Chapter 342 The Farce at the Party (Part Two)

Just when everyone thought the gathering would pass peacefully as usual, another carriage stopped at the front gate.

Soon, the car door opened, and without waiting for the maid to escort her, a young girl jumped off the car. She had light lemon hair, wore a light blue short dress, and looked to be no more than 15 years old, very youthful and beautiful.

Arriving at the mansion's party lawn, the girl looked around curiously, then walked to the dining table, picked up some snacks to try, and then wandered around looking at the place again.

Just as her relationship with Wes was getting intimate, Ariel was annoyed by being suddenly interrupted and turned away.

"I am, and who are you?" She was a little angry and forgot to greet him politely.

"Who am I? Of course, I'm the honored guest you invited. As the host, don't you even know to come and greet your guest?" Rosalie wasn't one to take things lying down, and seeing that Ariel's tone was unfriendly, she retorted.

“Prilly, tell her how I got here.” She looked at the maid beside her.

"Hmm, I see. You and this Ariel are quite close, aren't you?" Rosalie looked at her with interest.

She bit her lip, feeling her face burning, and blood was seeping from the corner of her mouth.

Finally, someone couldn't stand it anymore and walked over from the other side of the garden. The rose-red figure walked through the crowd, came to the center of everyone's attention, and took Ariel's arm.

“I heard you recently bought some really good ‘sea snail flowers’, can you take me to see them?”

"Uh, um, okay." Ariel agreed blankly, then, with stiff hands and feet, she was led away from the awkward and embarrassing scene by Verlena.
