"Jerry, what does Snape want with you? And why did he give you a drink? It smells so good! How does it taste?"

After Snape left, Harry and Ron ran over from the side corridor.

"With your level of intelligence, it's difficult for me to explain this to you!"

After finishing his dinner, Jerry hurried over to the school clinic.

"Here you go, this is a restorative potion prepared by Professor Snape!" Jerry pulled back the curtain and handed Hermione a blue vial from his pocket.

"Really?! That's great! Finally, I don't have to spend all day in this boring infirmary!"

"Don't get too excited yet!" Jerry handed Hermione a small medicine spoon. "Professor Snape said you can only take one small spoonful at a time. I guess you'll have to stay in the infirmary for a few more days!"

"That's pretty good! But Professor Snape is really amazing, he came up with a solution so quickly!" Hermione said happily.

"It smells so good! Jerry, is this really a potion?" Hermione asked incredulously as the floral scent wafted out after the bottle was opened.

"Professor Snape's voice acting should be fine!"

"It tastes good, sweet!" Hermione said after taking a small spoonful from the bottle and drinking it.

As soon as she finished speaking, the cat hair on her face disappeared at a speed visible to the naked eye.

Hermione looked in the mirror and examined herself carefully. Although her eyes were still the same and her cat ears were still there, all the cat fur on her face had disappeared.

"Great!" Hermione cheered excitedly, then jumped onto Jerry, hugging him tightly like a koala.

Chapter 123 Where's the wand?! I need to use it!

"Hurry up, Jerry, let's go rest up ahead!"

Thanks to Snape's magical potion, Hermione's cat ears were the only part of her body that hadn't recovered yet; the rest of her appearance had been completely restored.

This made it impossible for her to endure the dullness of the infirmary any longer.

So Hermione couldn't wait to drag Jerry along and, before the holiday was over, they went to Hogsmeade Village.

Last night, a sudden blizzard blanketed Hogsmeade with a pristine white snow cover, as if the entire village had been magically bathed in a silvery glow.

Hermione and Jerry stepped slowly into this fairytale world through the snow. Their breath turned into wisps of white smoke in the cold air, mingling with the falling snowflakes.

The shops lining the streets still retain the elaborate decorations from a few days ago for Christmas, with twinkling lights creating a warm and romantic atmosphere. Inside the restaurants, the cozy air is filled with the sweet aroma of roasted gingerbread.

“Your hat!” Jerry whispered, glancing at Hermione, who was intently staring into the shop window.

"Jerry, this hat is too big! Can't you find a smaller one?" Hermione reluctantly picked up the hat and put it back on.

"Stop complaining. I deliberately chose this big hat to cover your ears and prevent you from being spotted by the professors who are also here! Don't forget we're only second-year students! Even though we're still on vacation!"

"No wonder you put on your hood and dressed like a dark wizard!" Hermione muttered to herself.

The two strolled around the streets of Hogsmeade, stopping and starting at a few shops, and Jerry spent the entire afternoon with Hermione!

Finally, as evening approached, Jerry and Hermione arrived at the Devis & Banshee store at the end of the street.

This is a magical equipment shop that also sells repair tools. It offers a variety of magical items and equipment.

“Jerry, look at this!” Hermione picked up a pair of uniquely designed glasses from the counter, shaped like a colorful owl, and gently put them on her face.

"These are anti-demon glasses!"

A clear voice came from the seat in the corner. Only then did Jerry and Hermione realize that there was a little girl in the store who was about their age, with gray eyes and dark blonde hair.

“It’s Luna Lovegood, the Ravenclaw ‘madwoman’!” Hermione whispered to Jerry.

Luna Lovegood! Jerry thought to himself.

Although he had long forgotten most of the original plot, he could still remember a few of the characters' names!

"Are you Jerry Green?" Luna asked, pulling a pair of anti-demon glasses from her pocket as the two whispered among themselves. She looked at Jerry, whose face was completely hidden by his hood.

Hermione looked closely at Jerry's attire upon hearing this, then asked in confusion, "How did you recognize Jerry? He was all covered up!"

"Because he's special. Jerry Green, you're the only person I've ever met who even harassing fly gnats are afraid of! Those little guys will avoid you!"

"What did you say? Harassing a horsefly?"

"Harassment flies... they're invisible, they'll drift into your ears and mess with your brain."

