang Wenda could see a small tear in the upper left corner of the painting, as if it had been torn. When that resonant fear reappeared, he understood what the painting represented.
