When he looked towards Kenpachi he saw that he had passed out on his feet holding a huge hilt with white stripes on it that connected a huge blade like Machete as if he wanted to butcher others and at the end of the blade was some kind of hair stripes...

Sora: "Unohana go and heal him... i'm fine...."

Unohana: "Are you sure!!!!??"

Sora: "Yeah go and make sure he's sleeping for at least 3-4 days his mind is pretty stressful from dying so many times..."

Unohana: "I got it, be careful...."

Unohana not caring anymore she left and went towards Zaraki and used her Shikai to heal him.. Sora spoke to his partner...

Sora: "Unohana... if i challenge a Captain and win does that mean i will replace him and become a Captain??"

Unohana: "He can become Vice Captain of your squad or take another position he wishes, for example, the Kido Corps of the Militia...."
