Hermione has fully recovered and her cat ears have completely disappeared. Jerry actually thinks it's a bit of a shame!

"I also want to thank Professor Snape for the potion, otherwise I would definitely have fallen behind in my studies!"

Inside the hall, Hermione was doing her homework while leaning over the long table, speaking to everyone at the same time.

“If I could grow a beard and not have to do my homework, I’d rather that.” Ron looked at the stack of books in front of him and slumped onto the table.

"Stop talking nonsense, hurry up and start writing!"

"Hey, look at this! It's the diary I just found in Myrtle's bathroom!" Harry ran over and said.

Neville took it, opened the cover, looked at the date, and said, "A diary from fifty years ago! Riddle, who is he? Is he also a student at Hogwarts?"

“I feel like I’ve heard that name somewhere before!” Ron said thoughtfully after hearing Neville’s words.

"Squeak! Squeak! Squeak!"

Ron's pet mouse, Spotty, who had been quiet all along, started scurrying around the long table after hearing the name, knocking over everyone's things.

"Hey, Banban, what's wrong with you! Stop right there, look what trouble you've caused!"

"Can't you control your pet? Can't you lock it up? It spilled all the drinks!"

Seeing this, Jerry patted Tom, who was dozing beside him, to wake him up.

Then he pointed to the mouse scurrying around on the table and said, "Wake up, fat guy, wake up! See that mouse? Catch it for me, or you won't get dinner!"

Upon hearing this, Tom realized it concerned his dinner, and he immediately shook his head, becoming alert. His once intelligent eyes now sharpened considerably.

Then, it flapped its wings twice and flew quickly toward the scurrying mouse. Seizing the opportunity, it nimbly pounced and pinned the mouse, Spotted, to the table with its claws, rendering it unable to move.

"Jerry, tell Tom to be gentler!"

When Ron saw Tom grab his pet mouse and press his entire large body against it, he screamed in fright and quickly ran over to free Scabbers from Tom's claws.

"Well done, Tom!" Hermione praised Tom as he flew back again.

"Forget about the pets for now, Ron. Think carefully, where did you hear about 'tm Riddle'?"

Ron carefully carried Smudge to the diary, stared at the name on it, and after thinking for a while, said, "I remember now! Riddle received a special contribution award for the school fifty years ago. Once when I was in solitary confinement, Filch asked me to polish his medal, and this was the name on it!"

Just then, the spotted mouse in his hand suddenly bit him, and Ron let go in pain, dropping the mouse onto the diary.

"Banban, what's wrong with you today!" Ron said angrily, looking at the mouse that was sitting motionless on the diary.

"Are you alright?" Harry asked, looking at Ron.

"I'm fine!" Ron said, reaching out to catch the mouse in the diary. But the mouse, which had been motionless, suddenly dodged his hand and disappeared in a flash.

"I'm going to find Banban first!" Ron said to them as soon as he saw this, and then immediately chased after them.

However, they returned disappointed not long afterward!

“It’s alright, Ron. My pet, Rafer, gets lost all the time, but he always comes back within a few days!” Neville reassured him.

……

Late at night, in the Room of Requirement, Jerry took out the Marauder's Map and started looking for Ron's pet.

Others may not know its identity, but Jerry knows very well that Scabbers is Peter Pettigrew's Arimagus!

His reactions today, especially after hearing Voldemort's name and coming into contact with the Horcrux, were highly suspicious!

"found it!"

Jerry's pupils contracted as he looked at Peter Pettigrew's location—it was in his own dorm room!

"They're coming for me, just as I expected!" Jerry thought to himself, relieved that he had been careful enough.

After Peter Pettigrew left the Slytherin common room and returned to Harry's dormitory in Gryffindor, Jerry quietly returned to his own room, took out the Elder Wand, cast three layers of Grindelwald's modified armor charm on himself, and gently opened the door.

Everything in the room remained unchanged, except for a note on the table that read: "Transaction continues, see you in the Forbidden Forest tomorrow night!"

Ha! Still thinking about the Soul-Restoring Potion!

Wait, go make a deal with Dumbledore tomorrow night!

Chapter 125 Jerry's "Kickbacks"!

"see this!"

The next morning, Jerry went to Catherine's private lounge and handed her the note.

"Your Majesty, where did this come from? Did Voldemort give it to you?"

"It must have been Voldemort who gave it to Peter Pettigrew. He broke into my dorm last night and left it there!"

“Little Pettigrew? He’s not dead yet?” Catherine asked, puzzled.

Jerry looked at her in surprise, completely unexpected that Catherine knew nothing about Peter Pettigrew. After all, in his mind, the Apostles, as the masterminds behind everything, controlled the development of events, and their intelligence network covered the world, making them virtually omniscient.

"Weren't you involved in the Potters' death? How come you don't even know about Peter Pettigrew?"

"Of course we know about Peter Pettigrew's betrayal, but it's been over a decade and we haven't found any trace of his activity. We all thought he died in that explosion!"

