Another Bad Boy Down

Yup! Too many hearts! I'm not being conceited. I am beautiful! I am not boasting, I am only stating a fact.

I am born with superior genes since my parents are also good looking people. I don't hang out with random people or go to blind dates. Boys often find excuses to talk to me. Often, the reason is 'love at first sight'.

Like I said, I am a loyal member of NBSB club, not because I was forced or have no other choice but because I don't want to enter a relationship this early in life.

I do not want the burden of being tied to someone and then being left abandoned in the cold palace afterwards. I know, I think too much. This is just my opinion in life. I often read in novels or see in movies how powerful a person in love is but love is also scary. I wouldn't know without trying but still I prefer to stay safe. I hate it when things become troublesome.

I am still young and for now the young me is still not willing to complicate my life with such entanglement.

Due to this way of thinking, I always reject those who confess to me. I don't get it, why do they waste their time on someone like me? I keep on explaining and explaining until I felt numb. I don't want to explain anymore. They can do what ever they want and I will do what I want. Some are persistent and one of those people is Young Master Gu.

Vincent Gu is my childhood friend. The Tan and Gu Family have strong ties and often cooperate in business ventures, so it's only natural that every member of the two families often meet.

Vincent is a year older than me. He is the second son of the main household of the Gu family. We grew up together and went to the same school together. We even have the same tutor. I don't have anyone around my age in my family, so my mother would invite Vincent to stay for a few days during summer vacations so I can have someone to play with. I was the same with Vincent, he also don't have anyone his age in the Gu household so were kind of stuck together.
