Crimson's Revenge

"What's this? Isn't the opposite of roles, usually I am the cry baby between us two."

Mirly smiled, teasingly said and release her.

"That's true."

They both chuckled knowing that the opposite was the real truth. Reen was in truth the cry baby between them and Mirly's comment was just to tease her cute friend.

Mirly then hugged Wisteria.

"Take care, see you soon." Wisteria said

"Thank you Aunt Wisteria, I'll leave Reen in your and uncle's care. See you soon." She said

Mirly released her and they smiled at each other. Mirly then turned and accidentally locked eyes with Chad. Wisteria and Reen stared at each other. Even without Mirly telling them anything, by the way Mirly looked at him who out of nowhere neared them they knew she knew him.

Wisteria had notice him since a while ago but since feeling no enmity emitting from she chose to ignore him.

"I think your grandparents needs some help with checking in. Don't you Reen?"

Reen simply nodded

"Will help them first, come on Reen."

They both then left.

Reen now calm yet still slightly crying, Wisteria helping her walk, Mirly and Chad kept staring at each other. Silence engulfed them. Mirly first broke it.

"I'll be going then Chad, thanks for everything I really had fun."

"Mirly, I-"

Before he could say anything, Mirly thrust a letter towards him. Chad stared at the letter then at a smiling Mirly then at the letter again.

"Mir-"

Right about the same time, Wisteria, Hue, Reen and her grandparents had returned. They were already on their way back so Reen and Wisteria didn't have any excuse to prolong Mirly and Chad's time together.

"Well then, we will be going. Thank you very much for everything you've done for Mirly. Mirly is really lucky to know people like you." Her grandma lovingly said

"Take care alright?" Wisteria said

"Goodbye." Mirly bid them farewell with her usual happy smile.

"Goodbye Mirly …" Reen said who had stop crying but still had a pained and forlorn expression.

"Bye!" Hue said

Mirly and Chad's eyes met again until Mirly looked away and held her grandparents hands as she was between the two old folks looking lovingly at their grandchild, Chad remained silent until finally Mirly left and was nowhere to be seen.

Chad regardless of this he still stared at the departure gate. Reen, Hue and Wisteria stared at him with pure concern, wondering how they'll address this stranger. In Hue and Wisteria's case as they already knew who he is as per Mirly's sharing last time so they looked at him with a mixture of emotions.

Mirly and Chad actually met in one of their dojo training sessions.

Mirly had mentioned to Hue and Wisteria that they meant in one of the training sessions that both had coincidentally attended together.