"He's not dead, and he's right here in Hogwarts Castle. He's the one who brought me the note last night! It's normal that you didn't notice him; after all, who would keep an eye on a mouse all the time!"

“Arimagus?” Catherine said incredulously. “Your Majesty, you mean he was a…rat for over ten years?”

Jerry nodded, took out the Marauder's Map, opened it, and pointed to the location of the Gryffindor boys' dormitory.

It's understandable that Catherine was surprised; after all, who would have thought that someone would pretend to be a mouse for over a decade!

"Your Majesty, what do you intend to do?" Catherine asked after looking at the Marauder's Point map for a while.

"I never imagined Voldemort was so obsessed with the Life-Giving Potion!" Jerry sighed.

"Your Majesty, you may not know this, but the Soul-Nourishing Elixir is extremely precious. Apart from it, there is no other item in the world that can nourish the soul in such a way."

Jerry was surprised; he hadn't expected this unassuming bottle of medicine to be so precious.

So, I sold it at a loss!

That damned Voldemort, how dare he lie to me! He dismissed me with a single Blood Curse, no wonder he agreed so readily!

Thank goodness! Thank goodness! I only take the money, I don't ship the goods!

"Wasn't Voldemort making a deal with you apostles? Didn't he ask you for the Soul-Slaying Potion?"

"They wanted to trade, but we refused!" Catherine nodded and said, "Unlike the Soul-Eating Potion, the Soul-Giving Potion is extremely precious. It requires a large number of wizard souls to make, so even we apostles don't have much in stock. How could we possibly offer it for trade?"

"If Your Majesty hadn't needed it last time, the Soul-Slaying Potion would never have been allowed to leave headquarters!"

"No wonder Voldemort has been so obsessed with the potion I have!" Jerry muttered to himself.

"Your Majesty, I will accompany you tonight!"

"You?" Jerry looked at Catherine, somewhat hesitant.

After observing Catherine's magic for so long, Jerry was certain that her strength was definitely not weak, but as for her upper limit, he didn't know!

“Come with me!” Jerry said to Catherine after thinking for a moment.

Jerry led Catherine, avoiding everyone, until they arrived at the door of the House of Requirement.

“You know where this is, right? Come in with me.” After Jerry checked the Marauder’s Map to make sure no one was around, he opened the door to the Room of Requirement and said to her.

Catherine nodded and followed Jerry into the Room of Requirement.

"See that doll? Attack with all your might!" Jerry pointed to the doll standing in the center of the room and said to Catherine.

Catherine nodded, raised her wand, and aimed it at the doll.

"Confringo" (Explosion Charm)

The wand emitted a dazzling flash of light, and a violent explosion occurred in front of the doll, the shockwave of which blew it and all other items in the room away!

"Hiss!" Jerry gasped as he looked at Catherine, who still had a smile on her face and seemed completely relaxed.

I underestimated her strength!

Jerry quickly went to the doll and checked its condition. He found that apart from some charred marks, it was undamaged and the defensive spells had not been broken.

That's normal, though. If Catherine could break through the defenses of the Protego Maxima and Fianto Duri spells with just the Explosion spell, that would be a problem!

At that point, Jerry will probably even suspect that she's some kind of ancient monster reincarnated!

“Your Majesty, please allow me to accompany you tonight!” Catherine approached Jerry and repeated what she had said in the lounge.

After hesitating for a moment, Jerry finally nodded.

……

In the dead of night, all was quiet except for the low, rumbling sound of the cold wind whistling through the branches.

Jerry left Catherine nearby to provide support at any time, while he went to the agreed location alone.

After a while, a cold, hoarse voice appeared.

"I can't believe it, Jerry, you're really brave to actually come!"

"Heh!" Jerry chuckled dismissively. "Just a remnant soul. Does he think he's the Dark Lord now?"

If you really were to be resurrected, Jerry might actually be a little worried with your strength, but right now you're the only Horcrux, and at most Peter Pettigrew without a wand, what does he have to be afraid of!

Of course, we'll strike while the iron is hot and take your life!

Come on! My wand has been itching for a long time!

"Mr. Voldemort, won't you come out and meet me?" Jerry listened to the voices coming from all directions and carefully sensed the magical fluctuations around him. However, it was clear that the other party was on guard against him and did not easily reveal their location.

"No, no, no! Jerry, you're too cunning. I don't want to meet you like this right now!"

Jerry: "..."

Honestly, can't we just be more honest? Where's the most basic trust between people?

Seeing that Voldemort or Peter Pettigrew had not yet shown up, Jerry had no choice but to remove the giant melon that he had been secretly storing in his wand to conserve his magic.

"Voldemort, have you forgotten how we had a great conversation in the diary? Oh, I should have called you Mr. Riddle!"

"Enough! I don't want to hear that lowly Muggle name anymore! Where's my potion? All I want now is my potion back!"

"Didn't I already give it to you? It's in the diary, have you forgotten?" Jerry said with a puzzled look and an "innocent" tone.
