A Race to Melt Hearts

On the third day of the competition the group wasted no effort upon travelling towards the center of the forest. We as seniors took turns with watching them and learning things from those three. We might be older but we can never deny that they're a lot more experienced in the battlefield than us. Their skills combined took greater advantage than their enemies.

Suddenly Diana signaled both men to stop walking and motioned for them to climb a tree. They went up as fast as they could, then a group consisted of five people came in. It looks like they take no part in the competition; it was stated in the rules that the participants will be wearing their school's assassin insignia but these 5 were dressed in a commoner's outfit.

The men held guns and searched the area. A camera stationed to roam focused its lens on their group above the tree. Diana started assembling a silencer gun, Ino started planning how they'll escape without getting noticed, while Giorgi prepared electric darts that look like normal darts for close up killing.

Diana loaded poisoned bullets in the gun. They tried hearing the other team's plan. It was unexpected that the second school would dare send 5 people to assassinate and cheat the result of the battle. In this mission though they were only students they are still permitted to kill people. And in order to win they needed to kill the other three, but to their surprise they'll be facing an outnumbered battle.

The area of the competition has already closed its entrances so the school cannot provide them with assistance. Fear gripped into our hearts as we saw the situation that they're in.

"The school knew nothing on this cheat, it's sad that we cannot ask for assistance from them. We can only escape if we kill people and collect what they have." Diana murmured.

"We will never know if there are more men in the battlefield sent by the second school. We will need a good plan to escape. I thought we will be facing only three of them." Ino repeated @@
