A Race to Melt Hearts

Diana positioned her guns on the men; we all think she is estimating the intervals of every bullet as it hits the opponent. She signaled Giorgi to get ready as he put five darts 90 degrees adjacent to Diana's guns. They'll be shooting those men all at once.

Ino pulled a timer, telling them 40 secs to kill those 5. Ino made a countdown.

As the darts took its electric effects the men fell to the ground within 10 seconds. Then Diana started shooting poison, completely annihilating their frozen lives. Ino went down immediately and checked if they're still alive. A sinister smile broke from the face of Ino. Diana and Giorgi came down as well and started emptying the pockets of these lifeless assassins.

Goosebumps creep all over our bodies as we saw how murderous their eyes glinted.

"How much time did it take for us to take the men down?" Diana asked

"Longer than I thought." Ino said, Diana knitted her brows

"How long?" Giorgi asked

"20 seconds" Ino replied

"Let's try 10 seconds for the next encounter" Diana suggested

"I agree" Giorgi commented

Ino shrugged off.

All of us were taken aback; a minute is already hard to kill a person. But these geniuses wanted to try it in 10 seconds. This is crazy. All of the seniors in the room felt fear, it's like we're facing demon reincarnates. They really hold no value with killing a person's life.

"Yan (As they call Diana a short term of her name)… How come you weren't afraid of death?" Giorgi asked

"We'll all die eventually so what's the point of fearing death? In this life one thing is for sure, whether we kill or get killed." Diana answered, completely shutting Giorgi and Ino

They continued their travel towards the center of the place. All of us saw 10 men as they approach the group.

"I never thought the second school is this weak that they sent outsiders to ambush us." Diana mocked at the men as she prepared her guns.

All of us felt the excitement as we are about to witness this battle, but the connection wavered. Until we saw everything marked with NO SIGNAL, the technicians tried to resolve the case but everything was hacked.
