Lu Mingfei, become the King of Elden!

Chapter 250 You're a real talent!
Andrew's eyes widened in disbelief!
Caesar?! It really is Caesar?! How is this possible?! How could that proud heir of the family use such a method?!
Lu Mingfei didn't give this "legal elite" another glance and casually threw him on the ground like trash.
Andrew collapsed to the ground, clutching his throat, coughing and gagging violently, tears and snot streaming down his face, all his composure and arrogance vanished.
Then, Lu Mingfei's gaze turned to Percy, whose wrist he was holding and whose face was pale.
Despite the excruciating pain from his shattered wrist, Percy stared coldly at Lu Mingfei, his eyes devoid of any gentle respect, only filled with apprehension.
Lu Mingfei met his gaze for a second, then suddenly smiled.
"As for you..."
He let go.
Percy staggered back a step, using his uninjured hand to support his almost numb right wrist.
Lu Mingfei ignored him and pulled out several rolls of unusually sturdy climbing ropes from somewhere. He then skillfully began to put them on Andrew and the other terrified investigation team members.
"What...what do you want?! This is a crime! This is kidnapping! The Gattuso family will not let you get away with this! The Abraham Bloodline Pact will never tolerate this kind of violence!"
Andrew finally caught his breath and screamed, trying to make a last-ditch effort using the law and family authority.
Lu Mingfei continued working without looking up, replying in a somewhat lazy tone:
"Oh? That's just right."
"My bloodline is somewhat unstable, and I happen to lack a few experts who understand the Abrahamic Bloodline Contract..."
He paused, tightened the last knot, then looked up and grinned at Andrew, whose face was ashen. The smile was bright, yet chilling.
"...Let's take a closer look and study it."
Having said that, he gave these people no more chance to waste words. Like dragging a dead dog, he pulled the struggling and crying Andrew and the other pale-faced investigators out of the station and headed straight for the magnificent bronze gates of Kassel College.
Percy clutched his broken wrist, pale-faced as he was led behind. He did not try to escape or resist, but simply stared at Lu Mingfei's back with complicated eyes.
Thus, the "spectacular" scene in front of the Kassel College gates has come to be.
The entire investigation team, including Yale-graduated legal elite Andrew Gattuso and the mysterious blonde secretary Percy with a broken wrist, were hung upside down above the gate, a symbol of the college's authority, swaying gently in the breeze, receiving the scrutiny of the entire faculty and student body.
When Principal Angers and Vice Principal Night Watchman arrived, the disciplinary committee member Manstein's bald head was covered in sweat as he tried his best to persuade Lu Mingfei to change his mind.
“You should at least hang them upright, Mingfei,” Manstein said earnestly, beads of sweat glistening in the sunlight. “Hanging people upside down for a long time could cause irreversible brain damage! They’re members of the board of trustees; if something happens to them, it’ll be a huge problem!”
Lu Mingfei leaned against the goalpost, slowly picking at his ear with his uninjured hand, seemingly contemplating whether to have a hamburger or noodles for dinner.
“Professor,” he said lazily, “look at them, their faces are rosy, their voices are full of energy, and they can curse so fluently. Do they look like they have brain damage? I’m just helping them improve blood circulation in their heads, which is good for their physical and mental health.”
Upon hearing this, Andrew, who was hanging above, was so angry that he almost fainted. He struggled even more fiercely, but could only make muffled sounds because his mouth was also stuffed tightly with some kind of unknown cloth.
Just then, a voice rang out. "Holy shit! Kid! You're a real talent! That welcome was explosive! I loved it!"
The students turned their heads and saw the night watchman, wearing a floral shirt and slippers, looking up at the crowd and admiring the scene. He pulled out an old-fashioned camera from somewhere and snapped a few close-up photos.
Angers walked calmly to the door, tilted his head slightly, and looked at the swaying "human-shaped wind chimes" with an expressionless face.
The students automatically parted to make way, looking at the two de facto rulers of the academy with awe.
"Mingfei."
Angers said slowly:
"Didn't we agree to hold off for now?"
Lu Mingfei scratched his head:
"But didn't you tell me to do things the way I usually do, just like that now?"
He shrugged:
"You know me, I don't do well in school, so I fight and slay dragons. That's how I usually am."
Lu Mingfei paused, pulled out a remaining climbing rope from behind him, shook it, and continued:
"And you see, I strictly followed the Abrahamic Clan Law, never pointing a sword at my compatriots, and I was completely unarmed. Even when I was tied with ropes."
He pointed to Percy, who was being toppled over in the sky; the secretary's hairstyle was now completely messed up.
"It was because that secretary attacked me with a knife first that I had no choice but to subdue these knife-wielding assailants in self-defense and for the safety of all the teachers and students in the school."
Angers looked in the direction Lu Mingfei was pointing and saw Passy's wrist, which was bent at an unnatural angle and was obviously broken. He then glanced at the oddly shaped hunting knife on the ground.
"Oh?"
Angers' voice trailed off, as if he were quite surprised:
"Is that so? Mr. Percy, Lu Mingfei has accused you of attacking him with a knife. Do you have any explanation for this?"
All eyes immediately focused on Percy, who was hanging upside down.
Percy's face was deathly pale from being upside down and losing blood, and cold sweat soaked his golden bangs, which clung to his forehead.
But he remained unusually calm, not even glancing at Angers, and instead stared straight at Lu Mingfei.
He was silent for a few seconds. The sharp pain in his wrist made his breathing a little rapid, but his voice was surprisingly steady, even somewhat calm:
"He is telling the truth. I fired the weapon first."
"I misjudged the situation and underestimated Commissioner Lu Mingfei's speed and power. I will bear all the consequences."
He didn't try to defend himself; he simply admitted it and took all the blame upon himself.
This statement actually quieted down some of the students who had initially been watching the spectacle, and their gazes toward Percy took on a different meaning.
This guy seems like a tough nut to crack.
Andrew writhed in the air in vain, making even louder "whooshing" sounds, as if trying to refute something, but unable to say anything.
