Jake speak casually to Maria while holding one of the twin.

He's been carrying the baby boy since they left the hospital. While Maria was carrying the baby girl.

Its been a month and a half before they could leave the hospital. Maria was in a comma for a month then she was been examined and observed for half month.

Jake never lost his patience.He waited patiently for Maria to open her eyes, he sometimes went to her children and talked to them.

By that span of time, Jake felt his feelings for Maria blossomed even more! From a simple crush to unconditional love!

He knew that it was wronged to love her, but he can't stopped himself from it! He just found one day that he's day won't be completed if he can't see Maria's face and the twin's!

"thank you very much Jake, I didn't knew that you will be the one who can helped us. I'm so grateful to have a friend like you."

Maria said seriously and she looked at him thankfully.

But Jake's heart was being smashed when he heard her telling him that he was her FRIEND!

Jake covered his dismayed face by laughing gently.

"you don't have to say that, I just did it. Anyone will surely do it also if they saw you in that state."

"but still, thanks for taking care of us, especially my babies when I was asleep."

Jake plastered a permanent smile on his face to cover his true feelings.

"enough with that, let's go to yours and the twin's room."

Jake walked towards Maria's bedroom, she insisted to share the room with her babies. So she can watched them closely.

When she entered the room, she was shocked to see the interior! It was painted with spongebob characters, super heroes and princess characters!

She felt her heart moved by that gesture. She doesn't knew Jake could be so sweet and thoughtful.

"you don't have to do this Jake, making us live here was too much."

She said as a matter of fact. Maria remembered Tobias also did this.

She became gloomy and looked away miserably. Maria knew deep inside her heart that she had secretly desired that Tobias will find her.

But, no. She was been in comma for a month and been recovering for half a month but she never seen Tobias! Did he really forgot them? Or, did he really not love her anymore?
