Chapter 293 You don’t deserve it!
"We fight side by side!" The Imperial Guards rushed forward, brandishing their guard spears, and lifted up the demon's body.

The weapons of the Imperial Guard are bestowed by the Emperor himself, imbued with the blessing of the Lord of Mankind, and are demon-slaying weapons born from radiance.

They run alongside the Doomsday Warrior, relentlessly slaying demons that leap from the shadows.

The demon could have hidden in the shadows, quietly approaching the Imperial Guards before launching a sudden attack, catching them off guard.

With the Doom Slayer nearby, the power of the warp was suppressed, and the Shadow Demon could no longer maintain its stealth. It had no choice but to step out of the darkness and launch an attack from the front.

At this moment, the Imperial Guards were exerting their full strength, surrounded by powerful warriors, not the Silent Sisters who needed their attention.

The Imperial Guards never imagined that there could be warriors in the human empire whose fighting strength rivaled their own.

The Imperial Guards had long known that the Destroyer Warriors were powerful, but they had not expected their combat prowess to be so extraordinary—slaying demons was as easy as cutting grass, and their blades moved with increasing speed, without the slightest hesitation.

The black and gold armor blended together, displaying perfect coordination when fighting demons, as if they had practiced it a thousand times.

A bright blue beam appeared behind them as the Night Guardian perfectly timed his shot, weaving through the gaps in friendly fire and piercing through a large swarm of demons.

Facing a common enemy they despise, three different types of warriors cooperate to swiftly annihilate the Shadow Demon army.

The demons were also horrified; before them stood humanity's most elite warriors, utterly unable to withstand their onslaught.

His superhuman body was suppressed by the real universe, and his demonic eyes could not see the enemy's movements. By the time he realized what was happening, his head had already been separated from his body.

They sank into the shadows, then emerged, howling as they launched a surprise attack at close range.

This tactic has proven effective time and again. The Shadow Demon's ability to carve out a domain in the chaotic warp with its shadow attacks is proof enough of its viciousness.

Unfortunately. This is the real universe, where Doomsday Warriors still exist. Shadows are difficult to approach, and close-quarters combat has degenerated into a sprint.

Seeing the blade of light hurtling towards him, the demon knew he was doomed and dodged with all his might, barely managing to avoid it, and crashed into the guard's spear.

The demon closed its eyes contentedly. Though its consciousness was damaged, it would eventually return to the subspace, where it would lie dormant and be reborn over endless years.

As the demon's physical body died and its consciousness left the real universe, it shook its head at its naive colleagues, mocking them for being too young.

To die at the hands of the human royal guards is merely a slightly costly journey; to be slain by the Doomsday Warriors...

As the Shadow Demon watched its comrades being annihilated and absorbed by the Doom Warrior to become his power, it couldn't understand why the gods had created this monster.

With its final glance, it focused its attention on the center of the battlefield, watching the battle between two powerful beings.

In the center of the battlefield, there was no one or any demons; the violent forces clashed, carving out a vacuum zone.

"You vile wench!" Bilak roared furiously as he parried Doom's attack, "Continue to activate the magic circle and summon my army!"

The mother's curled-up body trembled violently, startled awake by her master's roar. She continued to channel spiritual energy, expanding the summoning circle to release more demons.

The shadow demons were densely packed, their shadowy veils layered like black oil, continuously gushing forth from the magic circle.

“Your army is weak and incompetent.” Doom delivered a heavy hook punch to Birac’s abdomen, sending him flying backward with his body bent over.

He was not worried at all about the large army of demons. With his genetic offspring and the cooperation of the Imperial Guard, no matter how many demons came, it would be in vain.

Doom's eyes were filled with rage. He held the Judgment Sword in his right hand and made a sword-finger gesture with his left, pointing it at Bilak, who coexisted with the dark sun in the sky: "Come down! Face me with your pathetic courage."

Taking advantage of a brief opportunity to disengage from combat and remain airborne, it unfurled its sky-covering demonic wings, casting a massive shadow that enveloped Doom, and immediately activated its shadow power.

Faced with the provocation, Bilak remained silent, flying in the air and looking down at Doom. His demonic left arm reached upwards, and his shadow power touched the shadows.

Doom felt a sense of unease as two shadowy arms emerged from behind him, reaching out to clench around his neck.

He lowered his body, spun around, and swung his sword in a circle, slicing through the shadow as if tearing cloth, and the demonic arm immediately disappeared.

"Hmph!" Birac snorted coldly. He was the master of shadows, and all darkness was at his disposal.

The demonic shadow enveloping Doom shifted, writhing and turning into a quagmire that swallowed his body, attempting to drag him into the shadow realm.

In the blink of an eye, countless arms came from the shadows, pressing down on his shoulders and waist, pulling Doom downwards.

