As Sora was calculating his time by reverting it back... Unohana had almost healed Zaraki's wounds and left him there to sleep in order to help him ease his mind a bit...

Unohana: "What are you going to do now??"

Sora: "Challenge a Captain...."

Unohana: "Why those two??"

Sora started walking towards the exit in order to go up and finalized his plan, he ignored her and when he reached the exit from there, he turned and spoke to her...

Sora: "I'm going up and finish what i have to do to save everyone.... stay here and when he wakes up help him with his Shikai..."

It was the last words he said to her before he vanished from there...

Unohana couldn't stand on her feet anymore and collapsed on the ground as if she had lost something but she didn't know what that was....

Sora who had entered the void and kept watching her he felt nothing at all, not a shred of love towards her, Unohana from the manga and episodes he watched never sparked his interest and even when he saw her up close for all these months it was still the same....
