Chapter 486, Section 484: Sirius Black
Chapter 486, Section 484: Sirius Black
Happy birthday, Harry.
Sheen placed the wand in the Wizard's Book.
The Vernon family swore they had never seen such a magical book, one that could extend a slender hand.
With a snap of her fingers, the exquisitely packaged, colorful gift box appeared out of thin air.
Harry held the box, biting his lip without saying a word.
But Penny's family was going crazy with worry.
"You have to turn her back to normal and fix her!"
Vernon didn't dare to speak to Sheehan, so he could only yell at Harry.
"You promised me you'd tell her to speak more politely!"
Harry retaliated without backing down.
Vernon was so angry that his body was trembling, but he didn't refute it.
"It's your birthday today, right, kid? You can forget about celebrating your birthday!"
And that damned Hogsmeade, you can forget about going there either!
None of us will sign that damn note!
Vernon jumped up and down.
Harry stared at the plate, his ears ringing.
But what could he do? He couldn't remember. Uncle Vernon's voice was like a drill, drilling straight into his head.
Just then, a figure blocked Harry's path.
"Harry, are you leaving here?"
The little wizard said.
"I……"
Harry didn't know.
"That's okay, you have plenty of time to make a decision."
Sheen wasn't in a hurry; his voice seemed to float over.
"Among the many languages of humankind, besides crying and asking for help, there should also be 'I don't know'."
If you feel lost, just follow me.
At that moment, Uncle Vernon was grabbing Maggie's foot, trying to pull her down, but he himself almost got lifted off the ground. Then, the big dog Lippi pounced and bit Uncle Vernon's leg.
"I follow you."
Harry finally made up his mind.
He didn't want to know how much Aunt Penny or Uncle Vernon had changed, nor did he want to know if he was doing the right thing.
I don't want to recall anything Aunt Maggie said again.
He wants to leave.
Follow Sheen.
Before anyone could stop him, Harry quickly left the restaurant and ran towards the storage room at the bottom of the stairs.
As soon as he arrived, the door to the storage room miraculously opened by itself.
He turned around, and Sheen was smiling at him.
So, he smoothly moved the box to the front door in a few seconds, then quickly ran upstairs, crawled under the bed, pried open the loose floorboard, and pulled out the pillowcase full of textbooks and birthday presents.
He crawled out from under the bed, grabbed Hedwig's empty cage, and dashed down the stairs toward the box.
Just then, Uncle Vernon rushed out of the restaurant, one of his trouser legs torn to shreds and stained with blood.
"Come back quickly! Get her fixed!"
He roared.
However, Harry was so angry that he didn't care about anything else and kicked the lid of the box open.
"She deserved it,"
Harry said, panting heavily.
"She brought this on herself. Get out of my way."
Now he's going to take the books he left in the cubicle.
The TV was still on in the living room, and the host was talking on it.
"...to remind the public that Blake is armed and extremely dangerous."
A dedicated hotline has been set up; anyone who sees Blake should report it immediately.
Upon hearing this, Vernon glared fiercely at the television and roared,
"When will they realize that the only way to deal with these people is to hang them!"
After he finished speaking, he didn't even dare to look at the door.
Even though the door had already been blown shut by the wind.
Night fell as if it had come suddenly. Sheen felt a strange stinging pain in his neck, as if someone was watching him, even though the streets were deserted and no lights were shining from the large, square houses.
Rather than hearing, he sensed something or someone in the narrow alley between the garage and the fence behind him.
Sheen stared naturally into the dark alleyway.
He doesn't need that thing to move to know what it is.
He raised his finger, and a wisp of light floated at his fingertip.
This is the glowing effect of silent and wandless spellcasting.
Suddenly, the garage door on the cobblestone exterior of No. 2 Privet Road reflected light.
Between the wall and the garage, Sheen could clearly see a large, dark creature with a pair of gleaming, thieving eyes.
He walked towards that place, and the big guy seemed to be about to run away, but for some reason he didn't.
Sheen saw clearly that in front of him was a large, skinny black dog with dirty fur, only its eyes looked bright and piercing.
As Sheen approached, the black dog let out a bark.
"I don't speak dog language, this is troublesome."
Sheen was talking to himself.
"Then could you please, Mr. Sirius Black, transform into a wizard and speak with me?"
The black dog seemed to be enraged and was about to pounce on Sheen.
But its behavior was eventually stopped by a fairy dressed as a butler.
"You'd better stay away from my husband! You rude jerk!"
Butler Pukchi pinned the black dog to the wall, his bow and arrow already taut.
The black dog stared intently at the little wizard, at his green eyes.
"Do as my husband says, and don't make me reveal my true form immediately."
That short thing, which was like a fairy but not quite, said.
Sirius has changed after all.
He didn't know how he had been discovered, nor what the naive wizard before him was going to do.
But he knew Harry was going to follow this wizard, and for Harry's sake, he had to understand the wizard's purpose.
Soon, a truly haggard-looking man appeared before Sheen.
His tattered clothes and sallow skin clung tightly to his cheekbones, making him look like a skeleton. His dirty, disheveled hair even reached his elbows.
If it weren't for the light shining from his deep-set eyes, he would have looked like a corpse.
Now he stared at Sheen with a fierce look in his eyes.
Who are you? Whom do you serve?
He said.
“I am Sheen Green, and I play for myself.”
Sheen said.
"Stop trying to be clever! What are you up to? Where are you taking Harry?!"
Sirius let out a low, hoarse neigh, constantly searching for a possible opportunity to break through.
"Break the Cauldron Bar".
Sheen said.
Sirius was utterly confused. Did the wizard in front of him genuinely not know, or was he pretending not to know?
He's a fugitive, a vicious murderer!
He showed absolutely no respect for himself.
And if he wasn't one of the Dark Lord's men, nor was he one of the people from the magical world sent to capture him.
So what exactly is his purpose?
"Ho ho ho..."
The emaciated man in front of me laughed, a truly chilling laugh.
But then an arrow was pressed against his face.
"Show my husband some respect, you fugitive!"
The short thing said fiercely.
Its anger was rising.