"Go save the Primarch!" Upon seeing this, Odysseus shouted anxiously, ordering the Blademaster to leave the party and go to support the Primarch.

The Night Guards, their attention drawn to the Imperial Guards, experienced a brief lapse in firing, but quickly regained their composure. "No need to panic," a deep roar shattered their anxiety. Obelisk, brandishing his spear, slayed the demons, signaling to the Imperial Guards that there was no need to worry.

Doom and Doom were of one mind, and Doom knew that the Father of Genesis was not in danger.

Odysseus calmed down a bit and, sure enough, heard the Primarch's mocking voice: "Prince Birac, is this all you've got?"

A roar erupted from the center of the battlefield, and Doom's body trembled. With a swing of his arm, he shattered the shadows and stepped safely out of the mud.

Birac flapped his wings and hovered in the air, his left arm ruptured by the backlash of his power, black blood gushing from the wound, and he crashed to the ground, igniting shadow flames.

The shadows were no match for Doom; the Godslayer was too powerful, easily trapping the Great Demon in his shadow cage, unable to imprison him.

He was at a disadvantage in close combat, and his Shadow Power was ineffective; Bilak couldn't figure out how he could defeat Doom.

Out of the corner of his eye, he glanced at the carnage... the Shadow Demon Army being slaughtered, the Destruction Warriors who inherited the power of the Godslayer's plunder, growing stronger and stronger.

Birac lowered his head again, his arm wound slowly healing. After several comparisons, he was at a disadvantage in every aspect.

Its golden eyes flickered several times, as if it had made some kind of decision.

“Shadow Demon…” Bilak prepared to leave, to get rid of the invincible enemy before him.

“I have heard ancient tales,” Doom suddenly spoke, interrupting the demon prince, his eyes filled with disdain, as he recounted a story from the past:
"It's about a warp wild dog. It wanders among the four gods, wagging its tail and flattering them to gain their favor, until the four gods discover that their chosen one is a fence-sitter and is eventually kicked aside."

"You'd better shut up!" Birac's face was stiff as he growled a warning, his hoarse voice barely containing his anger, a past he couldn't bear to recall.

“How pathetic,” Doom shouted, unconcerned by the threat, “the so-called ‘First Demon Prince’ is nothing but a plaything of Chaos, a discarded dog to be trampled on at will.”

Seeing Bilake's hesitant and timid movements, Doom knew it wanted to escape and preemptively struck at its weak spot.

"I told you to shut up!" Birac roared, unable to bear the insult. Its anger consumed its reason, and it swooped down, its bat wings flapping as it raised its sword.

The prince's wrath shook the heavens and the earth, like a black lightning bolt carrying the might of the heavens, determined to destroy the enemy who had humiliated him.

Seeing its fierce approach, Doom neither dodged nor avoided it. Instead, he bent his knees to gather strength, like a fully drawn bow, and raised his Judgment Sword with both hands to meet the attack!
Boom! ! ! !

The roar of thunder paled in comparison to the sound of a collision; the battle between the two demigods was beyond comprehension.

The god-slayer rose from the ground, directly clashing with the demon prince who was diving downwards. The two carried supreme power, as if it were a collision between heaven and earth.

Doom swung his sword with both hands, aiming to split Bilak in two with a single upward strike. The Demon Prince swung his demonic sword down, intending to cleave the disrespectful one in two!

Swords clash, fury confronts fury; there are no elaborate sword techniques, only a primal clash of power.

The two locked eyes, human eyes meeting demonic eyes, neither willing to back down, their killing intent and hatred bursting forth like flames.

“We once had the chance to fight side by side.” In the midst of the struggle, despite his shattered arms, Birac continued to press down on the demonic sword, his words flowing like a venomous curse: “But you destroyed that future!”

“The four gods will perish,” Doom continued to exert force with both hands, his face contorted with hatred, uttering resentful words: “I will personally twist their heads off.”

He spat on Birac's face, scornfully despising the demon prince: "Why should I cooperate with such a filthy creature as you?"

Click.

The sound of shattering iron interrupted Bilak's rebuttal. The demonic sword in its hand, unable to withstand the combined force of the two swords, let out a mournful cry of unbearable strain.

With a determined look in his eyes, Doom seized the opportunity to unleash his power once more. The Judgment Sword shattered the Shadow Demon Sword, and its remaining force was undiminished as it slashed upwards toward Bilak's throat.

"No!"

At the last second, Birac flapped his wings forward to stop his falling body and awkwardly dodged the god-slaying weapon.

"what!!!!"

Another scream rang out, and the battle was decided in the center of the battlefield.

Birac dodged the fatal blow by tilting his head, the demon's hideous face pierced by the wound, the horn of the Judgment Sword slicing across its cheek and blinding its right eye.
