"When would you want to officially announce our engagement?" I filled my mouth with steak, and it's spices overwhelm my tongue. This is so good and I'm heartedly savouring every bit that I take in.

"It will be my birthday a week from now, so preparations will be taken care of with utmost importance. And if you agree, I want to officially announce our engagement right before the party ends."

I nodded.

"But won't it be too suspicious? No one has ever seen us in blind dates, special dates or meet ups. The media might not take it well, not even if we are rumoured to be the perfect match for each other." He poured some wine on his glass and refill mine.

"Good point, do you want a show?"

I smiled.

"Are we thinking of the same thing?" I asked

"We can start a plan right now, so we'll put it this way; we will need to plan dates and be seen in public, but the act should be something like we're trying to hide our relationship. So the media would be in uproar and gather as much information that they could to prove that we're a couple."

"We can manipulate the media easily you know, but why don't we start things right now?"

His eyebrows are knitted together as he stares directly at me.

"So what do you suggest?" He asked intensely.

"Why don't we try to give the public a good show tonight, like getting caught with you walking towards the exit waiting for the car. We could also show fake affectionate gestures to make them believe that we're a thing."

"You have a good idea. Let me demonstrate it."

I raised an eyebrow. But he stood by my side and grabbed my elbows only to pull me up. Not too rough yet not too gentle.

"It should be like this..." He snaked a hand on my waist, with the other lifting my chin. Then he looks straight in my eyes, and lean forward. @@
