Mystery: The Last Shepherd

Chapter 522 Destroying the Black Death

Chapter 522 Destroying the Black Death

"Anderson, you guys go after the other ships."

Lu Ze shouted to his first mate, then was lifted up by a powerful gust of wind and flew alone toward the "Black Death." The wind howled in his ears, and the sailing warship rapidly enlarged in his field of vision. He could clearly see the terrified expressions on the pirates' faces on the deck.

"boom!"

"Bang! Bang! Bang!"

The pirates desperately tried to stop him, bombarding him with long guns and short cannons, but the bullets lost their effect as they reached him, and he manipulated them back to their senders. A burst of blood erupted on the deck of the Black Death.

When Luze landed, the deck was covered in blood.

"I wonder where the 'Disease General' is hiding," he thought to himself, as the shadow beneath him spread upwards and quickly formed a deep, dark greatsword in his hand.

"Dengdengdeng!"

A series of hurried footsteps echoed from inside the cabin, and several pirates rushed up. From Luze's perspective, their spirit bodies radiated extraordinary light, clearly indicating they were extraordinary beings, with the strongest among them having reached Sequence 6.

The moment they saw Luze with their own eyes, their faces contorted slightly with fear.

"Let's all attack together and buy the captain some time!"

As if trying to banish his fear, the burly man at the head roared and charged at Luze, wielding a greatsword. He was none other than Sergei Belikov, the first mate of the "Black Death." Following him were the second mate, the third mate, and the boatswain.

Third mate, "The Eloquent One" Misor King, pulled out a few coins from his pocket. He intended to toss them to the Blood Monk opposite him as a "bribe" to weaken his strength. The other extraordinary crew members were also taking action, either preparing to attack or providing support.

Before their abilities could take effect, they saw Lu Ze on the other side swing the Dark Greatsword at them.

The greatsword was pitch black, as if it had absorbed all light, and its surface was also enveloped in terrifying air currents. The violent wind tore through the air, producing an explosive roar that further enhanced the greatsword's sharpness.

Misor King watched helplessly as the coin he had tossed was shredded into dust by the storm. The first mate, despite his powerful physique, only lasted a moment longer than the coin before being split in two and reduced to dust.

"Oops."

The thought had barely crossed his mind when the greatsword appeared before him, its deep blackness filling his vision and shattering all his consciousness.

Looking down from above, Lu Ze's single sword strike completely destroyed the superstructure of the "Black Death." Like a paper house caught in a storm, in an instant, planks scattered, debris flew everywhere, and terrified pirates were thrown into the air, only to be shredded into a bloody mist before they could even scream.

"Oh, you're here."

Wreckage, debris, bits of flesh, and blood rained down. Luzer found Tracy in a room where the roof had been torn open. She looked exactly like the mannequin on the wanted poster: long, black, curly hair, azure eyes, and a stunningly beautiful face.

"[Blood Cultivator], I don't know what I did wrong to offend you."

Tracy was caught in the storm; her clothes were torn, and several shocking, bright red wounds marred her fair skin. She looked at Luze, her frail expression utterly pitiful. "Can't we resolve this through communication?"

There seemed to be a subtle magic in her words, making people unable to help but feel affection for her.

The witch's "instigation"!
However, Lu Ze just looked at her coldly, showing no sign of being tempted.

"brush!"

The pitch-black shadows spread rapidly, engulfing the entire Black Death.

"Ahhhh!"

Desperate and agonizing cries rose and fell, those of the remaining crew members who had not perished under Luzer's blade. They were swallowed by shadows, and in that endless darkness, the darkest sins within their hearts were drawn forth, grew, and took over their consciousness, leading them into the abyss of depravity.

Tracy was also shrouded in darkness, struggling in the agony of depravity. The voices of the other pirates quickly subsided. In their previous sea voyages, most of them had committed irreparable sins, their spiritual roots filthy, and with the slightest guidance, they would utterly fall, becoming part of Luzer's shadow.

"Zizzi."

As the shadows that had enveloped the entire ship slowly receded, Lu Ze looked ahead with slight surprise.

He discovered that Tracy remained conscious and hadn't succumbed to his shadow. Although her hair had grown thick and her eyes were filled with madness, teetering on the brink of complete insanity, she had somehow managed to withstand the power of her own corruption!
What is this? As a member of a witch's cult, how could he still retain a shred of goodness?

That's really ridiculous.

Lu Ze chuckled softly and strode forward.

The potion boiled within him, urging and tempting him to unleash his power again, to utterly destroy Tracy and drag her into the abyss of depravity. He instinctively opened his palm towards her.
"Don't hurt her!"

Someone stumbled over from a distance and stood in front of the agonizing Tracy. It was a beautiful blonde maid. Though her face was filled with fear, she shielded Tracy behind her.

Lu Ze frowned as he looked at her, then suddenly a thought struck him.

Something's not right. I was acting strangely just now.
He suddenly realized that he had almost gone down the wrong path of impersonation again, thus recklessly using his corrupting abilities.

Having figured this out, Lu Ze took a deep breath, as if he could feel the magic potion in his body being further digested.

However, even if he couldn't completely corrupt Tracy, he had other ways to deal with her.

"Do it."

Lu Ze spoke to the void.

Then the red-haired, golden-eyed M appeared quietly. She nimbly approached Tracy and then plunged her finger directly into her head!

"Ahhh."

Tracy's eyes rolled back, and she murmured unconsciously. This sight terrified the blonde maid, who couldn't see M at all and could only futilely hold Tracy's convulsing body, screaming helplessly.

"It'll be alright soon, don't worry."

M comforted her in an incredibly gentle voice, her fingers gently stirring Tracy's brain, digging into her deepest memories.

Suddenly, her gentle and calm face froze.

"what happened?"

Upon seeing this, Lu Ze immediately asked.

M quickly turned to him.

"careful!"

She said, "Tracy's mother is a Sequence 3 witch!"

"Click."

A faint cracking sound came from the floor behind Tracy. A small round mirror had shattered in the middle, and bright red blood gushed out from the crack, quickly flowing out and spreading across the entire floor.

The blood quickly formed a strange symbol.
