"I want to get some wine--" he stood and shifted beside me

"Let me accompany you" he scanned the crowd, he's just being overly possessive again.

"I don't need a bodyguard" I mocked at him

"I'm your husband--"

"Correction that should be 'soon to be husband', you're still my fiance"

He chuckled.

But sensing intense danger I look straight at him with sharp eyes, did he sense it earlier that's why he wanted to accompany me?

"Are you okay?" He asked, but instead of answering, I scanned the crowd, looking for someone suspicious. My heart accelerated, sending me into a nerve wracking panic.

"Hey-- hey what's going on with you..."

That's when I saw a red light pointed at his chest. Before anyone could react, I already pulled him down with me. We rolled over, it seems like a clumsy mistake, but gunshots are fired through the stage.

"Come on! Crawl! We need to escape" I snapped at him as I pull his tuxedo jacket.

Glasses were shattered, the crowd went in stampede. When we came to the end of the stage I immediately pull the gun resting on a gun strap attached to my right thigh. Letting it hid, when my left leg is visible because of the gown's high slit. @@
