Crimson's Revenge

After a few minutes and a few calls here and their Diola and her friends have arrived, Diola, Skie, Sae and Chad, Chad who was normally busy had attended this get-together much to Sae's dismay.

Despite their parted ways, Sae and Reen in the end actually remained friends but Sae's feelings towards Reen was still their but had subsided quite a bit.

Seeing Chad, Mirly visibly paled.

"And this is Chad, Chad this is Mirly." After introducing everyone else, Reen introduced Chad to Milry. Finally noticing the person besides her, Chad stared with wide eyes at Mirly.

"You…"

"Hey!" she said with a bit of a trembling and fake enthusiastic voice

"Hmm… you know each other?" Diola who had after just a few minutes of conversation warmed up to Mirly curiously asked. Mirly who had pleasing personality made the group feel comfortable with her and made her likable in their eyes.

Sae on the other hand could not help but feel that despite meeting Mirly for the first time and her warm hearted feeling towards his friends, she seems to treat him as thought an enemy of some sort.

"Yeah, well somewhat." Chad said off handily but the obvious nervousness did not go unnoticed by Reen's observing eyes.

She stared at the pale faced Mirly and the awkward Chad and could more or less guess their relationship. A cold glint passed through her eyes.

"Don't tell me, he was…" Reen stopped her thoughts before it lead to anything else as she believes this is an inappropriate time to discussed about it.

After that exchange and a few more awkward and light conversations, the group then decided to go to Reen's house to hang out and hear her play the piano live for the first time (the boys only).

"Well then, why don't we get on our way?" Diola asked

"I'm rather thirsty, why don't we buy something to drink before leaving?" Chad suggested

"That's a great idea Chad, you two stay here. Mirly, Chad and Skie will buy the drinks with me."Diola enthusiastically said

"What? Can't you buy it with them? I'm tired." Skie complained

Diola ignored him, winked at Sae's direction and led Mirly, Chad and Skie to the food and drink stands. Reen seeing the obvious plot of her friends didn't have any choice but to sit at the bench behind them. Sae realizing the same thing rolled his eyes as he followed her, silence evolve them.

"Sweetie, can't you Chad and Mirly buy the drinks instead? I'll think you three can carry all the drinks yourselves." Skie said sulkily

"I just wanted Reen and Sae to have some time together. Ever since the misunderstanding happened, they haven't had the chance to talk that much."

Diola knew that they stopped whatever they had as per what Reen had shared with her. She could not help but still cheer and want the both of them to be "together" regardless of what happened in the past.