Hermione stared blankly at Luna, completely clueless about what she was talking about!

"The harassing horsefly you mentioned, does it really exist?"

“Of course!” Luna said, pointing to a guest not far away. “There’s a fly buzzing right next to his ear.”

Following Luna's instructions, Hermione put on the anti-demon glasses and looked in the direction Luna was pointing, but saw nothing. She then took off the glasses and handed them to Jerry.

A moment later, Jerry, wearing anti-demon glasses, also shook his head.

“There’s a reason why the Ravenclaw students call her ‘crazy girl’!” Hermione glanced at Luna, then whispered in Jerry’s ear.

"You just said you were harassing a horsefly... and you're avoiding me?"

Jerry asked curiously, he didn't think "Crazy Girl" would be assigned to Ravenclaw!

"Yes, I don't know why either! I've never seen them so afraid of a person! Since you came into the shop, there have been far fewer harassing horseflies!"

"Luna, we should go home!" Just as Jerry was about to ask more questions, a mature and deep voice appeared.

“Coming!” Luna responded to the man, then turned to Jerry and said, “I have to go home now, Dad’s calling me. If you figure out why, please tell me!”

After saying that, he got up and left the shop.

“What a crazy girl, Jerry, you don’t actually believe her, do you?” Hermione asked, looking at the pensive Jerry.

"No!" Jerry shook his head, smiled helplessly, and stopped thinking about what Luna had just said. After all, it happened to him, and no matter how strange it was, he now felt it was normal.

What's a harassing fly! Do you even know what a Horcrux is? Jerry almost couldn't resist swallowing Voldemort's Horcrux when he first saw it!

What normal person would react like that upon seeing a Horcrux?

"Were those two people your classmates?" Xenophilius Lovegood asked, looking at Luna who seemed lost in thought.

"Yes, Dad! That boy is the one I told you about, the one the harasser would avoid!"

"Luna, stay away from him from now on. Even the harassing flies hide behind him; he's definitely not a good person!"

For the next few weeks, Jerry and Hermione happily explored the area around Hogwarts, even daring to venture into the Forbidden Forest. However, they didn't venture too far in, as the centaurs discovered their intrusion and unceremoniously expelled them from the Forbidden Forest, also informing Professor Snape.

But thankfully Harry was there. He truly deserves the title of "savior," he was just in time!

Just as Snape was about to deal with Jerry and Hermione, he was called away because Harry and Malfoy had caused an even bigger commotion!

Ever since Malfoy discovered that Harry and his friends had acted unethically by attacking Goyle and Crabbe, he often brought them along to follow Harry, looking for an opportunity to teach Harry and Ron a lesson.

Today, an opportunity finally came, and by the time everyone arrived, the two sides had already "become one big brother".

"Severus, are the students alright?!" Just as Snape was yelling at everyone, Professor McGonagall finally arrived.

“Mr. Potter, what have you done to this? And Jerry, how could you take Miss Granger to the Forbidden Forest! It was far too dangerous!”

“I’m sorry, Professor McGonagall!” Hermione said softly, bowing her head.

“Take these students from your house back with you!” Snape pointed to Harry and Hermione and the others.

“Alright then, Severus, I’ll take them with me!” McGonagall nodded and led the group away from Snape’s potions office.

Jerry wanted to leave with them, but unfortunately, he was a Slytherin student!

It's all that damn Sorting Hat's fault!

“You bunch of idiots, head to the school infirmary! As for you, Jerry Green…” After giving orders to Malfoy and the others and kicking them out, Snape smiled sinisterly at Jerry.

"Hehe! You should go back first too. We'll talk about this after school starts!" Snape said to Jerry after thinking for a moment.

"Huh? Professor, why don't you just tell me the punishment? Deducting points from the college is fine!"

Looking at Snape's sinister appearance, Jerry thought it was better to make things clear now, because who knew what Snape would do to him after school started!

Unfortunately, Snape ignored Jerry's "excuses" and kicked him out of the office.

As the end of January approached, the school became lively again, but the students generally didn't look too well. It wasn't due to any large-scale flu outbreak or students being unwell; it was mainly because school had started!

At the start of the new semester, perhaps out of fear that students might overthink things and scare themselves, all the professors unanimously assigned a large amount of homework.
