Crimson's Revenge

Wisteria merely looked at these two men right after ordering their food. After a few minutes, the food was served. They ate and casually talked about their days.

When everything was eaten they ordered some after meal coffee while Wisteria ordered a cheesecake accompanied with tea.

"Now, about that matter…" Smith started saying as he took a sip of his lukewarm coffee turning the relax atmosphere into a serious one.

"Based on my assessment to those idiotic couple a few minutes ago, I think the adoption can smoothly pass as long as you pay them so they will "voluntarily" give their consent for adoption."

"Hmm... I thought so too." Hue nodded in agreement.

"Is there in any way that the two snakes can get the child back even if she's already legally adopted?" Wisteria asked hesitantly

"By law, if the child was adopted legally then the answer is no. They can't get back the custody on the child once the adoption papers have been signed. Once they sign the papers they are legally giving up their parental rights and giving it to the adoptive parents." He answered

After a few minutes of silence as they contemplated what he explained he then continued.

"What I can do for you is to lessen the burden and minimize your encounter to such scumbags. I can draft the contract and adoption papers after I polish all the necessary details. I'll let you read it and revise d it accordingly." He explained

"I'll then contact them through their attorney to finalize everything. As their company is currently in dire need of money I'll try to lower the settlement as much as I can. It's better to have some than to have nothing at all in their case."

He said as he yet again drank his coffee after saying his piece. He still did not know about their murder case or he would definitely spew curses that even his wife would want to clean his mouth with soap at how dirty the words he would yell out to be.

"Its fine we trust in you, after you write the draft you don't need to show us but make sure to include the clause that after handing the full custody of Reen to us they can never go look for her unless she does it voluntarily." Wisteria inserted after hearing his explanation.

No matter what happened in the past, as Reen currently lose her memory they will never stop her from talking or interacting with her father as long as he doesn't harm her and she wants to. But despite this thought they will prevent them to meet each other as it may trigger her past memories to return drowning her in pain and sorrow once again.

As contradictory as it may sound they can only do this much. If and when the preventive meeting cannot be done then they will decide what to do once that inevitable meeting happens.

Wisteria shook his head as she went back to savoring her cake. They talked and stayed at the restaurant as they polished all the necessary details and went on their own ways afterwards.
