Crimson's Revenge

After a few days, the document was signed with a 250,000 million settlement agreed between the parties. The initial 500,000 million that Seth and Lilith wanted to scam from them was immediately refuted by Smith during one of their confrontation and was lowered to the current amount.

After they found out about this Hue and Wisteria instead of joy felt nervous as they were finally going to confront Reen regarding their plans to adopt her.

Reen was finally discharge from the hospital, she could have been discharge just after a week but Hue and Wisteria insisted she stay longer just to make sure that she was really alright.

Reen was especially down as she found out her newly made best friend [1] Mirly had left the country just after she started going to school after being discharge.

After she returned from school, she went to her room to change and went to the kitchen to get some water then went to the living room to sit at the sofa. She placed the water on the table as she hugged the throw pillow [2] tightly then finally she sighed loudly.

Wisteria and Hue who had went downstairs hearing Reen after she shouted she was home saw this scene. Wisteria approached her and sat beside her. Hue sat on another sofa which was Reen's opposite side.

"Baby? What's wrong? Why the long face [3]? Wisteria said

Reen then told them what happened. After finishing, Hue and Wisteria looked at each other with eyes filled with uncertainty.

After a few more minutes of comforting and seeing Reen finally being happy again they stilled their hearts, braising themselves for the either positive or negative results.

Despite only lacking Reen's signature, if Reen did not agree to be adopted they were willing to shelf the adoption papers not minding one bit about the money they had given Seth and Lilith.

They would wait patiently for her to be more comfortable and even love them before pushing the request again in the future.

"Reen, do you want to become our daughter?" Hue asked nervously as he reach and held Reen's hand while Wisteria holding the other.

Wisteria and Hue patiently waited yet withhold their breath waiting for Reen's reply. Reen was startled by the out of topic question. She then recollected her thoughts as she seriously though about their request.

Throughout the weeks that she spent with them she felt that they truly did love her as if she was their own daughter. Knowing that they were close friends with her mother as well as her Godparents also added to her warm feeling towards them.

She had stayed quite a few days at the hospital and a few of her relatives and friends visited her. The fact that she did not remember them startled these people but they didn't shy away rather they talk to her as if nothing was wrong.
