I summoned the Fourth Scourge in Warhammer

Chapter 80 Win-Win, meaning I win twice
In the turbulent subspace, in that chaotic ocean of pure emotions, concepts, and possibilities, an overall human-shaped silhouette floats silently.
What constitutes the body of "Bit" is not flesh and blood, but a constantly flowing and recombining stream of brilliant information, with data coursing through his illusory veins like blood. His gaze is piercing through the veil, watching beyond the subspace... or more precisely, a scene from another universe.
Before him, a screen of light unfolded out of thin air, reflecting a scene filled with the desolation of the apocalypse.
In that universe, Earth's sky was shrouded in perpetual darkness, and crimson mushroom clouds had long since reduced the glory of civilization to ashes. The vast majority of the population perished in this cataclysmic nuclear war, former cities were reduced to steel ruins, and human civilization was almost completely destroyed.
The reason for using the word "almost" is that a very small minority of humans survived, like tenacious weeds sprouting from scorched earth. On this wasteland ravaged by nuclear radiation, they ushered in a new era of violence and martial arts…
Yes, it's Fist of the North Star.
“It’s still the same,” Bit said, staring at the screen before him. His face, composed of information, was expressionless, but his voice betrayed a deep-seated confusion. “I can only look, not touch…”
"Although I only need this solid information of the universe, the fact that I cannot extend my power there is still a concern."
During this time, while players were defeating the enemies of the Middle and Lower Nests on Pedithia, Bit was not idle either—he never believed that the universe was isolated, and since he could observe and influence Earth in another universe in the Warhammer universe, why not try to observe more universes?
Bit had succeeded halfway. Like a fisherman navigating a sea of information, he had discovered many entirely new universes beyond Earth. But without exception, none of these universes were as accessible to him as Earth; they were difficult to establish stable observational relationships with, only allowing for fleeting glimpses—yet these fleeting glimpses were enough for Bit to instantly analyze and understand every detail of that universe, from the smallest blade of grass to the movement of the stars. And for a god whose essence was information, this was already the greatest benefit.
"But why?" The information flow that made up Bit's body began to accelerate, stirring up ripples in the subspace. "Why can I only establish a stable and deep connection with 'that' Earth? And I can only glance at other universes and then quickly pass by?"
"Based on information and data, the universe in which Earth is located is no different in its basic structure from all other universes."
"Is my understanding of information, data, and mathematics too shallow to see that hidden connection? Or... should I look at this issue from a philosophical, more emotional perspective? For example... because that's where I was born? My hometown?"
“But on Earth, there are more than a dozen ways to understand the world from a philosophical perspective alone. Each of them is logically consistent, yet none of them can be ultimately falsified.” Bit’s doubts deepened, and the flow of information even became slightly disordered. “Abandoning falsifiable science, abandoning irrefutable mathematical truths, and instead looking at the world from more than a dozen contradictory philosophical perspectives… I simply cannot do it.”
If any warp creature, whether benevolent or malevolent (although there seem to be few benevolent creatures left in the warp now), knew the question Bit was pondering, they would surely utter a soul-searching remark: Dude, are you really a warp god?
This rejection of emotion and faith, this obsession with the physical and mathematical laws of the material universe... makes him seem more like a cold, ancient, and logical star god in the material universe than a subspace god born from an ocean of emotions.
"...Never mind, I won't think about it anymore." With a final wave of his hand, the light screen in front of him vanished, turning into pure data streams that returned to his body. "Improving my strength is the most urgent task. Once I possess the power to rival the Four Gods and be able to protect myself in this chaotic sea, it won't be too late to consider these metaphysical questions."
Some might wonder, if Bit can observe other universes and even replicate their power systems to give to players as equipment, isn't that multiverse-level? Wouldn't he be unable to defeat the Chaos Four, confined to the Warhammer universe? Not at all. Power levels can't be calculated that way. Take the DC Universe as an example: Barbatos, as the Dark Dragon of the DC Universe, can interfere with multiple universes simultaneously, undoubtedly a multiverse-level being. However, Dr. Manhattan, a being of single-universe level, is clearly far stronger than Barbatos.
Moreover, the solid information that Bit obtained from other universes cannot truly enhance his power.
If we compare a person to a water glass, then Bit's act of observing other universes is like expanding his capacity from a 500ml glass to 1000ml. However, what truly determines his strength is the amount of water remaining in the glass. Even if Bit observes a thousand universes and transforms himself from a water glass into a lake with absolutely no water inside, it's all for naught; he would be powerless against everyone.
The four Chaos Gods have existed in this warp for countless years, starting from the War of Heaven, while Bit has only just been born. In any case, we should at least respect their tens or even hundreds of millions of years of service.
Bit refocused his attention on Pedithia. The planet's macroscopic appearance didn't attract much of his attention; what he was "looking at" was something more fundamental—the total curve of life characteristics. The curve, which had once plummeted like a cliff, had now flattened out.
"Hmm, very good, the human population has stabilized and has not declined further."
In other words, the rate at which the water level of Bitcoin rose has also stabilized.
If you were to ask which deities in the vast Warhammer universe care most about the survival of humanity, then besides the Emperor sitting on the golden throne, it would probably be Bit.
The emperor's care for humanity is like that of a father to his subjects, a mixture of responsibility, expectation, and desire for control.
Bit's "concern" for humanity, however, is far purer and far more ruthless. He is like the most astute farmer, and all of humanity is his vast, boundless farm.
If humanity is in a peaceful and prosperous era, with flourishing civilization, advanced technology, and an explosive population growth, then the number of nodes providing basic information to him will increase exponentially, and his strength will also skyrocket.
If humanity were to descend into war and chaos, struggling to survive amidst gunfire and conflict, the amount of information each individual could provide would increase dramatically. As a single human being's information output increases, their power would also surge.
Whether in peace or war, as long as the human race is not completely exterminated, he can continuously draw power, and Bit wins. He has won twice by himself, he is simply invincible.
