Crimson's Revenge

Reen and Mirly then continued playing cards as Mirly stared at Hue, their eyes met and he shook his head. Mirly had an evil glint in her eye as she returned to her cards as though nothing happened while Reen who was at that time looked to be immersed on her cards did not notice a thing.

Seeing this, Hue who was accompanied by Wisteria by now looked at them with warmth in their eyes as he then stared as Wisteria who gave her a nod, a silent conversation pass through their eyes. Wisteria already fixed her once disheveled clothes and redid her make up before she entered the room.

While playing cards, Reen's mind could not help but wonder.

Hue and Wisteria, told her that her mom and siblings died in the fire last night but didn't tell her the details of the incident. On the other hand, her father was safe as he was no longer living together with them because he already had another family leaving her on her own.

But they repeatedly assured her that they were here for her which made her grateful towards this loving couple.

To be honest, when she was told that her family died in the fire incident last night which caused her short term memory loss, besides feeling a stuffy pain inside her heart, she didn't feel anything else, as she can't even remember anything pertaining to these once special people in her life.

As for her father, besides the initial suffocating feeling as though wanting to destroy everything in front of her it gradually subsided similar with the disappearing feeling she got after hearing about her family's death accompanied with a head breaking headache.

As a result even hearing a man's voice which brought some distant feeling a while ago, she didn't feel anything anymore except for a dull headache and completely placed this thought at the back of her mind.

"Hey Reen! It's your turn." Mirly said noticing Reen's absent mindedness during their game

"Oh yeah! Hey! Did you just cheat?!" she said incredulously as she looked at her. Mirly pretended to not notice the said stare and simply looked away.

"Hmm… I don't know what you're talking about." She said not hiding the smirk forming from her face

"You!"

Reen then proceed to throw her cards on the bed while she tickled Mirly who was in front of her.

"Hahahaha! Stop it! It's not my fault someone- Hahaha -was thinking of something else while playing cards with me. Hahaha!" she laugh as they continued to kid around not minding the adults who were warmly looking at them.

After a few days, a court summon was requested from Wisteria and Hue. True to his words, Seth had filed a lawsuit.
