Chapter 181 Heading West
On the training ground of the valley,
Due and Elrohir were locked in a struggle.

Elladan and Arwen, brother and sister, watched from the outside.

Dui wore a long, waisted elven battle suit that Arwen had made for him, and held the divine spear Aegros in his hand. With a reaction and agility beyond the limits of mortals, he kept dodging and resisting Elrohir's attacks.

In the fierce contest between the two, although Dui was still at a disadvantage, he was able to fight back and forth and avoid being defeated quickly.

Elrohir held an elven sword in his hand, and throughout the battle he always exuded an elf-like elegance and beauty, with a relaxed expression but looking at his opponent with admiration.

And through long-term training with Elrohir and Elladan, Dui unknowingly learned the fighting style of the elves.

If you didn't look at his ears, you would think he was an elf.

Thanks to the Ent Drink from the Treemen, Dui's physical fitness is now no worse than that of the elves.

This is also the reason why his martial arts skills improved so quickly and he was able to hold out for so long against Elrohir, who had thousands of years of combat experience.

Arwen and Elladan, who were watching, watched the battle between the two with admiration.

"Duil's martial arts are improving rapidly. If he is given more time, he may become a powerful warrior." Elladan commented appreciatively.

Arwen's gaze followed Dewi's figure. She shook her head slightly, her eyes gentle as she said, "He doesn't need to be a warrior. Magic is his most powerful weapon."

Elladan nodded and smiled.

“Indeed, compared to a novice in martial arts, magic is his forte. After all, he is a famous black-robed wizard in Middle-earth.

If he had been allowed to use magic, I'm afraid it would be Elrohir and I who would be suppressed and beaten now!"

The battle was over quickly.

Not surprisingly, Dui lost this time.

Elrohir put away the elven sword and handed the seized divine spear Aegros back to Dui with a smile on his face.

"Your martial arts skills are now improving. Even some elven warriors are no match for you. You have already passed the test. Simple battles will not be of much use in the future. If you want to improve, you must fight in life-and-death battles."

Dui took the spear, took a breath and nodded.

"I understand. And thank you and Elladan for your training over the years. I have learned a lot."

He knew that although Elrohir and Elladan said they wanted to teach him a lesson through the competition, they were actually teaching him all kinds of martial arts without reservation and constantly feeding him moves, which allowed him to progress so quickly and not remain a fragile wizard.

Of course, there might be a little bit of dissatisfaction because their beloved sister was kidnapped, but basically it is harmless.

The smile in Elrohir's eyes deepened when he heard this, and his resentment towards Dui for kidnapping his sister decreased a little.

The two walked down from the training platform. Arwen walked towards Dui, wiped the sweat off his face with a soft silk handkerchief, and gently handed him a drink.

"You're tired, drink some water."

Dui deliberately bent down, looked at the beauty with gentle eyes, and let her wipe the sweat off his face.

Then he took the glass and drank the drink in one gulp.

I just felt refreshed and my fatigue was reduced.

Seeing Dui's eyes light up, Arwen smiled and said, "This is the dew I collected from the leaves of the holy white tree, and added a little honey. If you like, I will make it for you later."

Dui's eyes sparkled and he nodded happily: "Okay!"

The two brothers, who seemed to have been forgotten, were now filled with jealousy, and their resentment towards Dui, which had been slightly reduced, suddenly increased.

The yellow-haired guy who seduces my sister is the most annoying!
Elladan interrupted quickly, "Duir, I heard from Arwen that you recently forged a sword of exquisite craftsmanship. Please bring it out for us to appreciate."

Elrohir nodded in agreement.

Dui looked at Arwen helplessly. These two brothers-in-law always ruined the atmosphere.

Arwen gave Dui a comforting look with amusement, and stopped adding to his hatred in front of his two brothers. He put away the silk scarf he used to wipe his sweat.

At the request of his two brothers-in-law, Dui had no choice but to stretch out his hand and whispered, "Flaming Sword!"

As soon as he finished speaking, a gorgeous silver sword appeared out of thin air in his hand. The red gem on the hilt flashed with a fiery light, making the surrounding air seem to rise several temperatures.

Seeing the sword appear in Dui's hand, Elrohir and Elladan were filled with amazement and shock.

"I feel an extremely hot temperature from the sword. If I touch it with my hand, I will probably get burned!" Elrohir exclaimed, leaning back slightly, as if he could not bear the temperature of the sword.

Dui smiled and handed the sword over, "You can try it."

Elrohir was startled by Dui's actions. He could clearly feel the temperature emanating from the sword, which was enough to burn a person to death.

But when he touched the sword, he didn't feel burned as he had imagined. Instead, he only felt a warm touch, not hot.

Seeing Dewi deliberately teasing his brother, Arwen felt somewhat helpless and explained to Elrohir and Elladan, "This flaming sword is extremely hot, but once Dewi's approval and permission are obtained, it will have no effect, so there is no need to worry about it burning anyone."

Elrohir and Elladan suddenly realized what was happening and were amazed at the flaming sword.

At this moment, Elrond also came from not far away, accompanied by his secretary Lindir.

"Father," cried Arwen, Elrohir, and Elladan.

"Lord Elrond, Lindir, what brings you here?" Dui asked, somewhat surprised. Elrond's gaze instantly fell on the flaming sword in Elohir's hand, and he said with a gentle smile, "I sensed a scorching heat from afar, so I came with Lindir."

"Is this the flaming sword you reforged, Duil? Can you show it to me?"

"Of course." Dui naturally wouldn't mind.

Elrohir handed the sword to Elrond.

Elrond took the sword, examined it carefully, and then expressed admiration:

"A novel and unique forging technique that develops the capabilities of metal to its limit and gives it memory, making it sharp, unbreakable, and self-repairing. It can also absorb beneficial substances and continuously strengthen itself!
This is a skill that neither the elves nor the dwarves have ever possessed. Duir has once again surprised me!"

Dui was even more surprised.

He marveled at how Elrond was indeed one of the wisest men with the greatest knowledge in Middle-earth, as he had discerned the sword's properties so quickly.

Then the Ring of Air, Via, appeared from Elrond's fingers, its jewel gleaming like a brilliant blue star. He grasped the Flaming Sword and infused it with the Ring's power.

"Lord Elrond, what are you doing...?" Dui asked in surprise.

After absorbing the power of the Ring of Qi, the Flame Sword became even more extraordinary.

Elrond smiled and handed the flaming sword to Dewi: "Try it."

Dui took the sword and tried to swing it a few times, and found that the sword became faster. The resistance in the air seemed to no longer exist, but instead turned into thrust, leaving only a series of afterimages.

He slashed hard in the direction of no one, and instantly a blade of air flew out from the sword, quickly breaking through the air and splitting a huge rock opposite into two halves.

"Sword energy?" Dui's eyes suddenly lit up.

Did he suddenly come to the martial arts channel?

Looking more closely at the split area, in addition to the smooth cut surface, there are also traces of burning and melting.

Obviously, the "sword energy" was not only sharp, but also scorching hot, which doubled the damage.

The others present were also very surprised when they saw this.

Dui was even more delighted, because now his flaming sword was not only a close-range weapon, but also a long-range weapon!

"I really don't know how to thank you, Lord Elrond!" Dui was grateful to the elf elder who had helped him so much.

Elrond shook his head slightly.

"Do your best to return safely on this trip, and don't let Arwen worry about you!"

Dewi looked at Arwen, his eyes softening, and he nodded.

"I know, I will come back safely!"

Because Dewi was going on a long journey, Elrond, Elrohir, and Elladan did not bother him any further.

Let Dewi and Arwen spend their final time together.

The two of them walked slowly in the winding elven corridor of the valley.

The feelings of the elves are restrained and lasting. Arwen did not stay apart from them like a couple in love, nor did she ask them to travel together.

She simply said gently, "While you're away, I'll live at Hogwarts and take good care of your companions and people. You don't have to worry about home. Just remember to protect yourself and don't get hurt."

She took off the Evening Star necklace hanging on her chest and put it in Dui's hand.

"I hope it can protect you in my place. No matter where or when, I will always be with you."

Dui looked at the gem sparkling with starlight in his hand, then looked at the gentle and persistent Arwen, emotions surging in his eyes.

He took a deep breath, hugged Arwen tightly, smelled her unique fragrance, and said in a deep voice: "It's great to have you!"

Arwen was a little caught off guard, but when she heard his words, her eyebrows curved gently, her eyes filled with warm starlight, and she gently stroked his broad back with her hands.

Dewi stayed with Arwen for the next few days, and together they returned to Weathertop.

Every day Arwen collected dew from the White Tree to make magical drinks, and plucked fruit from the Maellon Tree to make Lembas.

These were then used as drinking water and dry food for Dui when he went out.

When they parted, Arwen stayed in the castle, while Dewi rode the giant eagle Thorondor and left Weathertop.

His first destination was Huigang, located on the west coast.

However, his trip was not only to find materials for making the magic stone, but also to do a check-in mission.

So he didn't come to Bilbo's house via the Floo Network to shorten the journey.

Instead, he flew to the north of Fengyunding first.

He planned to take a detour and go to North Hill Fornost, north of Wind and Cloud Hills.
